They have no idea what deal AT&T offer. The manager told me I needed to go online and buy what I think they are offering me. Funny, WEbsite, Walmart all other AT&T stores are offering the deal and your manager or any other staff in the building was aware you can add an additional line to a$50 plan for $40 as long as I had my device. When I called, asked why other stores offer it and not them, they gave me 6 excuses but nothing relevant. #idiots

My in-store experience was really good! Even though I had to wait almost an hour to be served because they were that busy, it wasnt that the service was not up to par. Because it was. I was even apologize to for the time it was taken to get to me. And I must give honor to the associate that waited on me the credit that shes due! My phone is having some problems whereas it would not allow me to make calls to my family members; she did everything she could do to try to make this phone work. So I honor her for taking up the time to work with me as much as she did. I am forever grateful!

I went into the store to upgrade two phones. I wanted to pay full retail for the new devices and the lady told me that I could not buy the devices outright but rather begin two new installment plans for them. I told her to provide store evidence that backed up that policy. She could not. She refused to sell me the phones at retail. I was not going to be manipulated into starting two installments and subsequently be charged an “installment fee”. I left and went to the ATT direct store in Harbison. They advised that she should have been able to sell me the devices at full price. This store should re-consider its “policy” or don’t make sales quotas so rough that your salesperson has to tell a flat out lie to try to get installment commissions. This was the second horrible experience here. The first was a couple years ago when we did the BOGO on two iPhones. Once again we were fooled. We never got the credit for the additional phone, even after reporting the issue to AT&T. I will be sending this recent experience over to AT&T. It was not convenient to drive to the other side of town because an authorized retailer refused to sell me phones at full price. That made zero sense and I would advise anyone to stay away as this place is scammy.

My phone was acting up. Had to keep removing Sim card and replacing it. Kept saying no Sim card so cant use phone. Went to att on hwy 1. Man refused to give me another Sim card. Said it was the software. Called Samsung as phone is less than a year old. They were upset that I was refused a Sim card. They sent me to ubreakifix. They said if it was the software they will do a flashback or whatever. It wiped my phone. Went to restore from cloud. Kept stooping saying no Sim card. Ubreakifix told me it was the Sim card and they didnt replace them. Att had to. Called at and was told I could go to the att store and get another one. I did but the restore is screwed up. Trying to get my aps back on home is impossible. I go to the list of apps and not there. Go to store to download says installed. Go to search and it there. I can open there but cannot move it to my home. Had ur employee just replaced my Sim card the first time I wouldnt have a phone that socks. I loved my phone till this happened.

I was in town from Huntsville AL. I recommend this location. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful, professional and pleasant. I stopped into the AT&T store on Augusta rd. I was immediately greeted by a young lady who was able to diagnose my problem and fix it. The Huntsville store was not able to do this and therefore I have to say kudos to this store. To top my experience, the Manager came by and checked on the progress. She recommended additional accessories for my mobile phone and was extremely pleasant.

We had a great experience with your people--from the salesperson and follow up in home visit to the installation guys.There are two problems but, due to our forgetfulness, we have failed to call support. Both have to do with the TV re-wind feature (our connection is fiber optic, not a dish).When we re-wind, then play, the picture becomes unstable and remains so until we turn the system off and back on. Sometimes it will freeze for a second or so, often every minute or two, sometimes just periodically. As long as we dont use the rewind, all is well.Our other issue, which I am sure cannot be resolved is the way the rewind works. With our old Dish system, we could back up, 10 seconds or multiples of time by repeatedly pushing rewind. And forward allowed us to jump through commercials with ease. But, I suppose it could be operator error on our part. Maybe we need some training.With football bowls games on the way, I simply must get in touch with support!!

The lack of customer service in this store is astounding! The man who claimed to be the manager Quentin was extremely rude, completely lacking in knowledge of the plans he claimed to have 2 months ago when I signed up to change phone companies. He was very much present in the store helping the girl sign me up with AT&T and claimed today when I had an issue with the excessive charges on my bill that he was not in the least involved. I left the store the day I signed up with an exact number for my bill from both him and the representative that helped me that day. I received a bill for 350$ more than the price I was told I would be paying, and he claimed he had nothing to do with it, and could not help me. When I asked him who his supervisor was, he stated that he was the supervisor. I then asked him if he was the store owner to which he replied no. I then asked for the store owners name and number, and was never given that information. I understand that this store is not owned by AT&T, and called customer service to fix the mistakes these people have made, as well as to report this location. I feel that the representatives for AT&T were extremely professional as well as concerned for my issues. They managed to fix all these mistakes that were made by a store that is privately owned that and extremely rude with no idea of customer service.

Came into the local store a little after 6:00 PM with the intention of only buying a data cable. I was immediately greeted by Bina and Alexis I had to wait a few minutes for them to help me cause they already had customers. They helped pick out a cable and then informed me that I was eligible for a upgrade for my phone. They were very helpful in helping me pick out a phone and accessories their customer service was top notch.

I can not say how grateful I am to Kendall and his colleague who were able to help resolve a billing and bundling issue that I had been trying to take care of for weeks. They spent almost two hours of their day assisting me with getting in contact with the correct departments via a 3 way call and asking for supervisors, confirmation, etc. I am so happy I visited this store and will go back there for all of my ATNT needs and questions. Great experience!!!!!

