Been 6 years I was last at this coffee bean, I had the cookie butter iced, and what a treat. I came away completely satisfied and happy. So scrumptious!

Great place for coffee

We stopped by while on our way to Guitar Center and grabbed an iced tea and coffee. Drinks were tasty as usual and the staff was awesome. They greeted everyone that came through the doors and asked how we were and chatted as we waited for our drinks. Very friendly and a small but great layout for this Coffee Bean. Besides our local CB, one of our top three that weve been to for sure!

The Coffee bean on sunset is a great place to grab a cup of good Joe. And sit by the fire place outside and b.s. with the locals. Enjoyable

First of all the stuff here are very rude I ordered a drink in particular it was nothing special it was included in the menu for some reason she wanted to add an additional charge to the drink which I was completely unsatisfied about I then asked for a toasted bagel with butter she gave me an old freezing cold already been toasted bagel with cream cheese... Mind you the person actually did the handoff and created the drink was the manager herself.

I give them 5 stars for having the restroom open for there customers when no place els does...

Ive been going to Coffee Bean for over 10+ years but due to the Pandemic my go to spot on Argyle & Sunset has been closed down. Everyone there was like family & the environment was so positive with Yasmin, Jessica, Jeff & everyone else!Cant say that about the Coffee Bean on Sunset & Halloway! The manager there has been so rude the past couple times Ive attended..Shell literally yell at you, be short tempered, easily agitated, and super transparent with her negative emotions! There was a time when I enjoyed this location as its within Sunset Plaza. The outside fireplace with a good book and coffee was paradise. Now, I will avoid this location at all cost thanks to the manager!Keep up the great job yelling at customers being super disrespectful! If you have to stop at this place, try & avoid the short Latina manager (wouldnt dare ask her name.) The taller Lady with the tattoos is really cool though & friendly so I guess it balances out.. Try to be a little more friendly & patient with loyal customers, manager...

Super easy parking and pick up, the staff is nice there is a nice outside area where you can sip your coffee and people watch.A great option if you wanna take a walk and hang out with your dog for a little bit or grab some coffee with a friend.

The guy behind the counter is very friendly but his coffee is not helping him. The milk is too foammie, the beans is too dark roasted and the only thing you taste is a deep bitterness. Was passing by and stopped by. Do not recommend if you like to enjoy a real cup of coffee.

Great place! Just one annoying thing. If Im next to order I have the right to order and not wait for the barista to finish her conversation with the person behind me. Please be respectful & pay attention to every customer in front of you. Complete the order and proceed.

Its a beautiful patio on summer nights I love how peaceful and chill is. The only problem is the couch chairs are torn and filled with bed bugs. Everything else is awesome, great atmosphere and good store hours =)

I am a huge fan and supporter of Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, however, I will never come back to this location due to unacceptable and rube treatment we received from a cashier today at 3:30 PM. Upon entering and as we were putting our masks on, the cashier rudely yelled out to us: Put your masks on!, at which time our masks were on already. When my friend shook her head in disbelieve, he continued ranting in the same rude manner, telling her Oh, dont you shake your head! all the while other customers were present. This behavior is unacceptable and I strongly suggest for the management to discipline their employees.

Good coffee

Very fast service and delicious coffee. Friendly staff. I dont find Vietnamese coffee many places and they had some! Their dark chocolate ice blended is always my favorite though. Really close in proximity to lots of restaurants and shopping.

House made nut milk is amazing!!! Service is also very good. Ambiance is your usual trendy coffee shop. Would go back just because of that nut milk.

Best study, sit down laptop, wifi junkie spot. There is 1 coed restroom, outlets available indoor seating, and lots of outdoor seating. Free small parking spot.

Was good, Indian tourists asked me whether I am Shean Pen, so was worth it I guess, oh and I charge my phone which is great for tourists!

In SoCal, there are plenty of these stores, which makes finding a GOOD cup of coffee easy. Im not a fan of their main competitions coffee...

Worst cappucino ever, smelled like there is fish inside. Sensless waste of plastic, even if you drink it there. Better go to the other, on the opposite site, where you can have a dialog ;-)

They are always pleasant at Coffee Bean. Only thing is I wish there was a way to have the butter soft enough to spread. When it comes out of the refrigerator it might as well be out of the freezer. Pretty difficult to spread

The young ladies working there are Awesome and friendly, But the store owner JUST decided to block the bathroom instead of getting it fixed. Not sure why an owner or manager wouldnt fixed ASAP. Bad Business

Just like any other Coffee Bean but with outdoor seating, recharge USB outlets for phones on tables outside. Also enjoyed watching the busy Santa Monica Bled sidewalk.

Friendly staff! They have a nice patio with outlets to spend a day working with the sunset blvd view. Always a good relax station for me.

The regional manager was there while the restroom was not available due to, i can inly imagine, disrepair and my 1.2Gb video took 2 hours to upload 80% to google drive via wifi causing me to have to pay $10 for parking and hold my bladder the entire time, and feel pressured to make an additional purchase due to my personal ethics of a purchase per hour; however, i made a new friend who is simply BEAUTIFUL, so....um, bc Im greater than great, i give you 5 stars

Not a great place to come alone after sunset, it was literally 6:20 when I came by myself to kill time before meeting friends, got offered $$ for sex by one man and had another stand in the corner watching me while eating a banana and adjusting himself 😑 the employees were actually nice and called the cops on the first guy, but really?! this is ridiculous

Fast service good staff

The Coffee Bean cant brew drip coffee consistently. Oddly enough the coffee itself is good, but it seems to be brewed by people who dont drink it. So, in the afternoon they wont notice when they switch to half coffee but forget to also switch to the half water setting. Its usually ok in the AM for that reason.

This is easily one of my favorite coffee shops in LA. Besides the occasional celebrity sightings, everyone who works there is friendly and attentive.

With a patio and comfy seating right on the Sunset Strip you can watch the world go by while you sip your [drug of choice].

So obviously The Coffee Bean has a consistently high quality product but the guy at the counter scoffed at my 80 cent tip on just a cup of the brewed Indian Malabar coffee. Maybe I just misinterpreted something but it just seems like a Hollywood kind of attitude, I just dont think thats something I should wonder about once I leave the counter.

Two different people let them know that they were out of toilet paper in the bathroom and none of the workers made any effort to put more toilet paper in even though we were paying customers.

It was great. Anything and anywhere besides Starbucks.

Great place to people watch and enjoy a coffee. The parking is really rubbish at the location so you may struggle to find a spot at busy times.

I would give this place 5 stars for the nice patio and view of Sunset Blvd. Staff is nice, but the parking lot is full Uber drivers and Limos which makes it hard for patrons to find parking. The staff told us they complained to corporate but that nobody does anything about it.
