One of my favorite locations to get Starbucks! Located on Santa Monica Blvd, across from Sprouts/SWEAT Yoga/24 hr fitness gym and right by Trader Joes5/5 for staff who work here - so far I have always experienced great customer service. I feel like thats hard to find nowadays...Unfortunately I dont know their names, but whenever I am placing my order here, the staff is always so kind and welcoming. When I am waiting for my drink, the barista keeps you updated and says (in my case), Emily, your drink is coming up! They seem to be in a pleasant mood and cheerful.I usually order Starbucks via the mobile app, and the process is seamless. Usually the drinks are out the estimated time via the app (in 5-7 minutes), only once so far in the 10+ times I have come here did I have to wait an extra 5 minutes but thats okay... I barely had to wait! The drinks have always been consistent for me. I always get their refreshers or iced soy lattes. Very yummy!I havent taken a look at their bathrooms or studied here so I cant say much about that.

I ordered a drink and sat down to enjoy it. After a few minutes, an employee approached me and asked for proof of vaccination. I had a photo of my vac card (had both shots and a booster) & showed her.She then asked for my drivers license. I had left it in the hotel room (it was 6am and I was just coming down for coffee). She then told me I had to leave.I politely asked why because I had been in this same location the prior 2 days with no issue and no other restaurant or cafe in LA had such requirements.She said it was a brand new mandate.No new mandates requiring customers to be masked while eating or drinking had been placed in the last 24 hours.So I had to sit outside (it was quite chilly) because my wife was sti sleeping in our room.As an avid Starbucks customer and a very pro vaccine, pro mask person, I was shocked I was lied to and treated in such a way.As evidenced in the video posted here, I was the only person asked to show my ID and vac card. The other customers in the video werent approached at all.

What a beautiful day had ice coffee no restrooms yet closed still ! with some friends alfresco under some umbrellas and comfortable chairs people watching in West Hollywood Starbucks coffee of course we all know is good but just the environment made it taste better check it out Nice corner on Santa Monica Blvd.

Toilets could be better attended too.

Apparently this Starbucks does not allow any dogs inside anymore unless a service dog.I moved to West Hollywood in 2019 and the first thing I realized about it is that it is a dog town. I absolutely love that aspect.However, this is my probably 10th time coming to the Starbucks location with my dogs and they told me their new manager does not allow dogs inside. Just thought that I would post this publicly since dogs have historically always been able to enter.

Weho has become so dull.

Someone at this Starbucks tampered with the router and now my cell phone will no longer connect to their network. The manager refused to reset the router to fix the problem. Very unfriendly.

Out of toppings. If I were a manager, I might request security here. While enjoying my drink at the patio, I took note of an unsavory element yelling in my direction. This was in broad daylight on a sunny Saturday afternoon.

Recently started revisiting this location due to the lockdown and working from home. They were only accepting mobile orders and have reopened the store so that you are able to walk in, well marked and they are maintaining good social distancing practices. And coffee is good as always

Nice location with outside seating as well. I think its a large gay hang out. You can park upstairs at the Trader Joes / they have validation for 1 hour/. Friendly employees who I think know all their regular customers.

Visited this place every morning for 3 days when I was in San Diego for vacation. Not much crowded. The service is fairly quick. Outdoor seating is available too.

There is no customer service here. I ordered coffee (mobile order). I picked it up, went home. Realized they gave me black coffee with nothing in it. So I return to Starbucks. The guy, his name was probably Darren or something, ignored me at first. I waited for him to realize he was wearing a green apron and standing behind the counter, making coffee. When he spoke he was rude and had a sour face. I asked him if he could kindly fix my drink for me. I was patient and polite. Asking questions rudely of what I had ordered, He sloppily added to my coffee, while still holding his funky piss-smelling expression. I think he was preparing for an ice cube monologue. I said thank you and he continued to ignore me and didn’t say a word. Come on STARBUCKS! Who does your hiring??For those of you who can’t work in customer service and at least pretend you’re happy to be there, get a job where you don’t have to be around people.

Its a location bigger than most. It seems like some people live there. You can come three months later and see the same people.Bathrooms have a combination lock, but the lock combination is printed just above the door lock.I was told by a regular fixture of a customer that the Internet is fast and the session doesnt expire.During the Halloween festivities and gay parade, this is about the only place to buy something for a decent price.Very clean and the staff are very courteous.

Love this place and the people who work there. the coffee is great but even greater is that this is a place where the community comes together

One of the most spacious Starbucks that I have encountered. Great place to work for the most part. Minus one-star for the hordes of homeless that are camped out inside The store at all hours.

The staff are very welcoming and they always seem to be happy that you walk in. But the coffee isn’t good as it used to be .

Typical Starbucks but not so clean. Staff was good and store was okay. As always like all Starbucks it is overpriced for what you get.

Its cute in the morning, but then it becomes homeless people and tourists from middle of nowhere hangout.

One of the larger of the chain its not freezing like most Starbucks. The staff is gay friendly as is required in West Hollywood. The coffee isnt really worth the money. Its all marketing hype. At least this one has enough power outlets to work on laptop while you sip. And the bathroom is open to public as required by corporate headquarters to everyone even if not buying drinks.

