They delivered the fridge we bought there to our house. They dismantled the unit in order to get it in the house and then promptly gouged and scratched the wood floor and scratched the entry way paint with the unit. They then put the fridge together and left out two parts and we have no idea of where they are supposed to go. Called Victor the owner and asked for our $85 delivery fee back. He asked me to send a picture of the damage and I did. He never called back or apologized. Updated Oct. 21: I got in touch with Victor last week and he agreed to pay me the delivery fee and just dropped it off at the house today.

I responded to a Craigslist ad for a freezer. It was difficult to get answers but they said they sold it and offered me a similar one. Asked them for a photo before I drove two hours to get it. Never happened.......

This place sold my clients every appliance in the kitchen . The dishwasher was broken & the delivered another one that didn’t fit correctly . The sold them a microwave that did not work & told them they needed a new plug They had someone look at the plug & told them the switch was broke. They have to go there every time because they do not answer their phones. Worse customer service ever! Do not use them .

Don’t go there !!! They have the worst appliances in CT, they sold me a messed up washer and dryer with roaches in it !!! Don’t go there !!! It’s horrible !!! Don’t waist your time or money on these people !!! Worst experience ever !!!
