The best boutique we visited in Hollywood. The style is authentic and fresh. Everything is pricey but you get what you pay for. The employees were superb and work with you to get the styles and sizes you need. The ice cream bar is a must. So many different options of cereal to add. Im definitely coming back.

High end retail store with a fresh modern layout. Funky store design that blends merchandise with plants. (Not real plants, but they look nice.)They carry Kith merchandise and clothing alongside other artists such as Keith Haring. Quality of everything here is supreme. Definitely worth the prices.Super friendly and attentive staff members. Prices are moderate.Candles are $40, baby clothes around $70 and jewelry for $300.Nice collection of 20 or so different photo and art books from some of the most well-known artists out there - Andy Warhol and Jaime Hewlett.The center of the store is a circular display for shoes, beautifully lit with mirrors and lights.Parking is free after validation inside the store. Each item purchased is double checked by security upon exit.There’s a treats bar where they blend vanilla/chocolate ice cream with a variety of cereals. For around $8, decadent, heavy and delicious.

The shoe part was okay, but the ice cream area was very good. They provided service with a smile at the ice cream counter.

Great vibe and the inventory was decent but the customer service was trash. The first time I went I was helped by Josh, tall black dude and he was very helpful. The last 2 times I went I had to go find someone. The workers walked right by me and said nothing. The young girl was talking to her coworker and I had to ask her if she worked there to get some help. The other dude was whatever. Jessie always cards me when I buy stuff but I witnessed her not card others. Get y’all stuff together, that store is too dope for customer service

Doesn’t value customers, was in line for 20 minutes way before close. they stopped letting people in 10 min before close. “come back tomorrow” is the best they can do for customer service.

First of all everyone here is super nice and helpful! Super unique how they have a cereal bar and a place to chill and hangout . Lots of cool clothes be ready to spend some money. They do validate parking here so come on and shop :D.

The store looks amazing! The way the entrance is, it is like a hidden secret store that houses one of the best street wear available on the market! The customer service is amazing all around. I went to pick up a Yeezy raffle that I won from their mobile app, and the entire experience was better than any other shoe store drop!After I picked up my shoes, I waited until the store open to browse the clothing they had in stock. The main security guy saw me waiting and asked the store manager if i can be let back in to browse before the store opened. I had 4 team members help me, from the door, to checking sizes, to the checkout, and even the security check at the end. Hands down, this store is amazing and the service was not expected! Oh and Kith brand clothing quality is on another level. Yes the price is higher than average, but the quality far outweighs the price!

This is my own personal experience, and opinion. I called exactly 4 times in a 2-3 hour time frame and no answer. There were some toddler shoes I want to buy for my godson and online they were available. I went to the store luckily I worked near by that day, went in, and showed the lady at the register the picture of the shoes and she said we dont have those I responded with but you have them online. I know everything online is not at the store but from past experience usually stores will order them and you can pick them up at a later date or have them delivered to the customer choice of address but with this cashier she said yeah... we dont have them (meaning here at the store) so I was like okay then I informed her I tried calling throughout the day and no answer in which she replied we were busy I replied with all day she replied with yeah. This is during covid and when I went in the store it was not busy. Overall bad experience.

Kith is my go-to anytime I visit LA. The brand and the overall store environment are just plain cool in the right ways. Employees are really kind and helpful, the merchandise and products are extremely well-curated—the experience is just top-notch. If you don’t get any clothing or shoes go across the way to Kith Treats and have one of the most amazing ice cream desserts out there.

This is a place my kids stated me to. The first one of thehype fashion places I actually liked. Staff were friendly and helpful, another first for me at these kinds of places. There if also a milkshake bar right outside the entrance with a lot of creative choices to choose from. Paying in the structure says it costs but you can get validation for 2 hours free, even if you dont but anything. I would definitely go again.

The ability to get some new sneakers/streetwear then eat a Don C bowl of cereal reminds me why im blessed to be on earth

The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. These clowns post on their Instagram about having shoes online all the time and never actually do. I have contacted them to inquire multiple times and have been ignored. If you’re looking for hype clothing (which honestly these guys don’t make the cut anyways) go somewhere else. What a joke. Will be telling everyone. Everyone knows this company thinks too highly of themselves- and I can say first hand that this is true.

They’re not good about posting when apparel launches are sign up only, and then they also randomly don’t let anybody into the store whenever they feel a launch is too important. Store is super nice but this company clearly thinks too highly of themselves.

They are a fraudulent company.Ordered a pair of shirts via their website. After reviewing their policies it states acknowledgment of the order means that KITH has received your order request; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped. So after changing my mind about the order I quickly contacted them directly via email and asked to cancel the order within a matter of a few minutes a business day had not even passed. They stated that once the order is placed you cant cancel order. so they just took my money and never sent out the shirts with no refund no product. Its like they have revenge out for you when you complain or do anything at all. This is what they call FRAUD.

Delivery will not work without a tip!Just know it.

The new store is super nice w it’s own parking structure. Try parking in LA if you drive anything larger than a dinky Prius. The staff is super friendly. Loved the grand opening looking forward to visiting many more times. On a side note the little cafe located in Fred Segal has great food.

This review is about my cousins first experience at kith. I asked him to go pick up some birks since they sold out online. He kindly goes to kith for me hoping it’s a great experience like I’ve been telling him and all he gets is attitude from a lady. It’s ridiculous because all he asked her for is the birks. Maybe she thought he was reselling because? He did ask for three but I guess when she said one per person he asked for a 43 and all he got was an eye roll. Thanks for the great experience you guys gave him 👏

One of the worst launching for the store. They had a FCFS and they didnt even know what that meant. They said they had a list for people who had stopped by on the previous days and that they had priority. There was nothing that said that this would be done. The next thing is the people in the fcfs line, they would pick who would come in, does that make any sense? If you came in line for 5 mins then you could have ended up in the store, which wasnt fair for those who had waited since 3am. They have no management skills in the store. Its like a high end boutique with low end standards. They all have no communication skills. The security is another problem letting the line be a backdoor situation by letting the people he knew on first and also getting seconds after awhile. The management didnt know about this and had to deal with it downstairs. The whole thing was a disaster. Most likely not coming back to this store because they dont know how to do an event launch nor do they know how to do a FCFS.

There is a KITH shop and a KITH TREATS shop.We also have a wide selection of sneakers.I bought one gelato at KITH TREATS, but the clerk made two chocolate bars for my child. The children were overjoyed.Shoppers can shop without having to pick up the item because they tell them what they want and their name.The clerk here was also very friendly and was able to shop comfortably.

I wanted kith goods, but not much. There are many selected brands. .In the case of a car, the place enters from the parking lot. On foot, the mall goes down from the inside by stairs.

Recommended for those who like clothes.
