Really great second hand store.Reasonable prices. Brand names ..I sold some clothes and cashed in for new clothes. It is worth the visit
I brought a full suitcase of clothes most of the clothes have barley even been used and the way this lady checked my clothes was so fast like if she was counting money not looking at clothes just flipping on after the other I don’t know how they didn’t take anything from me what a waste of time plus the security guard makes me and other shoppers feel uncomfortable like he just stares at you like what am I gonna do a white teenager who just want to get rid of my clothes and get cash but mainly just get rid of it cash is a plus. Never going back here plus ther is better stuff in other locations
I have been a firm fan of here for @ 25years. This location and the one on Church & Market in San Fran are the best.Today I picked up a full length Christian Dior coat for $95. My all time favorite purchase was a Burberry raincoat I purchased 22 years ago for $80 and at the time was going for $1200 plus. I still get compliments when I wear it now. Before I moved here 17years ago I used to arrive with an empty suitcase and return to London with a new wardrobe. For years Ive worn Prada, Gucci, Versace, Burberry, Armani, John Varvatos and more. Ironically Ive worn items for years and then resold them here!!!
Prices are too high in my opinion. You really need to look over your items carefully for tears in seems and stains. They told me that they know the problems are there, and price them accordingly. $18.50 for a grease stained Tshirt with no logo showing front or back. I thought the pricing was outrageous for VERY used, some name brand clothes, with issues!! I bought something, later found out it was from Target and I only saved maybe $2.😂Now I can understand if an item is Vintage, leather, or something special because that makes it worth more. To me, wearing expensive designer clothes is not important, so I would rather go to TJMax or Ross, get the same thing for less, but brand new!😀
5 stars for buying and 3 stars for selling so 4 it is. I love Crossroads, it turned me onto thrifting but selling clothes here is quite uneventful, I’ve had what I would consider amazing items name brands and high end stuff and if it was too high end they’d turn it away saying they couldn’t prove it was real. Anyway, you probably have better luck on Poshmark..but, as far as buying, their selection is always good and I love how every location has its own unique selection.
I love using Crosstrading over and over but this location i have used and the guy who was working on sell section he is like god of the store is it because im asian or he just had day its more attitude problem i guess. honestly i love your company’s management just look for another kind location
I do like Crossroads for decent pre-loved clothes, accessories. But, on the whole, I feel the prices are often too much for them. I still visit though as sale items can be great.
They are very snobbish. If you buy something from them by mistake and removed the tag by accident and then want to bring it for selling- most likely they will not take it. All they care is a brand name even it looks trashy. If you bring them good stuff in good condition but not a Brand they will give you a snobbish excuse. 50 % of the time I regret about buying smth there but there is no return after 14 days and only for store credit.
Do not try to trade in your clothes here, I had a lot of jeans and name brand clothes in 2 large bags and still barely got any money. Not worth it, take your clothes to Platos closet or try poshmark instead its definitely a better deal.
My favorite store !!
Good experience selling clothing at this location. I called ahead to make an appointment, and to ask what theyre currently buying (COVID stay-at-home times/early winter). Taking their advice, I brought in some lightly used sneakers, waterproof jackets, loungewear, activewear, and tops (mid-range brands - AllSaints, Aritzia, Splits59, Cole Haan, etc), and was happy with what they bought. There is a free parking lot behind the store, but to access it - if youre driving east on Santa Monica - you need to pass the store then make a left, then enter the lot on your left.
Ok
Nice staff cool clothes!
Weirdest and most uncomfortable experience. Walked in and was greeted nicely by the ladies working the register, but the ENTIRE time me and my boyfriend were shopping, someone I believe is their “security guard” followed us around and was VERY creepily staring at us. Not subtly at all. Standing within 3 feet of us (not social distancing) and staring at us as we shopped. Followed us around. The most uncomforting and weirdest thing ever. And you wouldn’t know he’s security - he was wearing plain clothes. And just staring at you. Literally made me never want to step into a Crossroads again.
