Pharmacy is SO SLOW!!!! Nicest people but it took 45minutes in the drive through for them to handle three cars!!!! Inside is no better! Someone hire these poor people some help!

I made an appointment for a covid test. I was there early, and still waited for about an hour until they told me they couldn’t test because because they couldn’t “print” what they needed. So after an hour of driving around the drive thru so the they could help the people behind me, I never even got tested. What I waste of time.
This review is mainly of the pharmacy. Don’t waste your time, the wait is ALWAYS 15 minutes or longer. It’s ridiculous. We used to get prescriptions filled at the CVS down the road across from the school but switched to this location because it’s a few minutes closer but we will be returning to the other CVS. I’ve never waited more than a couple minutes at that location. This one needs more staff and to get more organized. It’s just insane and not practical
Nasty place. The pharmacist was rude and yelled my personal and medical information out loudly so fellow patrons could hear. Highly unprofessional. Also the store is so dirty.
The store itself is great. I just wish they get more staff if needed or a better system for the pharmacy. The wait is long whether you called in a prescription or not.
They really dont seem organized. I go in and they ignore your existence standing there. It is one black lady with short gray hair that seems to be the only one thats customer service focus and will let you know okay well get with you in one moment but everybody else just stands there and dont even look out at u you standing there.
This CVS is the worst one I have dealt with. They are completely understaffed in the pharmacy department. I take numerous medications and if my doctor submits a new one electronically or by phone, it will be put “in process” for 2-3 days until I call them or stop by. Then they tell me I have to wait even longer to pick it up. Everytime I inquire about it, it’s never due to stock level or anything. I think it comes down to laziness of the staff or maybe just pure staffing amount or both.I had the same problem today, 3/17, for one of my prescriptions my doctor submitted refills for the day before in the AM. I stood at the consultation area to inquire about the continued “in process” status and I was finally acknowledged after 10 mins. I was told “someone will be right with you”. Then they continued to work & begin to take several people that came inside and through the drive thru AFTER I’ve been standing there. They completely ignored me.I walked out and am now having all my prescriptions changed to another CVS. This one is filled with incompetency, rudeness, and pure lack of customer service.
Unauthorized activity in my account continues over 2 years. They keep requesting my prescription even though I moved out of state, transferred prescription to another pharmacy, made multiple calls, and asked pharmacist to delete my information multiple times. Cant delete my account online - response This feature is not currently available in your area. No more business with CVS!

When I tried to print pictures and the printer worked but then ran out of paper before I could finish and the employees we untrained to fix the printer. I waited for 2 and a half hours, and it still wasn’t fixed!!!! And I had a coupon that if I bought 100 pictures which I was it would be cheaper and they wouldn’t let us use it cause we didn’t have all the pictures, so we didn’t buy them so then they just threw the pictures away. And in the process of helping us the other employee was restocking and lost 6 costumers someone in the store said.
They are very clueless on what they is doing in the pharmacy smh
Awesome! They always try to get everything done for me in a timely manor. The only CVS Ive gone to that cares about when you need your prescription. Usually theyre like, uh in a hour. Mine takes 25 minutes!
I had many terrible experiences at the CVS on North Main, but what a difference the employees make. This store is always very responsive to my needs and requests, my medications are filled and available on time, and to top it off the employees here are professional and friendly.
