I myself is not a member but have visited with my sisters and just watching and hearing the professionalism and kindness from Beth is all but amazing. She is always kind and willing to go above and beyond. So if theres any complaints about Beth I think the individual may need to check themselves. The staff if professional on every level.

To all customers that are waiting for delivery just a reminder, UNIWAY is not the bad guy here. Go Brandon, remember in November. It has only taken 9 months to take us back 15 years. Think about it. Hold on it is just the tip.

A RIPOFF....several times called to get quotes and was able to go on line or to another business to get a better deal.Requested quote on a refrigerator and was told it would be six months for delivery.In the beginning they assured us that they had buying power with all distributors, but they couldnt furnish us with an appliance from a local distributor.

I have always found Beth to be professional and friendly. She always takes care of anything we request. If you are not a member of Uniway, you are missing out on savings! Great company; great people!

We’ve been members for over two years now. Our experience with Uniway of Columbia has been nothing short of excellent. Some may argue that the membership is expensive however it is totally worth it! Compared to other direct buying companies, Uniway is the way to go because the annual renewal rate is SIGNIFICANTLY less. I researched it! 😆 The staff is quick for price requests. Although they promise to reply in 72 hours, I usually get the info back in 24 hours. Whenever I speak to someone, they’re are beyond polite and friendly. Some may complain that items take a long time to come in. This is true but it’s all perspective too. They’re are VERY clear about delivery times. As much money as we save, the wait is worth it. So, if you’re looking to save tons on furniture, check them out. I recommend them to family and friends all the time because Uniway Columbia is a quality establishment with excellent service.

This was our first visit to Uniway and worked with Harvey who was very knowledgeable of how everything works and very humorous! If you were having a bad day I’m sure he could put a smile on your face. We will definitely be back to enjoy the savings!

The deals are usually excellent; however, Beth in customer service sales falls short ALOT. She can be very short and insulting. This is a customer service business, but she seems bothered. She gets irritated if you call to ask about your PREPAID merchandise. She could use more training. Chick-fil-A does better and it cost dollars not hundreds. Gregory on the other hand is very helpful and pleasant. He goes above and beyond to make up for Beth.The response from the owner makes the point about customer service... criticism is not received. Again, the company is great! Gregory is excellent! The owner is alway nice!

Sad to see the above reviews. This is like timeshares or flight miles. If you use it, it works! And works great by the way. I am picking up two recliners today that I got for the price of one on the open market. I just put handles on all of my cabinets in the house. The retail cost of the pulls was $11/ea. I paid $5/ea...with 48 handles that was a great savings! I am changing all of the appliances in my house and building a large screened porch this summer. Uniway will pay for itself over and over again!! And Beth is unbelievably helpful! Give it a chance if you have typical homeowner projects....it really does work!

Just got off the phone with Sandy at UNIWAY. She was quick about resolving a customer service issue for me that had me at my wits end. I appreciate how she handled it along with Mr. Tully at GO CRV, one of their vendors. KUDOS to you guys for looking out for me in my time of need!!

I have been a member of Uniway since 1992. I have saved many thousands of dollars at Uniway. Ive found that the biggest savings tend to be found when buying furniture. I check Uniway before anywhere else when buying furniture, appliances, baby furniture such as cribs, plumbing supplies, flooring, lighting, and everything else for my house. In the catalog room, Beth and Sharon have always gone above and beyond to assist me. If Ive ever had even the slightest problem with anything Ive bought, Sharon and Beth make sure to correct it or replace the product immediately. I live in the Upstate, but I still regularly use Uniway of Columbia because of the money I save and because of how pleasant the staff is. If youre thinking about investing in Uniway, I highly recommend it. Ive found it to be well worth my money.

I have been a member for years and if you learn how to use the membership properly you can save thousands of dollars on any household item. Great if you are trying to purchase for new home. I have purchased over the years and definitely have more than paid for my membership.

We have members for many years and have always received excellent service from Uniway of Columbia. Always prompt, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We have used them for many services thru several building projects and have never had a complaint!

Staff was very warm, friendly and helpful. Its been a longtime since I visited there showroom and its always nice and clean.

Its a scam for the free offers are fake and to join it a couple thousand just to get discounts on furniture. Go to Amazon or the furniture factory outlet for better pricing. If I could give them less than one star I would have.

I have been a member of Uniway since 2005. Uniway has been my go-to whenever we need to purchase furniture, luggage, grills, and window treatments. We have saved a great deal of money by using this company! The amount of money paid in the one- time membership fee does not compare to the total savings a person will experience! The staff is always so pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to assist you in finding and ordering the items you want. They are like family and it is always a joy to see them. Give Uniway a try, your wallet will thank you!

Ive been a member since 1996 and have never not been satisfied. I have high end furniture in every room in my house that would not have been affordable retail. Best investment Ive ever made. Ive purchased many things over the years and look forward to many more years.

This company manipulated me! They are like shisty Carl salesmen! I tried to get out of this contract and was told I had to cancel in the first 3 days after months had passed. I was told I could always cancel and now they are having there lawyers send me threatening emails. Ive never used the service but have paid them several hundreds of dollars and they are trying to destroy me when all I wanted is out! They are bullies! Dont sign up for this, it is a scam!!!!!!

I am terribly frustrated with Uniway of Columbia. Way back in May of 2015, out of curiosity, I visited Uniway of Columbia. I listened attentively at the presentation. Daniel was a smooth talker. He talked me into signing up with the understanding that I just wanted to try it. That was on May 15th, 2015. The following business day I understood the errs of my decision. I had read posts and got opinions from others about the way you get hooked into the payments and that you really do not save unless you are starting out and need lots of household items. This was not for me.I immediately went to discontinue my membership but was told to give it a few weeks and try pricing some items. On May 18th, after the first time getting out of contract, I requested a quote . I was not given prices so I had to wait on the price. I was not impressed. The Uniway of Columbia said that the account had been turned over to Universal and the local business could not do cancel. I had not even given them my payment information. I did not get that until June 10th and the first payment would not be until July 5th. I told them that I wanted to get out of contract but was told it would have to go through Uniway of Columbia. Both were giving me the run around. I visited the Columbia location in person and tried to shop again. It took time to get a quote and was still not saving me any money since the merchandise was not under Uniway pricing.I continued to try to get out of the contract but gave up on the shopping. Later, after having my bank card expire, I got a call from the UAS to set up a payment. I again told them I wanted to cancel and get out. I could not. I opted not to give them my new banking information so no other draft would be made. I have tried everything (Better Business Bureau, letters to UAS, Uniway Management Corporate, Uniway of Columbia, phone calls and begging). I have listed a timeline of things I have done to try to stop this nightmare. This ordeal has been a nightmare. I am sending a copy of this to Uniway of Columbia, BBB and UAS and the Main Uniway Corporation.