Having just transferred to Sprint, and being previously with Verizon for many years, I was very skeptical of the entire process. I changed from VZW to Sprint just due to price increase in service for 2 lines. Sprint has HORRIBLE customer service and service in general with your phone. As soon as I walked in and started working with Dennis I felt very confident and comfortable. He was an excellent rep and I was very pleased with everything he helped me with. It is because of him I will stick with AT&T as well as continue to go to this location! THANKS DENNIS!!!!

There is no way I will never visit this store again. Talking to the sales person was like talking to a thirteen year old teenage girl. By no means am I disrespecting teen girls but the customer service sucks.I will never beg a retailer to take my money. Stay away from this store and especially the really tall guy.

If you want to get an At&t plan in Columbia, forget about other branches and directly go to this one. The customer service people are so friendly and helpful. We called one of their specialists (Allen) and he so patiently walked us through all the steps for getting a new plan and helped us on the next day to set up all of our phones. These people really care about their customers and know how to run their business. We had terrible experience with customer service in the Forrest Dr branch and we decided to stop going there.Great job Allen, you Rock man!

This store is a sub-par ATT authorized retailer. Ive been to this location twice since its near home. During both visits I recieved terrible service. Staff and Manger are rude, unattentive, pushy and unknowledgable. Overall this a hack thrown together location. DRIVE AN EXTRA 10 MIN TO HARBISON AND GO TO A CORPORATE LOCATION. Att needs to pay better attention to who they let represent their company.

The experience started out ok. Both of the ladies were busy helping other customers, but welcomed my husband and myself and told us they would be with us as soon as they could. Which is great they recognized and acknowledged us. I’m not tech savvy at all. After a short wait the lady asked what she could do for me. I replied by saying I received my upgrade in the mail (iPhone XR), transferred everything over, but the phone calls and text were still going to the old phone. (We has tried to use the online chat the night before to get the problem solved and they were talking about some kind of E or M number and finally said to just go into the store) she then answered by saying well that’s because you didn’t move your SIM card over while chuckling with an implying voice that I should have know that. I replied well I didn’t know that that’s why we came in. As she was removing and replacing the SIM card she was said “Sooo this was an upgrade not a warrenty replacement?” I said yeah an upgrade and she didn’t say anything else. Maybe I had a bad taste in my mouth from the previous statement, but that made me feel as though my new phone I was so excited about was nothing special and I should have had a better upgrade. The rest of the experience was ok like she knew she shouldn’t have said what she did and was trying to make up for it.

I just purchased a new iPhone from the place two day ago and tried to call today just to get a recording telling me to leave a message and that they would get back with me in 24 to 48 hours. That doesnt cut it. I have a question that I need an answer for now ! Ill be out of the country in 24 hours, why is it that you always find out that a place just doesnt give a damn until after the purchase. Worst damn customer support Ive ever heard of, V

Absolutely the worst service ever. Walked in knowing what we wanted and my boyfriend previously used to work with AT&T and he is very fimiliar with the services they offer. Rep walked away from us and didnt say anything and was absent for 10 minutes, then came back and didnt say anything to us. Walked by us and ignored us. My boyfriend had to walk up to her and ask her what time another store was closing. Will not return to this location and would advise others to do the same

This Ended up to be the absolutely worst service ever. We started out by asking questions one day. We went back in the store the next day and ended up with a different sales rep named Stacey, we spent 3 hours in the store, she told us everything we wanted to hear and more in order to make the sale... We were there until after the store closed she left to go to swimming class so we had to come back the next day for them to complete our transfer. The experience turned out to be a two week back and forth with no resolution. Finally I asked for a manager after a few weeks, sales rep at that time Britney I believe, was awesome in trying to resolve my issues however Genesis was rude obnoxious and unwilling to assist. Britney Texted her assistant manager Ron and Ron advised that he would contact me the next day by phone. To date he has not picked up the phone to call me. After calling him for two days, three or four times I finally got to speak with him and he was rude and unconcerned. I returned to the store since he rudely claimed that he could not answer any questions over the phone, by the time I arrived, He had left the building and Stacey, who I initially worked with had a very nasty attitude and denied everything that she told me when making the sale. Yes, her story changed. Thank God for the telephone customer service rep who was able to answer my questions and resolve my issues after 2 1/2 weeks. I would never return to that store again and I would advise that no one else be subjected to that madness. ...thats not all of the details because it is just two much to tell...I Had been a Verizon customer for 15+ years and never had I experienced such foolishness and disrespect......smh :-(Enter at your own risk

My experience with customer rep named Brittney was very good. BUT, the other one needs a course in how to interact with customers with problems. When I parked, there were no other cars around (I was the only customer. I parked in front of the store. When I entered she tersely said, That is not a parking space, so I moved my car. As I was attempting to explain a concern to her, she continued texting or playing games on her cell phone. When I asked her is she was paying attention to me, she replied, I am a multi-tasker. At that point I told her that my concern was important to me, and I expected to have the full attention of theemployee. She showed no concern, so I left and went toanother ATT store. Im not going back due to her attitude.

BUYER BEWARE AT&T SCREWED US EVERYTHING THEY SAID WAS A LIE!!! First bill $357.00 and monthly bill $173.00 for two phone and we paid $120.00 per phone for our phone to work in the Philippines and they did not! When we got back our bill was over $590.00 They said my Directv would go down to $25 a month and it did not!! THEY TOLD US THE PHONES WERE FREE WHEN WE GOT OUR BILL IT SAID WE FINANCED $1,500 CROOKS TRUE CROOKS!!!
