Where there’s a Will, there’s a way! I had driven through a road construction zone early Saturday afternoon and was upset to find that my drivers side rear tire was quickly losing air. I called Goodyear and found out they close at 2pm - it was 1:45. Goodyear recommended Monroe to repair my tire, that’s saying something when a business recommends a competitor! I called Monroe and spoke with Will. He said to bring it in and they’d take care of it. Will and his team were amazing!! Everyone was very friendly and my tire was repaired in minutes!! Will is the MAN! I’ve included a picture of the screw that was removed from the tire. I highly recommend Monroe and especially Will for your tire repair needs!!

I picked up a nail in my tire so I tried scheduling an appointment online. When I showed up the appointment never went through but the gentleman was very kind and said he would get it taken care of. I was in and out in a short time and with a tire that was no longer leaking. Very friendly service.

Took my car there that I just bought used, I noticed it had a coolant leak so I took there to find out exactly what it is, they couldnt tell me exact part names. They would only say the entire tube to the thermostat and all the wires. I asked for the paper to show what they mean. They refused to write up any paperwork even after I asked they told me no. I get my car start it up, and now the belts are squeaking too. They wouldnt fix it at their shop and wouldnt tell me what exactly it is. Gave me my car back after all other shops are closed. Wasted my whole day and now I need to take off to find a shop to tell me what they should have. Worst mechanics ever, dont even know the names of parts they said just order the whole tube, all the way to the thermostatWhich isnt even a part name

Removed a 2” nail from my tire. Very helpful, fast, and friendly. Excellent work and response before a big trip.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Waited 2 hours for it (with appt) and they didn’t rotate my tires. I could tell because found out later the same tire in the same spot kept losing air before and after my appt. Sad because the front desk was really nice and I wanted to come back next oil change but they can’t be trusted.

We go to Monro for all of our tire/car needs! The guys are kind, honest and fair. They do quality work and don’t overcharge. We won’t be going anywhere else!We had 2 tire issues in the past 6 months, on 2 separate vehicles. One had a nail (unrepairabel) and the other had a stem issue. Since we had our tires installed at Monro for both vehicles, in recent months, they fixed the stem issue and replaced the tire for FREE!! This is the kind of service you want! Jeff and his guys are great!!

They let you book appointment online!!!My Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) kept coming up. I booked my appointment online, went to the shop, a mechanic fixed the issue by calibrating it.Best part, they charged me nothing for their service nor time!I was in and out within half an hour.

I needed some last minute exhaust work done because my pipe was hanging so I called Monroe and spoke to Dan over the phone and he told me to stop in and he would see what he could do to help me out. He got me right in and had a mechanic put my car in the air and brought me out to the shop to show me what needed to be replaced as I thought I just needed a clamp the part was actually more specific to my vehicle. He made a couple calls which was looking to be a kind of expensive repair at first because the flex pipe that I needed was sold along with a catilatic converter but he continued to call one more place for me and was able to get just the part I needed. You just don’t find that kind of impeccable customer service anymore and I tip my hat to Dan for going above and beyond to please a customer. I will be back for all my automotive needs. Thanks again Dan!!!

It is hard to find a good mechanic who will take care of your car as much as you take care of your pride and joy yourself. This place not only takes pride in their work but does it at a very fair price. If you run across a mechanic that is honest and will truely take care of you than never take your car to anyone else. I gave Dan 5 stars because he went out of his way to make sure my car was running better than new and at a price that was more than fair. I will never take my car to anyone else. My car was done on time an I highly recommend Monro Auto for any auto repairs that you may have. Tell Dan the (owner) that Jeff sent you because he is fair and comes highly recommended...You wont get ripped off by going here, I guarantee it... I sure hope that Dans flu or cold doesnt get any worse, yes even though he was under the weather he was at work making sure that his customers were able to drive their cars. One more thing before I close this review,,,I could of waited there for my exhaust work, serpentine belt replaced, and the bushings replaced, instead Dan drove me home and than picked me up an hour before the job was suppose to be done and told me my car was ready. That might seem like a small thing but to me it ment alot that he went out of his way for his customers . Thank you Dan for making my day a great one.

Phil was extremely helpful and accommodating when I had a poor experience at a different store. I was sure that I had a hole in a tire and was about to leave out of state when it seemed like the tire was getting worse. He had me come over that night and they took the time needed to find that there was a hole present in the tire. He also helped me find the best place to order my tire to provide the best deal for me! He definitely went above and beyond for me!

No Complaints at all for any of the service I have received so far. I had tires replaced on both of my vehicles. Brakes replaced on one . I received a thorough explanation on why brakes were needed at the time. I brought in a flat and they analyzed and repaired it at no cost. This says something about how they take care of their clientele.

I have dealt with Phil the manager for 2 years now and have recommended family & friends to see him if in need of a repair. Currently own a 09 Infinity with high miles but love the car and am not looking to trade it in. Even tho there has been some issues with my Infinity, Phil has always made time to get the repairs done based on my schedule and at the least expensive rate in the area (I shopped him twice)... In a world were it may be tough to trust mechanics, Phil is the real deal

I had been experiencing very low tire pressure in one of my tires since I bought my car. I took it to Monroe to see if there was anything they could do about it and within less than 1 hour it was fixed! I was so impressed with their service as well as the very friendly staff. I would recommend Monroe to anyone!!

I got a low air pressure warning as I was driving home from work. It turned out I had a bolt in my tire. I stopped in at Monro, hoping they would be able to repair my tire by the next day. To my amazement, they had it repaired and ready for me in 35 minutes!