The Service: I was sitting at the bar next to the pick up counter. One customer ordered 3 hot coffee. The staff accidentally spilled the drinks and splashed on my leg & chair. Surprisingly, the staffs were busy making another coffee for that customer, cleaning the counter and floor. Not one staff asked me if I was okay or offered to clean up my chair?? Where is the basic customer service?The Parking: Street metered parking (1 hour ONLY till midnight). Basically, no free parking. :(

Absolutely LOVE my morning crew. They are so attentive, knowledgeable, and just FABULOUS all the way around!!! Theyre so good, your drink will be done before you get a chance to pay!!! (If youre a regular)

Waiting for a drink for literally 30 minutes now. Then when i asked about my drink the lady gave me a nasty attitude and said the more you ask the longer its gonna take. Will never go back to this Starbucks again. I recommend nobody goes to this store.

A locals vital workspace especially for men who seek sense memory comfort and silent commardarie: this seems to be the case in L.A.

This is a great spot near other stores. Its usually alive and busy but not too crowded. You can order a cup of coffee and work inside or outside.

Had the hibiscus berry tea. Usually it taste eh. But they time it tasted very good compared to other Starbucks I been in and out of the greater la area.

OMG! Havent been in a while and decided to stop by for lunch today. The place was crawling with homeless people. One guy was barefoot and had his feet up on the chair. Another smelled grotesque, and was making eyes at me while I sipped my cold brew. There were more homeless than customers. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK, AND THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED! What a disappointment, what has this city become?

Efficient, excellent coffee. Good place to gather, meet or just sit, read, use computer. Good neighborhood place, also great for visitors. Very busy.

Its always fun to sit here and enjoy a cup of java and enjoy watching all of the eye candy passing thru. The outdoor seating is also great during the warmer months. The baristas here are always friendly, knowledgeable and sexy.Coffee+Candy all day long.

This Starbucks has THE WORST SERVICE of ANY AND ALL STARBUCKS Ive been to AROUND THE WORLD. Ive been to Starbucks in different continents and the people here are the LEAST friendly of them all. They dont even try to fake being nice - theyre just unhappy, unappreciative, unfriendly, people i have EVER COME ACROSS in Starbucks. Ive been here many times and havent once met ANYONE thats even remotely appreciative of its customers. REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FAKE BECAUSE I HAVE SPOKEN TO MANY PEOPLE WHO EXTREMELY DISLIKE THE PEOPLE HERE.

Needs to improve in service. A lot of workers behind the counter, and not fast enough to get orders out. Other than that its pretty good

Got a triple soy peppermint latte...tasted like hot milk. Maybe if the employee cared more about my coffee instead of checking out every guys butt and flirting with them, my coffee would have tasted how it should have!

This Starbuck gets a great, mostly gay crowd. Its a nice place to have an iced tea and run into a friend. Unfortunately, they start closing up 2 to 3 hours before closing time making it very unwelcoming at night.

Another good location for Starbucks. All the restaurants are there and so is 24 Hr Fitness gym.

We call it The Mother Ship in West Hollywood. It is THE watering hole and third space for Wehoans of all stripes. Throughout the day, screenwriters pen scripts for popular Cable shows, while coder design new apps. West Hollywood calls itself the Creative City, and this Starbucks on Santa Monica Blvd. at Westmount makes the case, for sure!

It was ok sevice. I didnt want my pastry to be warmed up but they did it any way. It happened two different times.

It’s Starbucks; most should be familiar with the franchise. This is probably one of the larger locations in the area and possibly the busiest as well. There is a lot of seating inside and outside. Depending on what time of the day you come there will more than likely be a line because this location is busy. Fear not; the baristas are quick at getting orders out and made correctly. I prefer this location because of the larger seating arrangements and looking around you can tell others like it for the same reason. The area is awesome and everyone is friendly. Starbucks does offer sandwiches outside of their coffee’s, teas and specialty drinks but if you get hungry there are options within walking distance.

Great place if you crave scrapping chair noises... this could be the best place in Los Angeles.

One of the largest Starbucks . A place to enjoy your drinks . Well located.

Its _the_ place to go to get outta the sun, cool off, recharge your phone (and yourself) and if youre gay or looking for all the gays youll enjoy plenty of excellent wonderful people watching almost any time of day. Expect a well seasoned barista. This place is very meticulous with their coffee and they all have a general sense of impatience so know what you want to order before you reach the counter or expect instant glaring from all directions. Do plan ahead if you are on a mission today, because its not the best pit-stop during rush hour. (Tip: Order from the Starbucks app on your phone and then pop in to pick it up.) Expect a small line, and an average wait of 10 mins during typical rush hour on weekdays.

The is by far the best Starbucks in West Hollywood! Friendly staff, excellent service.

Nice location with very friendly staff. But needs to pay more attention to detail. More than once Ive ordered a venti and been handed a grande. And I often get coupons, then cant use them for various reasons -- once I was told a frapp didnt meet the defintion of handcrafted as required by the coupon (it does) and twice the person working the register didnt know how to enter the coupon. But I love the people who work here.
