We brought my daughters car in after being backed into and they did an amazing job fixing the damage. But what sold me on how great they are is that I also lost a side cover to my motorcycle and they agreed to prep and paint a new side cover at no cost. It took a while since we had to track down pin striping for the part (which was for a 40+ year old motorcycle so it was hard to find OEM parts) and they kept on it and delivered the finished product today. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for what they did!

These guys are great! Super friendly and great with communicating exactly what was going on during the process. I needed a replacement bumper and these guys turned it around FAST, within a couple days. AND they let me bring in my own part which was class.I got a quote from another shop for the same work and they quoted me almost $400 more than Premium was able to do it for. Highly recommended.

My experience with them has been great! After my car way stolen and nearly totalled, I took my car to them& had no issues at all they were fast and very helpful. They took time to help me understand the whole process😌 Never once leaving me to wonder whats going on. They always contacted me with updates even before my own insurance company these people are very Professional. Once I got my car home and it started having other issues they took it back with no hesitation and were very kind and informal helping me to understand the issuse that arose and assuring me that they will get it done with no stress on me....they were also on top of my insurance company to reopen the claim and fix what needs to be fixed. I feel they worked for me more then my own insurance company! Kudos to places like them...good, honest places still exist! Thanks to all the workers their for the quality service 👍

I was involved in a hit and run accident a few months ago and was dreading the whole process of dealing with insurance and a body shop. My insurance company recommended Premium Collision Center. After doing some research and reading the other reviews, I knew this is where I want to take my Mercedes Benz.I am glad I stuck with my intuition and went there, from the start to the end these guys were on the ball and never dropped it. I was greeted with great energy from Jack, Nick and Lilly who were all awesome! They did a great job in explaining the whole process and making sure I was okay with everything being done.They went into detail on the estimate process and made sure all the necessary repairs were performed. They took all the stress out of being in an accident and put it on their shoulders. If I am ever involved in an accident again (hopefully not) this is where Im going and referring anyone that I know.I have been driving the car for a few months and I could never tell the car was in an accident. They did a flawless job! Paint looks perfect! No error lights, no issues, no headaches! Talk about professionals!

Great service but not COVID safe. One office employee was coughing while I was there and wasn’t wearing a mask. I probably won’t go back because of poor COVID safety practices.

I just got in from my visit at Premium Collision and I couldn’t be more excited and grateful for my referral! Yesterday morning the most bizarre incident occurred; I was reversing my car on a flat driveway and I heard an extremely loud cracking sound. I continued to reverse, but it felt like something was tugging underneath my car. By the time I got home, the right side of my front bumper was displaced. The first shop I visited was trying to charge me $200, even though the bumper was slightly out of place. I ultimately ended up at Premium today where I was greeted by Jack. I explained my situation and he immediately said he would fix my bumper free of charge. Within 20 minutes my bumper was fixed, and the job was seamless. I can’t thank Jack enough for his kindness, generosity, and professionalism. I hugged him three times because I was so happy! I would 10/10 recommend this place.

Ive, unfortunately, had to use this body shop quite often, as drunk drivers love to hit parked cars on my street in the middle of the night. Theyve always been incredibly helpful, they do beautiful work, and work well with all of the different insurance companies, to ensure a headache free experience for you. We always work with Jack primarily. Hes a great guy, and always puts customer service first. Everyone at Premium Collision is friendly, professional, and honest. I parked my car on the street for what was less than an hour. And in that time, someone hit the car so hard it tore metal away. Suffice it to say that both the front quarter panel on the drivers side and the whole front panel had to be replaced. I was referred to Premium Collision Center by Funk Bros (one of the best car repair places in Los Angeles imho), and how is it that I did not know about these folks? Walking distance from my house, if I ever need auto body repair again, they will definitely get my business. From the moment I walked into the shop to the moment I received my car, it was truly a pleasure to do business with them. The cost was reasonable and the work exceptional.

I would really like to give them more stars, they are very nice there and they communicate really well on the progress of your repair. However, they lost points because the repair took one month and it wasn’t even that bad of an accident $3000+ dollars.Also, before I drove off I noticed a couple of little things that needed touching up, which they were able to do while I waited, but still they had the car for a month!Then after I got the car home I noticed that there was a piece not fitting in exactly like it should near my window so I had to wait until they got the new part in and then I had to return to have it installed. True they installed it quickly but again another trip.Would I go back again? Yes, I think so. I like doing business with them because they seem trustworthy and they are very nice.
