Shirts are generally comfortable, however customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a Polo shirt online from untuckit.com on 8/10/20 that they were not able to fill for whatever reason. There was never an email apologizing that they were unable fill the order and process a refund. So I first tried chatting with customer service and got no where with that, I then emailed customer service and basically got no where with that. I then eventually called customer service to speak with someone and try to get a resolution, to which they finally agreed to refund the cost of the shirt. After a few days of no refund on my credit card, I called again to hear it could take up to 3-5 business days for it to credit my card. Still nothing after that, so another phone call in and I now hear it could take up to 10 business days for a refund to take place. Pretty amazing how the story changes, when it typically doesnt take that long for a refund on a credit card. Having spent over $700 on Untuckit shirts this year alone, I am now pretty upset with their lack of policies and urgency to refund money on a shirt they could not fulfill! Chances are Im done shopping with them. As a customer, I dont want to go through this process with them again!
Awesome brand, shirts aren’t cheaply made like your express type yuppie shirt