It was easy enough to get my car in for a last minute tire plug after work. But after being in the shop for 15-20 minutes I was told Im ready to go. All my seat adjustments were changed, the settings on the gage cluster were changed, the temperature settings were changed, and my car reeked of cigarettes. The plug also did not hold, lost air faster than I was without it, had to fix it at home the next day.

I booked an appt online for an oil change for a Saturday at 11am and went in and was told there were 3 appts booked for 11am and only 2 guys working. The man was really nice and I opted to come back Monday at 5 pm instead of wait an hour +. I got there at 4:50 pm and stood in line for 10 minutes without being helped or acknowledged. I decided to leave and go to the Jackson Super-Lube where I got in right away. I won’t be attempting to go there again.

My exhaust broke apart in the middle and I thought they were going to sell me all new exhaust but Jeff welded it back together where it came apart and told me no charge and sent me on my way. Was not expecting that. Great service and thank you again.

I booked an appointment for 8am. And when my husband and I came in the gentlemen see aggravated/annoyed. When I began discussing the pricing he proceeded to tell me that the prices have changed and the only way to get the deal was to sign up for the credit card. Yet the prices by the road and the price on the door says 19.99 for oil change and tire rotation. For conventional. The gentlemen said well they changed the prices. I looked at him and pointed at the sign. He well you can only get that if you get the card. So i asked how much a tire rotation would be if it needed it. He said well we will just do it (attitude and all) first time here and most certainly my last. I suggest a little more training on customer service. Or a new person at the front desk

I came up to West Bend with low tire pressure and by the time I got up there the tire was flat. Not only did they stay open late to replace all 4 tires, they gave me a discount and a lifetime of tire service. Highly recommended!

Drove around West Bend for a couple hours looking to get a tire fixed. After 3 or 4 tries with other places . I finally went to Monro. Not only did I get my tire repaired after waiting only 25 min, but no charge. I want to thank the manager but also James who fixed my tire. There are still people out who care about others. They seemed genuinely concerned about our safety when we had our brakes done. However, the corprorate office is guilty of Bait and Switch marketing tactics saying you can get your brakes done for $129 per axel when they know full well you will probably need rotors too.The people who worked at this particular store did a good job and they deserve 5 stars. Corporate marketing deserves 1 start, so it averages out to 3 stars.

When in for a estimate Jeff the manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions I had About the repairs I needed, I Was pleasantly surprise and how clean everything looked, Definitely it will be a place for me to take my vehicles from now on.

Unprofessional. Wanted tires put on my truck that I ordered online. After waiting two days finally to get an appointment and told they couldnt do it because their equipment is out dated when I know for a fact they could (Ive used the same machine on bigger tires). I feel like they didnt want to do it because I did not order the tires from them. Also talked down about other businesses. Just plain out unprofessional.

This place is simply outstanding.My mom is in a nursing home in Slinger and on a extremely cold day 1/25/19 I had no power steering in my Chevy Silverado.I opened the hood and saw the hole shooting fluid everywhere.I called them and they said they will make time,so I drove from slinger to West bend with no power steering.Amazingly about 45 minutes later they said my truck was done.So I go to the counter and ask how much is the bill and he said free of charge as they had hose at the shop.This place saved my day as I needed to get back to my home in Oxford Wi.This place reminds me that theyre arestill good people in this world.

I booked an oil change on-line because they had a deal going on. I received a confirmation e-mail. In the e-mail it also said they would call to confirm - I thought that was strange. I didnt receive a call. I went in for my appointment and found out - nope no appointment. The clowns at corporate set up this website to draw people in. Then when you show up they tell you that you can book one -- not later that day -- but much later in the week. Apparently the store does not have access to the booking on line. So why have a website that offers on-line booking? Is this another version of bait and switch? If you are looking to get your oil changed go somewhere else!

If I could give this location negative five stars, I would.I took my car in to have brake pads rotors and calipers replaced. The manager quoted me at $750 and 90 minutes for it. I came back after the 90 mins, he tells me the brake LINES need to be fixed too. I tell him to put them in. SIX HOURS after that (a half an hour after they close) I finally get my car back. The brakes now dont work. My car wont stop.I took it to another shop a few days later, to find out THE LINES WERE NEVER PUT IN.While the mgr claims he gave me the lines for free (also sounds shady) the work that WAS done to the car should not have taken seven and a half hours to do. And what he quoted as a $750 repair is costing me $10,000 as I had to buy another car.NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE ANY VEHICLE HERE

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had a slow leak in my tire due to a nail. I took it to Monro Muffler and Brake in West Bend. They told me they could not plug the tire. The nail was right in the middle of the tread (Not the side wall). Then they tried to tell me I would need to buy two new tires as if I just replaced the one the alignment would be out of balance. I told them, I just need one. They quoted me a price of $129.99 for one tire. But, after all the add ons it came to $193.03. I told them I would think about it. I then made an appt the next day at Bobs Main Street Auto and I am sure glad I did. They had my tire plugged and out the door in 20 minutes for $17.00. I will never use Monro again! They have lost my business for life. I will now be using BOBS Main Street Auto for all my auto repair needs!!!

The people there are always kind! Another place tried to rip me off and tell me something was broken, and these guys told me that it was a straight up lie. I saved over $350 because of this place! They didnt capitalize on my lack of knowledge, and explained it to me!

I took a tire in for a repair late in the day on 9/15/18.NTB down the street and they told me 3 hours to put a plug in but probably wouldnt have it done before they closed, and nobody in town else was open to do it. I went up to Monro and the manager said give him 45 minutes. In 45 minutes on the dot he had it ready. NTB has failed me 3 times and always an attitude. Monro has my business now.
