I ordered a chip for a friends 14th birthday. Website said delivery within a week. Almost three weeks later I follow-up. I dont hear back and follow-up again five days later. Im told it will be delivered a week later. Ten days later, I follow-up again. They respond and try and get me to choose another, when I had selected the one I did for a specific reason. Im told it will be ready in two weeks. Three days later they cancel my order with no discussion. Client service is exceptional poor. If you want your order, do not order from this company.

Never heard of the store, until I walked by the other night. Thought it was a cool idea for those on the 12 step program. It was empty except for a store employee (hope it wasn’t the owner). Couldn’t have been ruder. I asked If this was the first of its kind and he looked at me like I had insulted him. I asked a few other questions (nothing off putting) and he was just nasty in his response. I imagined That someone who worked at that kind of positive place, would have nice energy and be welcoming. I was wrong. If your not happy, don’t work with customers.

The perfect to find anything twelve step related including the best selection of medallions Ive ever seen in a brick and mortar store. I mean GORGEOUS medallions, colorful and unique and reasonably priced. If I want to get a gift for a sobriety anniversary I always find something cool and interesting, its the top place to go to in Los Angeles in my opinion for this kind of stuff. Take a drive out there, you will not be disappointed.

A lovely place for book lovers to go and browse. The outdoor section has great deals, and Ive found some great stuff inside too. Havent had a ton of interaction with the staff, but they seem nice.

The most complete, well stocked 12 step storefront Ive been to. The fine folks who staff this small but mighty shop are the most helpful, friendly and efficient workers Ive encountered in quite a while. My Wife found a stunning 25th year sparkle-pretty medallion which the shopkeeper placed in this necklace holder for us! Kudos to My 12 Step Store!

Great location with free parking in the heart of weho. That alone should be a reason to stop in. The people working there are really nice. Even if you dont have a lot of knowledge about the program or recovery process they will help you find the right gift.

If youre looking to be charged too much and treated badly, this is the place for you.Over the years, Ive spent a few hundred dollars here. Its easy because they charge $24 for pretty nice commemorative coins (which you can buy on Amazon for much less, incidentally).A friend of mine just got nine years, so I went in to pick up a coin for him. Place was empty. I told the owner - who often has a nasty vibe but today had a super-hostile one, Id like a 9-year coin please, and then I walked over to a display case where Ive seen the coins before. The owner didnt acknowledge my request, which was weird and rude. A little bit of time passed - maybe two minutes - so I looked over and saw that he was pulling out a plastic bin of coins.He didnt call me over, didnt acknowledge anything. I asked, Can I get a 9-year-coin? and he snarled something like, Ive been getting them.All I wanted to do was spend some money in his store and he was being condescending. I said to him, Id figure youd let me know you, and he looked at me as if I smelled (I didnt).So I chose a coin. 24 bucks. Too much, but okay. I tossed down my Amex and he said, Is this your card?Excuse me? I asked.Again, he looked at me like I had done something wrong (Ive bought a lot of things in a lot of stores. I didnt do anything wrong).He again asked if it was my card.By now I was put off.Of course it is, I said. Why else would I be using it?Its a security precaution, he said.Thats ridiculous and a lie. Is he telling me that the way he prevents fraud is by asking, Is this fraud? No? OK.More condescending from Rude Man and I told him, You know what? Youve been rude since I walked in. I dont want to buy anything from you. I took my card and left.This guy takes money from the community, overcharges us, and treats customers badly. Im not going back.

Nice Store, nasty people. What ever you do, dont talk on your blue tooth in the store. They will harass you until you respond and then say, youre just a nasty person! and throw you out. At least, thats what happened to me

I go here just about every week. To be jonest, I always liked the enormous revovery-books and -items store farther west on Santa Monica Blvd., but I got used to this one, and have come to like it.