Ill take three shorts.
Once upon a time I shopped here three times a week. The staff was great full of energy and they interacted with customers. That was years ago the staff post covid is as full of energy as they can be given the fact they risk their lives for fashion. What is encouraging is that it appears to be worth it by and large they have made great buys. The mens section is interesting nowhere near what the womens is but there are always great things to choose from though I wonder how many men work there the mens selection tends to be redundant. But still it does have choices that inspire
Cool affordable clothes and zclnt covid safety protocol in place. Glad its open again!
Please. Go. Back crossroads. This. Magical. Last Callie. Re did the whole. Store. As merchandise glued. Again her her Callie how Thank. They are lucky. Such lovely. Ladyfingers. Astute. Eye merchandise it. Was time. Consuming. Please. Give her credit.Ellen
I love this place! I’ve found cool items here pretty much every time I’ve come in. They always have interesting clothes on the shelves and pricing is a lot better than other nearby thrift stores. Quality and sizing really vary—make use of the changing rooms! Definitely check Crossroads out if you’re in the area and looking for some funky items to expand your wardrobe.
Good selection. Some items are new with original tags on. Need a lot of time to go through all the wonderful stuff. Didnt see much with regards to articles of clothing that were previously worn from TV shows. Just a really good thrift store. They do have their own parking lot right by the main entrance.
My favorite store in Los Angeles for high end designer clothing, shoes and accessories at EXTREMELY REASONABLE PRICES!
I found this place in 2003 and sold many designer shoes, bags and clothes. Funny that they used to price them chipper while they had lots of junk around. For the last several years they are more selective and became conscious about what they are buying, trying to upscale themselves and differentiate from Buffalo Exchange etc. Still they are buying from people like Bobby Trandy /Anna Nicole former so called designer/, who was looking me up and down in 2010 and it occurred to me that he was trying to memorize my outfit, which was unique /purchased from Korean designers / before Korea culture boom. I think they also buying from their friends and friends of the family😖☹️. Thats why some weird items noone would want are price high. Look at people who are staff buyers - they dont have money. Nowadays its better sell online.
This place is a mixed bag. The store employees are really hit or miss. Ive had so many experiences over the last several years where so many workers just have a real stank attitude. I always end up wondering if Crossroads is just either an unpleasant place to work at, or its just sheer coincidence that so many miserable people work here. Perhaps theyre supposed to keep an arms distance length from the customers because they are expected to buy clothes and its an awkward situation. Besides that, the clothing selection here is pretty good. Youll find plenty of trendy brands. Just wish the company would train their workers to be more welcoming.
Always find amazing clothes and shoes here. Prices are outstandingly inexpensive.... scored a Balenciaga shirt for $40
They treated me like I was some kind of alien. It was weird. I felt like you had to be a size 3 white girl to get treated like a person. They also do not take plus or big and tall. Side note: But I always find it funny when I hear Beyonce or some other diva of color blaring on a stores speakers but then get treated poorly or like an other as an actual woman of color in your store. All in all a complete waste of my time.
This, like all clothing resale shops is hit or miss. Sometimes when I stop by, I cant find a single thing but other times, like the other dsy....I found a great leather jacket. Although the price I paid seemed a little pricey, it cost $75.00 the actual retail price if purchased new would have been $750-1000. Dollars. So really that was an incredible savings.
You can always find some incredible things at Crossroads, you just have to be willing to treasure hunt. The staff members are always personable and interactive. Great selection of designer brands. I never leave wont out buying something because he selection is new every time Im in there.
Cool and Fun. Great place to revamp wardrobe
Great selection, friendly employees, and a chill vibe. Best second hand store in LA because the prices are great also.
