Great little coffee shop!I live for cute local shops like this.Employees are friendly and attentive!I got a large iced caramel macchitto with almond milk. totally worth the $6.

I work at the local hotel not to far from here and we send our guest here all the time. I personally will not be recommending this place because 1) This location does not answer the phone and I believe they may even have it unplugged. 2) They seem understaffed all the time. 3) The food doesnt come out on time. 4) They dont seem to follow any instructions for specials requests. They just make everything the same.

Serving old spoiled food, overcooked eggs. And they can’t follow an order. I had them remake an order 3 times and it was terrible.It’s way overpriced for what they offer and their poor inability to complete an order. Do not order salmon it was spoiled and rotten. They’ve consistently ruined to go orders and again can’t follow a simple order for BEC or SEC. it’s really sad because location isn’t enough at this point. Tried to email their guest feedback and the number is wrong.I’ve also ordered drinks in the past and they can’t seem to tell a difference between iced or hot. I’d save your time and go elsewhere.

I just love this spot for my regular hot chocolate and my husband loves it for coffee. Usually at a coffee shop the menu is limited but man, they have amazing menu, with loads of options (vegetarian also). Would love to go again and again!!!!

This was my first time visiting and I was a bit disappointed because our food was late, and just waiting on the countertop inside of the restaurant. When I placed my order, we were told that someone would bring the food outside as we decided to sit outside. Not the best first experience so I thought it should be shared. Food was good, but everything else threw me off. I spotted the plates from outside and told my husband that it might be ours. Surely, when he got near the counter, it was our food. Anyway, if I do decide to revisit, hopefully theyll be a bit more organized. Thank you.

Staff works so hard and is always so pleasant even when customers are being entitled or just flat out rude. I dont know how they do it. Coffee and drinks are just fantastic, they always knock it out of the park. Their food is good too. No complaints.

Can I say local is the best?!! Spot is phenomenal. Drinks and food are expertly crafted by employees who care. The staff is super friendly and quick to offer a suggestion for the ‘ummmmm’ newbies. The location is big enough and it always draws a crowd. This is my spot (pun intended).

Multiple people without masks inside, never told to put them on, nowhere near safe distance from other people -AND NOT EATING- just sitting there on computers or chatting with other people. No masks. Not eating. Not drinking. Just sitting around. I counted four before I left. Every one of the several dozen people in there exposed, including the staff making your food and drinks. Eat up! Yummy Corona!

Wanted to finish some work. The cafe is quiet and comfortable. I ordered the spicy tuna sandwich which was very delicious and hot. Prices are also very responsible.

Ive never had anything from SPoT that wasnt excellent. The food, the desserts, and the coffee (and Im not a coffee drinker) are wonderful. It is a great place to sit and chat with a friend, or get some work done if needed. The location is great - right in Blue Back Square for shopping or visiting the library. Very nice staff.

I went to SPoT Coffee yesterday after a work trip, and was pleasantly surprised by their menu. Ingredients were easily listed and gluten-free options were available and clearly marked to avoid confusion. While SPoT sells plenty of coffee options, they also offer a whole lot more. Breakfast and lunch, smoothies, and more!I ordered the chicken feta wrap with a gluten free wrap, and it was really good! The pickle and wrap were individually covered with tin foil. The coffee was delicious and not too overpowering. Overall, the food was just shy of $20, but it seemed worth it.Staff were very friendly and genuine about asking how my day was going. The cashier and front desk worker was sincere and I enjoyed the bit of conversation we had. (Your politesse makes all the difference!)SPoT Coffee is a wonderful place to enjoy a sip of coffee before taking on the bigger tasks ahead of you. It is a place for a meditative moment as you feel the caffeinated rocket fuel siphoning through the gut and into the brains. I recommend it as a place to start, continue, or end your day, and wish you an enjoying day even if you cannot!

Prices are on par with Starbucks, much slower service. I had a mocca and a peanut butter cookie. It cost me $9 plus tip. Nice environment, conducive to working, comphy leather couches. I would go back because its independent but only as a treat.

Really nice spot for coffee and a quick bite. Cozy and a variety of seating arrangements and types. I met a friend there for coffee and snacks, but I could also see myself sitting there alone contently, reading or doing some work.

The coffee was better than other chains, the location clean, and the staff was friendly. Its a little pricey and parking can be a problem, but this isnt uncommon in that area. I would go back if Im in the area.

First time here, to meet friends for breakfast. Definitely expensive for what you get, but everything is fresh and delicious. Counter service. High chairs. Bright and good natural light from windows.

Amazing coffee, paninis, and salads. The lady answered the phone very quickly when I called them to ask if they were open. The area is constantly being cleaned by the staff so it is very clean. The service guy took my order and didn’t have any mistakes. Very polite, tasty food, and gave nice compliments about my shoes/outfit(bonus)!

I went to this new spot tonight and got a pizza and iced tea, The staff was so friendly and the food was so delicious. I got the margarita pizza and they put fresh basil on top. What a nice touch! The tea was a red fruity tea that tasted like berries. The place was clean and comfy. Love the fireplace and cozy couches. Keep up the good work guys.xoxo

This is such a cozy place to do some work, meet friends and enjoy great food. I’m a huge fan and usually end up there once a week. Love the fireplace, especially now that it’s winter.

Went when it first opened and it was great, as time has gone by they seem to have declined. Requested a mocha and got a cold brew. Cortado was way more bitter than it should have been. The last time I went, almost every table was filthy with food crumbs. As the tables were dirty one of two staff was telling the other they were going on break.I would stop by if I was near and wanted a coffee but I would not go out of my way to go there.

We eat here somewhat frequently. I am always happy with the quality of the food. Its trendy, so at times the beautiful people take the place over. Waffles are great. Coffee is very, very good. And they have options for those with Celiacs Disease...knowing how to properly prepare those options to avoid cross contamination. Another solid member of the WeHa restaurant community.

The worst food ever!!! I would never go again.. I understand it’s self serve but the tables were way too dirty with food crumbs and dust sitting since, I don’t know when. We ordered an omelette and a waffle with a coffee and juice. The omelette was cold and the waffles- I think 3 letters that best describe them- SSS - Shitty Salty Soggy- simply the worst ever.The coffee cream had gone rancid and when I told the server, it had gone bad, she didn’t even offer a replacement coffee and asked me to get a new one! Pathetic service, pathetic food.

The three stars is for the food. The girl wking behind the counter this morning was very rude and actually rolled her eyes twice when I asked how the eggs where cooked for a eggs sandwich. This was my first time here but thank god the guy who brought my food out was super nice smiled and said enjoy I came to this coffee shop today cause I had to go to the medical building this morning and the last thing I needed today was a tude.

Great coffee shop in the center of blue back square. Its a nice chnwge of pace from the Starbucks or Dunkin donuts. Great selection of food and bakery. Staff was very nice. Definitely take a stop in when needing a coffee in blue black

It was 9 dollars for a mediocre sausage egg and cheese. Egg was burnt to and it was a very small sandwich. Waste of money.

Great atmosphere

Takes forever to get food and its defiantly overpriced like everything around it shopping wise but their coffee is out of this world so it evens out. Plus they have huge community tables and a great open atmosphere.
