Good well stocked general hardware store.

They are always helpful and friendly. They always have what I need. Of they dont then they try to help get you get it. They have great prices as well. I almost always try to get my dog food from them. They have great prices on that too.

The young man was very kind. He showed me where the things were that I was looking for. And then I asked about lamp oil, and its effects on people with COPD. And he read the label for me. Im a senior citizen, I needed a little extra help, and he was right there to help me. Theyre well stock, the store is clean and I found what I was looking for.

They follow you around like youre going to steal something. My friend and I wastalking about weed eaters and out the blue the older guy pops into our conversation from I dont know where saying hell walk my friend to where they are. And no, its not just being helpful. the whole atmosphere of the place is one of judgement and borderline rudeness. I only return there because of convenience from my vehicle being messed up leaving me with no ride. And everytime its the same treatment.

I redo furniture and sell it. My newest project was making a chalkboard easel out of an old baby bed I went to four hardware stores in the Monroe and west Monroe area. No one had the hinge that I needed. I walked into Home and Ranch Hardware and was greeted in a friendly manner then the salesman took me directly to the piece, opened it and made sure I understood how to use it. I live in Grayson and had never even been to that store. I was amazed at the customer service and so thankful they had the part I needed.
