I contacted Mehraban Rugs to ask a favor regarding a market value estimate for a family heirloom Persian rug. Soheil was very gracious to give us a ballpark value based on several pictures that I sent him and a bit of history about the rug. He was very kind, helpful and gracious and did not charge us for his service. He then even offered to come pick up the rug, clean it, and deliver it back to us for a fair price. Our family has heard many good things about the Mehraban family and their business. We would highly recommend them for their expertise and amazing customer service.

I went into Mehrabans store as a total stranger and instantly encountered Soheil, its delightful owner. He had never met me before, and I was not dressed in any particularly flashy way, but he still treated me like a million bucks, taking as much time as I needed to help me hunt for great options. He brought out the rugs he could show me immediately, and those that were in his warehouse he had brought over so that I could see them later that very day. Subsequently, I wanted to see my favorite rugs in our home, and Soheil was kind enough to make the trip to our house on a Saturday no less. Suffice it to say, my wife and I were blown away by his wonderful service and selection. We are now the happy owners of a Mehraban rug and it is doing wonders for our living room!
