I went to get my battery checked. I did need a new one. Reilly in the West Bend location was real nice and professional. Real nice guy and had a good talk about sports while he was installing the new battery

Service was great, and they had everything I needed in stock. It would be 5 stars only because if I had waited 2 days I could have saved 30$. I wasnt interested in coming back with some printout of oreilly or AutoZone. BUT, they did have everything I needed in stock.

Lifetime warranty means theyll only replace it once before they start making excuses why they wont replace it again, apparently.

They have car parts & generally are affordable. Plus was glad to be able to use there scanner tool since losing mine.

First used the website to research my automotive part replacement. Website for Advanced Auto is very intuitive and very time efficient. You do have the option to pay online and pick up at the store. I choose to go to the West Bend Store. As I was comparing a few parts and was unsure on what direction I wanted to go. The store was not busy and if I needed assistance it was there. Prices are very competitive with a great selection. Very easy to do business with.

Helpful staff and a large selection of automotive parts. They seem to always have whatever I need in stock, if not they can get it within 24 hours in the experiences I have had with them.

Love this place, they helped me get a battery picked our in the freezing cold and they also put the battery in my car for me in the freezing cold. They were also women that did this. No men were there. I think that is amazing...