For a supposedly LGBT-friendly establishment, the management of this store treated my transgender friend -- a terrific applicant for their store with front-of-store retail experience, they should have been so lucky to have her! -- really badly.Multiple interviews and she was specifically told that they would get right back to her within 24 hours, and then left her dangling for days and days, going on weeks, for a response. She was so excited by the prospect of working there, and just devastated by how they treated her. :-(
Great clothes and great prices. BestPlace to go if you want the best for your bucks.
The store is awesome, take your time looking through all the racks you will eventually find something great with a good price, I always do. 👍
Great place to shop! Love the designer clothes and accessories at discounted prices!
Love this store. They have the best deals on slighty used designer clothing and accessories.
We went there without any expectations but choice of brands and clothes was suprising. Great brands and huge choice of clothes and shoes. Tere was more brands that l have Im my actual wardrobe and the most interesting the same year collection. I had Eddie Bauer jumper brand new with tags worth $285 for $37, same with Frame shirt worth almost $300 for $37. Excellent and recommended, would go there everyday if l only could .
Be careful about selling your things here. The buyers at this location are ignorant, uneducated and unaware of the marketplace other than commonplace articles made in China. They are pretentious and insulting. They sell fake Chanel as though it is real and dont know the difference. If you have quality designer merchandise DONT LET THEM NEAR IT.For example, say you bring in a current season Versace leather jacket that you paid $5,000.00 for last month, they will price it at $85.00 dollars and you will get 33% of that. If you consign perhaps they will price your jacket at one tenth of the retail price which is $500,00 and you will have to wait a month to get paid, unless for some unspecified reason, they make you wait longer, which often happens. Then once they charge you for writing the check and the postage, you receive less than half of the consignment price. So they have deflated your $5,000.00 to less than $250,00 AND THEY GIVE YOU A LOT OF ATTITUDE while you are coming out a total looser. Its a great place to buy things inexpensively but I highly recommend you sell your good things elsewhere for more money. You do better off having a garage sale.
Great staff and merch.
Lots of selection, great quality name brand clothing for much less. I bought what was easily a $150-200 Armani coat for only $25
Great atmosphere...The selection of clothes is superb. The employees are professional yet personable. I definitely recommend shopping here.
They only buy designer clothes. The girl I spoke with over the phone told me they bought everything..I drove two hours to this store and was flat out refused.15 items were brand new..I didnt have the opportunity to wear them..the gentleman helping me was very rude and told me to take them to the Goodwill down the street and give it to them. He said they only bought designer clothes .. how rude. .
It was my 1st time there and the customer service is so disgusting does girls at the front theres so rude and very unprofessional they shouldnt be working in a place like that! Im definite not going back ever again
Always a fun place to dig around for items. This location in particular has some unique finds.
I love going here Now! Nice choices to choose from.
I love this store..its full of trendy designer (YSL,Gucci, etc) pre-owned clothes in excellent to very good condition at reasonable prices. You can also sell clothes and get $$$cash or store credit.
A little swag on a budget
I often find myself not being to help myself and just popping my head in to browse around. The staff is cool, the selection is a lot to deal with as they start to over crowed the racks, prices..meh Ive been to cheaper. The quality does match the price...sometimes. My only thing is they need to invest in an AC or big gym fan, Beyonces fan would even work!
This location has really gone down hill over time. Clothes tight on racks. No room to move around and browse freely.
Cool place with no hypebeast $40 cotton t shirt BS
What do you do when you vacation in Cali? Thrift shop, of course! Well, it wasnt in the plans, but I happened to be walking down the street from my hotel and stopped in. An Armani sweater, a several pants, and a few shirts later, I was walking out with a bag of clothes that I wasnt sure how I was going to pack in my already overpacked suitcase, but I made it happen somehow. It was my first trip to the west coast, and it went well as far as the staff in this particular store goes. Friendly, helpful, didnt mind I tried on about 3 dozen pieces of clothing. Music was pretty groovy and overall a good experience. Didnt even realize theres one of these stores back home, but maybe Ill try it here, too...
