Unfortunately I did not have what I needed and the product that I did buy was not up to what I needed either but they did an excellent job at returns and I commend them for this it was a smooth process without any hassle and I thank them for I will return again at some time in the future to purchase more of my cooking products there

This shop is awesome! Very helpful and friendly staff. They have such a good variety of kitchen ware and kitchen gadgets you wont find just anywhere. Great selection and a lot of funny/cute knick knacks. Good place to stop for your kitchen/cook friends or family!

In the age of the amazing variety of products available on the internet, it is almost impossible to find just what I want in a brick and mortar store. Cookshop somehow carries the exact item I need in stock every time I need something. The stock is carefully curated with great products. And its a local business with great service. Such a gem.

I have been shopping here for years. Stopped in today for some holiday baking odds and ends. The store is immaculate and well laid out for social distancing while you shop. The gentleman who rang up my purchase was exceptionally helpful in packing it up when I told him I was on foot. My 2 mile walk home with a half sheet pan was hardly awkward at all!

I ordered my items online twice by accident and the owner of the shop called to make sure that was my intent. Since it was not, I was thrilled that he had caught my error and was impressed by the customer service that I received. My items arrived in excellent condition and on time. I highly recommend purchasing from Cookshop Plus, as you will not find this level of care and attention elsewhere!

Very friendly reps that are also very informative. A kitchen lovers dream! They do have Polish Pottery for people like myself that collect it. Typical West Hartford prices, but reasonable for the high quality items and brands.

At the moment, the item I paid to have delivered within 2-3 days will not be delivered for 6 days (arriving December 23rd). A quick call to the store resulted in being told that this is what happens during the holidays. What I ordered is a cookie press. I was then asked when we plan to make cookies. They were clearly not going to send a replacement that would get here sooner, so why ask? Seems as though if you induce someone to purchase the expedited shipping, you ought to stand behind it. Otherwise, I would have ordered it from a different store. That seems straight forward. Now its too late. Hows that for a business model?

Had a fantastic conversation with the employees there. Theresa made the best tea and Hot Chocolate for us. The coffee bar is am exciting idea that other stores dont have so I really like that. :) The store had very nice kitchen supplies and some extra cute things. Nice store to look around and great customer service.

There is a selection of things here for everybody. If you need the inexpensive odd and end for your kitchen, you can find it here, if you need a high-end knife set or pan, you will find it here. There are other similar shops in some nearby towns, but we feel this is the best one in the area. We received honest advice regarding small appliances and some pans, and well definitely be back here for future purchases.

Incredible kitchen supply shop. The staff was extremely helpful. There iscalso a cafe bar in the middle of the store... Ask the British man to make you a cafe latte. He properly makes an authentic Italian cafe latte. Best in CT!!

Excellent cooking/chef supply store with a decent selection of specialty items. I went in for a whipped cream dispenser and the very kind (owner I presume) showed me both models they carried and explained the differences between them.

Ignorant employees, my 10 year old daughter left her wallet on a bench outside the store and 2 teenagers brought it in to turn the wallet in. The very rude employee told the teenagers to bring it to the ice cream place 5 business down. Nevertheless The ice cream place didn’t have the wallet. The employe should have taken the wallet in Incase the owner came back as we did!

Jimmy, one of the owners, & Teresa - along with Sami, who I initially spoke with over the phone, were/are experts (especially Jimmy with cutlery); quite helpful, informed and welcoming. I came in with a Pampered Chef chefs knife, looking for an upgrade for a 15th annivesary/birthday gift. Jimmy walked me thru all of my options, explaining and informing, not condescending, about the difference in steel and the quality level; and how my wifes old knife was different / compared to... the others. At the end, I made a great decision... why? My wife was ecstatic and it was the perfect gift, which went with a great anniversary dinner at Bricco. And the knife was on sale to boot beacuse they were clearing stock for new additions. Great expertise, great people, great store! P.S. the knife is performing excellent and she loves the Olive wood handle of the Messermeister. And while waiting for them to sharpen my other knife (for Free!), I had an espresso with lovCally-roasted beans. Authentic, for sure. Thanks all!
