I’ve NEVER left a review on anything! My car sat at their facility for a month and a half. When I dropped my car off I was told they were behind and would start on it at a certain time. Ok I understand! Never received a phone call and had to call each time the certain time came and went. Got so frustrated with the lack of customer service that I went to get my car to take else where. Needless to say cause my car sat for so long the battery is completely DEAD! Drive to Lafayette, this place is not worth it!!!!

They kept my car for 14 days before they diagnosed the problem. They don’t have small town prices, just go to Lafayette. They are very unprofessional, place looks like a junk yard. I don’t recommend them, save yourself the headache.

Very nice people got my tire on very quickly and had me a new tire next day.

There people there are great. Prices are reasonable. Will return for any and all repairs.

I had some bushings go bad and didn’t have the tools necessary to complete the job so I dropped my vehicle off not expecting to get in right away while worried how I might get to work all week and I received a phone call mid day the next day telling me my vehicle was ready for pick up. Not to mention the fact that it was very affordable. Thanks to all staff at Kyburz for being the best around!

I had some issues with my wifes vehicle and after being tested at a local auto parts store we were told the alternator was bad. I took it into Kyburz and they got to it on the same day, interesting in that they couldnt find any issue with the alternator and suggested a new battery. That seems to be the fix. Kyburz could have put in the new alternator to only realize it was a battery but they didnt, they were thorough in finding the problem and then honest with what was actually wrong, the repair was quick and had us on our way in one day. I found myself a new local mechanic!

I have used Kyburz over the years for several repairs, both mechanical and body shop. Theyve always treated me right and stood by their work. They are not a fancy shop, but they are very respectful and honest.

Watch these folks like a hawk..But they do have a very skilled bodyman
