This is NOT a store, this is corporate offices and showroom and is NOT open to public. They do have events thru out the year which some of the public will have access to so follow them on social media to stay informed.

If I could rate zero stars I would so do it !! Im so mad right now I had ordered some plus size jeans and keep in mind PLUS SIZE I received my order and was so disappointed the size was smaller than expected I even went based off their size guides actually even did a size bigger but still my item did not fit and then when I tried to file the return on the website I inputted my order number and it said ORDER NOT FOUND !! Definitely never ordering from this website ever again PLUS SIZE yeah right!

First time ordering an item from here and the experience wasnt great. Customer service is horrible. They take about three weeks to send you one item. Never again!!!

Drove 2 hours too shop and the store was closed. Why wasn’t this updated on google?

Really horrible experience ordering online from this company. A few days into my shipping FedEx informed me that my package was being held, and that items were missing and damaged. I told PLT about this ( sent them the voicemail as well), and they advised that I would have to wait until they could verify that it was really FedEx. They assured me the package was not empty. Long story short I never received my items. They refunded me and told me I no longer needed to contact customer service, and if I wanted the items I would need to shop for them again.

This place is for the fashion enthusiast! They certainly have quite a variety of cute party, vintage, casual dresses and jewelry. The boutique is dazzling in sparkles and was filled with lovely furnishings.The employees are very polite and gave me space to shop. And there was a random adorable little dog sitting on one of their chic ottoman near the fitting room area. A little on the pricy side but worth it for the quality and style.

They make it look like a store instead of an office. You have have an appointment so don’t even open the door!

Poor marketing! This location was advertised as a store, but it is only an office. So irritated that I drove an hour to get here, paid for parking and was unable to shop. Management, please post something stating that this locatiois NOT a store
