My SUV died today when I dropped something off for my daughter at school. Thank goodness the autos teacher was available to give me a jump and a brief look over. He recommended a new batter ASAP. I drove immediately to AutoZone and Ken sold me a new battery and installed it for me in the misting rain while I waited inside the store. Thank goodness they were open early this am and Ken was willing to go the extra mile. This mama has LOTS to do today! Thank you!

Never got to find out how helpful they are. Stood in line so long without acknowledgement that I finally left. Nowhere to sit and Im disabled. There were 3 workers and they were very busy but the one worker spent a lot of time talking (talkative customer) and then started answering the phone and calling other stores rather than waiting on people who were in the store first. Some eye contact and common courtesy (Ill be with you in a moment) would have went a long way.

They wont help me, like in MilwaukeeIf u go to Milwaukee and need help buting ur wipe o wherever they would help u, I 🤔 think they are just lazy to help u overhere

Love this store! For your daily driver car parts and such. Normally if not in stock, they will get it the following day. Good prices, good products for average parts.

On today on 2/22/21 I Had to get a new car battery Mr. John the manager was so helpful very understanding going above and beyond, he needs a promotion and a raise we need more people like him in the world.

Good prices but with low cost comes low quality. On the other hand they always have the parts you need in stock as long as you don’t get the cheaper brand part they offer you won’t have any issues. I would give them four stars if there house brand parts were more reliable. Also things tend to move slow at the register and it feels like forever to get checked out when only a few people are in the store.

Good prices, good customer service. The only thing that stopped me from giving them five stars is because they were super busy and they only had 1 cashier. They cashier called to the back for more help and it took way too long for the cashier to receive help in my opinion.

Rather go here than any other nearby AutoZone the guy I spoke to was more than helpful and in my opinion went out of his way to help me very polite and patient

Its an auto parts store and I being a older woman had no clue as what I exactly needed. The wonderful gentleman took very care good care of me. I bought a windshield wiper but I had trouble installing it. When I went back in the store, a nice young gentleman came out and instantly installed it. I tank him so much.

Not a problem until I bought brake pads for my son to install on my car. Theyre junk! Now I have a squeal every time I brake. Im not tearing my car apart again. Not happy at all

Just needed sum Meguires Quick Detail and Auto Zone was on my way home. Plus I did not want to go to a big box store just for my auto detailing needs. However for the convience of being an auto store. I did pay more for the same product that I usually get at a box retail store. Price you pay for convience. Price is the only reason on why I did not give 5 Stars.

Poor customer service, I had an experience with the store manager in which I had returned under warranty brake pads (lifetime warranty) when the manager looked up the warranty information under my name and account he was unable to locate the warranty information and he would not honor the warranty. I explained to him that I have had multiple vehicles under my name that Ive owned in the past and that an employee must have not entered the part information correctly into computer system. The store manager stated I needed to provide proof with the receipt, keep in mind that original receipt had to be at least 2 years old. The store manager stated I need to come back and provide in in order to honor the warranty so I had to drive 25 minutes back to my house find the receipt and then drive another 25 minutes to the store in order to prove that I legitimately purchased the brake pads. The store manager accepted my receipt alongs with replacing my break pads under warranty however he scoffed at me when he had to go through that process of replacing the brake pads. At that point I didnt feel like a very valued customer in addition to the manager implying that I was lying about the purchase to begin with. I believe I will be taking my business elsewhere. There are five other automotive part stores in that local area.

I came in looking for some paint to cover up scratches and dents, guy with glasses directs me to the paint aisle and tells me I need a code thats in my car, gave me options where it could be. I go to find it and have a hassle calling a dealership to tell me where it is, go back in to ask if hes going to help me and he says he can look up my make model and year. Why couldnt he have offered his full service to help????? After all that their was no maroon color for my car, well out of stock.
