These people are frauds. They allowed my brand new vehicle to be stolen. Run from them. Scammers!!!

DONT TRUST THEM!We bought an F350 for a business with them in November 2016 and traded our Ford Expedition at the same time. The truck has had several problems including computer issues, but the biggest issue is the fact that they still have not paid off my trade-in. We call and we get no response other than a left message with a secretary. I want everyone to know so they dont have to put up with this nonsense in the future.

First of all, I would like to say that if I could give them a zero star I would. We found the establishment, on the recommendation of a friend ; therefore thought the business would be great. To our surprise it wasnt. The agreement was, they were suppose to look for a car at an auction for us, for specific price range, and specific miles, specif etc, we left a deposit and TRUSTED them to deliver. We received pictures of a car during the auction, which we agreed upon. We liked the car and during the auction reiterated the price range 3000-3800. They purchased the car on our behalf, called us and told us the car was ready. We got there drove the car everything was great. Until it came down to signing on the dotted line. The car that was purchased for us for the specific price range was now miraculously not in our range anymore. The car is now $4800, and not to worry about the overage we can let you make payment on the rest, they said. I think that what they failed to realize is that, people have budgets for a reason. NOT that we could not pay for the extra amount. NOT that we had BAD credit. NOT for any other reason other than, WE AGREED ON SOMETHING VERY SPECIFIC. In my opinion if you cant delivery what you promise your customers, you dont need customers. The person we believed to owner, never came in to speak with us, just said give them their money back. Wouldnt speak to us. The said they had more money into the car and could not let it go for the agreed price. HOW? We gave you 1500 the car was suppose to 3000-3800, The car had yet to be serviced, per the salesman, no repairs had been done to the car or cleaned. They called us to pick up the car. SO WHY CALL? You dont bait and switch that is what I call Shady Shananigans, I WOULD NOT do business with these people again. IF ANYONE wants to intelligently debate these facts with me please feel free to leave your educated comments below. But please dont get on talking about my credit was bad, or your Mechs (mechanics) are good. LIARS GO NO WHERE IN BUSINESS. I would not recommend this place to to a single living soul. Thank you.

My boyfriend & I went up to Luxury Cars 3 days ago . we saw this BEAUTIFUL 2008 Honda Accord for $8000 . at first I did think it was a rip off but when I gave them a chance they proved me wrong . even though I was there all day, I drove away with it before they closed and it drives so smooth . the inside is nice and clean, and fully detailed ( not including the pollen ) . the best thing about it was they dropped the monthly payments so we could afford it every month . yesterday was a blessing .

Crappy customer service! Liars! Took my car to them for them to have it fixed from where it was screwed up when I bought it and they had it for 2 months and didnt touch it! Lied to my face saying it was being worked on when really it was just sitting at a mechanic shop not being worked on! etc. I can go on for days... I tried being nice and patient and that got me NO WHERE! Its their way or no way! I will never go back to these people nor recommended anyone to them!

CRAPPIEST CAR DEALER EVER! bought a truck from there, drove it for 3 weeks I kept hearing a noise so I took it my mechanic. The mechanic told me it was the transmission, when I bought the truck from luxury cars they didnt offer me a warranty So I had to go up there and buy a warranty cost me about $900. It took them 2 months to pay off the truck that I traded in. Luxury car told me they would pay for the cost to fix it and when it came down to it they said that didnt have kind of money and that the warranty would cover it and just wait 30 days to get it fixed and the truck will be up and running again. Now the warranty company says its 60 days and since I filled a claim to get it fixed now they wont pay for it so now Im out $3,000. Moral to the story do not get a car or truck or anything from there period.

I wouldnt give them one star they dont do business right the way they talk to us i didnt like it and they are a rip off they said they fix stuff and they dont cause its doing the same thing dont go to them to get a car they cars are clean and they got beautiful cars but they wont do what they say everyday i will regret it i will never go there again

Hey hey Watch your mouths about my family biz. cant help it if ur credit poor.. we put everyone in a car. and who ever said they brought there car here to get it fixed. Ur a liar cause we have top notch mech here that does same day serv. so dnt go bad mouthing our biz cause we dnt operate like that or in that manner...

Dang something wrong with that not one 5* rating besides that dude who says its a family biz cant trust someone who cant spell correctly on a rating I guess everyone who rated the place have poor credit lol must be just crappy sales people. I was going to get my Audi Q5 from them never mind now I will just go to Audi of Columbia at least it wont be a rip off

Was Pre-approved for a vehicle on this lot. After a week(5 days) of leaving messages(several times a day) for the assigned salesperson, with no return call, the vehicle was sold. Not pleased with this experience at all.

Are they insane. SERIOUSLY high mileage and way over priced.

Finally went out of business. Dump
