REDACTED Review. I thought it was a good experience before Ike lied and did not fulfill the agreed upon deal. I was with my brother and witnessed the entire process and my brother offered a price out the door with taxes and tag. Ike said he did not want to do that and my brother said that is fine, that he would walk away. Ike agreed and never paid sales taxes nor registration fee for the tag. Brother called up there and he would not honor his word. If you cannot sale a car for a set price, then just dont accept an offer you cannot honor just to get a car that sat up there for 6 months gone. Is what it is, just beware, integrity is not his end goal.

Always have great cars online, but when call about the vehicle of interest....They always, say oh, that car was sold the week before, like, sir, I just saw that car online; thats why Im calling. So if youre looking for a vehicle from them, its best to go in person to see what is on their lot.

Like any good salesman the owner was very nice, but my good experience stopped there. I was searching for a work truck that was reliable and was sold a truck with tons of issues that were cleverly covered up. Now here I am with $7000 less in my account and a truck with a broken rear axle.

First of all I must say I give Nyquan and Ike 5 stars on their customers service but 1 star on this vechile I purchased for my son. We only had this car a little over a month and were already having problems. His window wont come down at all after having it looked at twice so thats a bill for us whenever we figure out whats wrong with it. Secondly his check engine light just came on so we had it diagnose to find out its a thermostat housing whatever that is so thats another bill when we just purchased this car the beginning of April. This What happens when you advertise and sell cars that hasnt been thoroughly inspected now were stuck with junk and out of 9000. What a valuable lesson learned.

This was my first stop on my recent car search. I can’t recommend Icoal Enterprise enough. Test drove a 2001 Toyota Camry here, then drove around and test drove cars from other dealerships for a couple days. We decided to go back to Icoal to purchase the Camry, due to the friendly and professional environment we received from the moment we stepped out of our car. This was the most professional dealership we came across throughout our entire car search. We dealt with Niquan as our salesman, who was very helpful and professional. He was also very straightforward about the history of the car and what would need to be fixed, which I appreciated. And what issues he wasn’t sure about, he offered to have their on-site mechanic take a look at. The whole process of purchasing the car was quick, pressure-free and a very smooth car-buying experience. There was only a few things wrong with the car, and he offered to help us to get those things fixed, which he kept his word on, and we couldn’t be happier with the Camry and the whole experience with this dealership.
