The place was nice and clean and we went in and got everything we needed. When we walked in the door Shawn was super nice and greeted us. The ladies at the checkout were super nice too.

Young female cashier (Elizabeth) was very rude. Zero customer service skills. Had to wait for two cashiers to count one drawer.

We go to this Tractor supply all the time (like once a week) and can I just tell you how much we love it! Weve had the pleasure of getting to know alot of the wonderful people who work there by name so we have a pretty good relationship. The staff is pretty friendly.Btw, Its also such a kid friendly place.

It would be unfair if I didnt update my review. The manager must be listening because there are more and newer buggies to carry feed. I am happy to say my feed is almost always in stock now. I am pleased because it is more convenient to shop here.

In store service is horrible. To avoid having to deal with the branch in West Monroe, I ordered online, big mistake, customer service online is worse that in store. Unless you are going in store to pick up something you do not need assistance with, your are better off ordering from Amazon or going to a local feed/hardware store.

THIS WAS THE WORSE TRIP TO TRACTOR SUPPLY EVER!!!!! Y WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. I was buying an item that was marked down. Their sign stated 30% off lowest marked price. When they tried to change me the price it was marked without giving me the 30% off, I pointed it out. They argued with me and told me it was already marked the sale price. I told them I have very good reading comprehension and their sign stated it was 30% off the lowest price marked. One of the ladies commented THESE PEOPLE JUST DONT UNDERSTAND ... Well I am one of these people, as in a paying customer in that store and I understand completely. They finally honored their advertising and snatched the sign down. I will be calling their corporate office after the holidays.

I love this place. Its fun to visit and look at the chicks or ducklings. I can take mt dogs with me if I want. There is a fair selection of hardware needs without traveling over the river to home depot or lowes. I also like the free seasonal magazines that come in regularly.

The employees that helped me today was right on target in helping me. It didnt take half a to get what I wanted. Thats one thing I am very happy with. They were right there getting things done with my merchandise and getting me out the door satisfied. To bad I cant rate at zero stars!This has to be the worst managed Tractor Supply of all. Every time I shop here, they never have everything I need.

The employees here are friendly and helpful, and the selection of dog food and supplies is better than youll find at most of the pet stores in the area. An easy 5-star rating, except for the fact that their return policy sucks. Unless you paid cash, all refunds are issued in the form of a gift card... even with the original receipt. They will not credit your credit or debit card. Not really a problem because you can easily find something else to spend your money on. But the customer should be able to make that decision.

Lots of nice and helpful stuff, mostly retail prices but its a convenient location with friendly people, and kind of a get what you pay for thing with the deal items so its pretty fair. The retail priced items are quality products so if you do real work its a decent place to stock up!

Its big box, what can I say? They have what I need almost every time I shop there. I go in, get what I need, check the clearance, wait at the checkout, pay and leave. Its pretty much the same every time. Its not really bad but it aint great either.

Every town should have one. Very good selection for farms and similar needs. Very helpful staff.

Tractor Supply is one of the most important places that I shop at. I make purchases here every 2 weeks. I always purchase horse & chicken feeds & almost always find something else to put in my buggy.I think that a lot of people probaly do not realize just how many different departments there are in this store. From clothing & footwear for even the tiniest member of the family to feed & medicines for every one of the furry or not so furry animals in the family/farm to everything you need to grow what they all eat. Even things for your truck or tractor. Fencing products.So many different things. You just have to go see for yourself.

Not enough employees in store to help customers for one thing an the cashier didnt even know what they had in stock when buying feed. She told me they didnt have the protein tubbs for horses that all she had was what was in the sale paper after I went outside an found them. The ones she showed me in the book were all for cattle an not recommended for horses.

Great customer service, would like to see a few more work clothes but overall good.

The last time we went there had a problem so we asked to talk to the manager and the person who went to get the manager came back and told us the manager said he didn’t have time to talk to us... so now we don’t have time to spend our money there!!!!

Great store. Came here for a decent pair of boots and was surprised at how small of a selection that they had.On the contrary they are not a boot store though.

I love Tractor Supply, its like going to your local feed&seed / hardware/ hunting supply/ oh shut its a big clean general store with todays grandeur. And you can bring your pet.

As of late, Tractor Supply has become a joke... a few months ago I bought some 4 wheeler ramps that were marked down for $99 and other things, I was in a rush and didn’t notice that they charged me $149.99 until I got home. I drove all the way back and the manager wouldn’t give me the difference so I returned the item and left a review on their website and it was removed by Tractor Suppy (received an email about it).. Today I was at Walmart looking at deer corn ($6.58 for 40lbs) so I called Tractor Suppy and was told they had 50lb bags for $7.19 so I decided to drive over. Well I get there and they bring out 37lb bags and said they had no 50lbs bags.. so I spoke to the assistant manager about the fact that I just wasted gas and time coming over all bc an employee was too lazy to check to see what was truly available.. all she could say was I’m sorry and we can’t do anything about that.. from now on academy sports, and the other local feed stores will get my business..

My husband loves this place and I love to look at the farmhouse decor while he shops.

Good selection of items but a little pricey. West Monroe store has terrible service. You can expect to wait for help and on a busy day you will be waiting no less than 30 mins. I have made 4 trips there this week so I feel I am correct in saying this.

I always buy the big bags of black striped sunflower seeds, 1 time out of 10 they might have them in stock, be nice if they could keep a supply of them in.burning gas.

Wouldn’t fill up my propane bottle because it looked like it was going to rain. Me and my wife live in a camper and it is freezing outside. supposed to be raining the next few days.... employees were very rude.

As always...good experience at Tractor Supply!!! We love going to the stores one reason for propane for our RV pull in getfilled up quickly. Reason 2 dog food. I buy Taste of the Wild bison and vinison...and 3 my all natural dog shampoo..and 4 bc the employees are always super nice always have what I need plus way more. We travel cross country for a living and never stopped at Tractor Supply that was bad!! Always a good experience.

Not worth it, store full of shoppers and only one checker, people backed up into the isles waiting to be checked out. Tried calling 3 times to get a propane tank filled, finally left and went to Golson and got it filled right away. Going to Tractor Supply in West Monroe, La. is worse than going to walmart. No assistance, no help, and cant get checked out...

I cringe every time I have to come here. They never have feed in stock and I have to wait forever to get someone to help me. Wait in line forever to check out as well. If there was another choice in this backwater town Id take it.