Yikes, I don’t know where to start, but to say that I don’t know what happened to the buyer etiquette at this location. I don’t go into Crossroads expecting to sell, it’s something I do outside of my full tome job to change up my closet a little bit.Disclaimer, I used to work at Crossroads in the LA city and area as a Buyer. I know what comes in and what we sell and our inventory is constantly changing. We buy contemporary pieces, some designer, always relevant fashion. This location I was just told is label oriented. Girl at the buying counter, I understand you. I know what clothing labels are, I’m verse in design from A-Z. Your store only buys labels and hey, that’s OKAY. Today, I had nothing for you. However the reason I’m writing this is that the scoff and cue that we “are primarily label buying” and quick dismissal was apparent. Maybe you’re having a bad day, but it turns someone who has been in your standing position a little surprised.I’m not totally surprised West Hollywood buys a lot of labels, I’ve worked myself through Beverly Hills the last two years, though Melrose’s equal location is a little more informative on exactly what sells for them and what doesn’t. I am surprised at the attitude. I am also surprised the woman with the suitcase behind me was out the door the same minute I was even though I had taken a second to adjust and put back the items you heaped back at me. Very hasty, very much back to the breakroom or area you were at before. Also awkward: a coworker at the same counter asking a man nonchalantly, “you don’t drink? So are you like straight edge then?” like it’s uncommon for anyone for someone to not drink unless they’re like straight edge or something. Conclusion: There are many cool Crossroads locations with friendly and helpful staff, this is not one of them. Check out Los Feliz, Melrose, Silverlake, Pasadena, etc.
I have actually picked up some good stuff here. I mainly come here if I have to get clothes for some kind of theme party. But ive kept some of the stuff for every day as well.
Great clothes, but I would suggest going somewhere else so you dont take all the cool clothes I want
They so NOT know anything about fashion! You can get some good buys !Selling is another story!
Always leave with a good find.
Awesome place to find high end clothing for a great price
Crossroads is great. I seem to always encounter difficulty selling at the Weho store. Prefer Silverlake locations.
I got some great things here. I was surprised by some of the high prices that they had on some items that werent in the greatest condition & was over priced. Over all, it was a good experience.
More expensive than other competitors for typical brands names . the same jeans I bought at A.P.C five years ago cost $55 ? Original price is $175 but its 5 years old and remember its USED.... ...yes there is a lot of great brand names..but if you dont have any knowledge about fashion and how current the piece is..you end up paying a lot.same thing for the employees they end up buying more from sellers..just because its a brand name, it doesnt mean it should cost a fortune for older collection...some things cost more than Barneys NY outlet? And Barneys is not a used clothing store
Employee botched explanation of the process. She led me to believe that the company accept items for donation. Imagine my surprise when I had to carry a big bag of clothes back home.
Beautiful clothes and buy and sell beautiful clothes
I like it can find good clothes and cheaper and many is new clothes ✌️✌️✌️
Its always a thrill to shop there
A great place to shop for second apparel.
Crossroads usually have a nice selection of clothes. The bigger stores are 5/5, the smaller are 4/5. This is a bigger one.
Fun, unique shopping. Fair prices
Turn your old clothes into cash. Just be prepared to have them insinuate anything designer you bring in is from a discount store.
The dressing room lady was nice and bubbaly ....that was the only good experience I had ...the cashier was horrible, bad customer wont go back!!
I find nice designer close for cheap.
Favorite store to shop! I find it difficult to sell here though
Find great items
They are arrogant, fake, and pretentious. Theyll only buy from you if they think you have money.
I really wish these places opened earlier.People have things to do.
Great, never leave here empty handed
Great deals & friendly staff !
Its all depends on who attend to you.

Here I realized ... lad who work there ... they buy everything from their family or friends. They come to sell ... I know a girl who works there who is in Santa Monica ... she buys everything when the mom to sell it already. Its a plot. You do not have to have a polity to not eat family ... be loyal
