The woman was very nice and helpful but in the end she was able to solve my problem. The luck in the gut for boost mobile is that i went to Best Buy and talked to Ed(world class)and he hooked me up in like ten mins like a boss. Her suggestion wouldve cost me atleast $50 more dollars and Eds solution cost a whopping $10.69. Booyah

I got the best service the girl was super nice we ended up being there after business hours to get our phones set up, she was extremely patient & knowledgeable, Im glad I went there for my phone.

Horrible customer service. Also giving out wrong IMEI numbers for the phones make and model. Im reporting them as we speak. If you bought a phone from them check your IMEI NUMBER and see what comes up. I have a moto g fast but it comes up as a zn4 krave which is a flip phone. Shady stuff going on here. And i had to return 2 phones from here because of the phones not letting me run them in safe mode. Do not buy from here.

Woman in store was VERY unprofessional! Eating greasy chicken at the front desk, and touching peoples phones. Not very knowledgeable about anything! Arguing with my husband after he asked about an ad posted on the wall, told us we were not understanding the procedure. The ad was very clear. We opted to leave and go to another store and we got the. Special advertisement with no questions asked! Wont go back there as long as shes in that office!

I had the WORST service today from Yessy. I also called the store 7 times and still had no answer. So i had to go in there. Only to be treated so rudely. She definitely should look into another one. This job obviously isn’t her fit.

No true technical support. Didnt understand apn settings or anything of that nature. They are ok if you want to just buy one of their generic phones, but worthless if you have you own hardware and need anything from them at all. I was merely trying to help out someone that wanted a phone Im selling and this location made it so that I never want to offer boost support again.
