Ordered a spray gun for pressure washer July 27 2021 . Said they had it in stock but I never received it Called back August 4th They said they havent shipped it that they would ship it express shipping I should get it in a couple of days Called back today August 19th and they said they had it on back order I finally cancelled the order . I have a pressure washer from Harbor Freight that I cant use because the spray gun is cracked and I cant get the part from Harbor Freight Keep getting the run around One says they have it in stock and others say they dont

Great place for tools and hard to find gadget tools at a great price. Personally I need to remember checking Harbor Freight first before going to the two big hardware stores. Beware sometimes the checkout can get very busy. Same for the restrooms.

Its a organized place, the people are nice, and theres a ton of tools in there. They have at least all the tools a person could possibly imagine Lol .

Just found out if you buy something clearance are open pacakage you only have 5 DAYS too return something are you stuck with it.But its my fought I didnt read the little bitty small fine print on that crinkled price sticker but just wanted too let everyone know.

I like Harbor Freight a lot. The stores are always clean and as a rule, they usually have what I want in stock. That said, I rarely go into a Harbor Freight store that there isnt a long line at the register. I went in on Saturday, there was one register open and at least 10 people in line. I turned around and left.

Normally I would say five star but the shelves are really empty so ninty percent of what I came for you didnt have, thirty mile trip wasted. I do understand that the shelves being empty are probably due to the pandemic . But maybe you should stop sending out sale notices if you dont have the product.

Great selection of tools for mechanics as well as woodworking, etc. Some items may not be built to last a lifetime of daily use, but considering the cost thats understandable. If your in a project & need a tool you will rarely use beyond that particular project then HF is most likely the best choice to buy from. If you want said tool to last forever you may want to go elsewhere & opt for a more expensive option. But if youre on a budget this place is great. Ive bought drills, wrenches, a/c tools, etc. All have held up for myself who uses them occasionally. When I need them they work. They hold up pretty well. What I would skip is things like saw blades and drill bits. If you need them to last, spend the money to get better ones. Ive had some sawzall blades fail pretty quickly. If you need one cut or one hole these are probably ok. Definitely recommend this place to others.

Good prices but they always have the slowest registers/ cashiers live. I have never came here and waited less than 10 mins in line to check out. Open more registers!

We called to inquire about a product and your Store Manager David in West Monroe was so helpful and professional. We drove to the store and found your entire staff amazingly helpful. I was surprised at how clean and well displayed the store was and even more amazed at the cleanliness of the restrooms. We are from out of state but we can assure you that this is the nicest Harbor Freight we have ever shopped in.

I dont like the fact that when I inquired about a tool that would be productive in correcting a household issue, an employee I questioned, was in such a hurry, that he answered me without actually fully understanding the situation/problem I had. There was not a great deal of thought put into helping me solve the issue. I bought the tool he agreed would be helpful, but it didnt even fit, to begin to work the problem out. Thats money down the drain.

Never do they ever have the items in the sale paper. Dont waste your time!

Asked an employee about some sanders. He was very rude. We had been told the truck would be in Friday with some sanders. We came in on Saturday. He told us they can’t know what’s on the truck. That’s not what the manager had told us before. Just rude and not friendly at all.

I would prefer home depot over harbor freight. Some things are cheaper here just check both places and the quality of the item you buy, sometimes cheaper is not the way to go...it is just a quick fix and will end up costing more in the long run. Staff is friendly but not enuf ppl there to help you, so be prepared to search for things .

Its a tool store, how could I not love it. The store is always clean and well organized. I would suggest though that a lot of the cheap cheap stuff is not that great from my experience and not even worth having but I do have a lot of their other tools that I have zero complaints with.
