Drove around for 5 hours trying to find a place that can plug a screw hole in my tire. Pep Boys and Just tires only patch and this could not be patched. And the waits were 2 hrs min. Everyone wanted to sell me a tire. A friend said, oh, go to the Chevron on La Cienega and Holloway. They’ll take care of it in 5 mins. In less than 3 mins Alfredo had my tire plugged (without removal) and I was on my way. Such a delight and could not have been nicer.

My mechanic Bryan moved to this location. He is absolutely amazing and honest. He use to be at Sherman Oaks 76. I will definitely follow him to this location. Well worth the drive. He is super friendly, honest and i have NEVER had an issue. I always take my cars to him as i know the work will be done right. I STRONGLY recommend seeing Bryan at this location.

I recently had a crack in my upper radiator hose & was lucky enough to have it happen right by this station. I thought for sure it was going to cost me a lot since they are located in a prime spot but was completely surprised that it only came to $58 out the door in an hour! I even received a quote from my usual shop that works with me a lot financially & they told me it would be $140 & were surprised this shop was SO much lower! They did great work & were very friendly!

This location is on my way to work so I stop for gas here often. I was having problems with my Cadillac XLR V starting and although I would normally take this sports car to the dealership I decided to take a chance on this familiar Chevron location.I asked for Julio as the previous reviewer suggested. I was very impressed not only with Julios honesty, his knowledge and expertise about this car but also his professionalism and customer service exceeded that of the dealership. Not to mention the cost to check the electrical system, a synthetic oil and filter change and front brakes for this type of sports car was 30% less than I have paid in the past.I agree with the previous reviewer ... Very trustworthy group of mechanics.I live in the neighborhood and this has been my gas stop since I moved here. Ive had my oil changed here twice and this most recent time I also asked them to charge my A/C and check on an issue with my manual transmission.After cautioning me that the A/C recharge would be expensive (it wasnt, it was comparable to any other place) and the transmission check could involve a lengthy and expensive fix I agreed to let them do what they had to do to fix it...I dont know much about cars, just enough to be dangerous so they definitely could have taken advantage of that. But, to my pleasant surprise Julio called me within 90 minutes to tell me he was all done. The bill was actually $75.00 less than he told me it would be AND he fixed a detached heat shield for me for FREE.99 which we had not even discussed. Maybe he felt bad about my awful Duct tape job.Anyways, theyve earned my trust and I highly recommend them despite what jaguar guys review says. Theres always 1 outlier!

Great mechanics at this location!! Honest, reliable, and smart. They are very clear on pricing, they even have a sign for it, althought not cheap. Ask for julio, hes a straight shooter.

Didn’t let get gas from full service while others was using full service by them self

They accept apple pay which is very convenient for getting a drink or snack on a walk or run

Horrible, they didnt fix the car after two attempts and $1,500. They lied about the parts and let the car off the lot. Got it home and had it towed to the Jaguar dealer. They were appalled a first letting the car go. Using one off parts. Car was truly dangerous and Julio lied to us on every aspect. Will know more when Jaguar has had a chance to asses all of the unfixed problems and see if they find any other problems.
