Five stars is not enough to give this business. I have always valued perfect customer service and I truly experienced it while dealing with Audio Advisors. From my very first inquiry about a piece of McIntosh equipment I was searching for, until the day I picked it up, the communication was flawless. The owner, Jeff runs an amazing business, staffed by true professionals. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. This business is an audiophiles dream store. If you love music and high end audio equipment, you need to check them out. It will not be a wasted visit, I promise. Perfection is an understatement for this business.

Had issues with my alarm system on my commercial vehicle. I went back to original installer and didnt feel comfortable with them. I felt like I was getting screwed..... walked into Audio advisors and they immediately tried to assist me ended up replacing a couple of inexpensive parts and got me working within an hr. I will absolutely be using them again for my business.

Amazing store, its an audiophiles candy store. Rudy was the best, he took the time to set a pair of Bowers and Wilkins for us to hear before purchasing them. Also picked out a great Chet Baker album to add to my collection. Dangerous place to go shopping the selection of equipment he has is amazing.

Amazing gear and informed sales, but after paying for my system what was supposed to be about two weeks for delivery turned into two months and even then delivery did not happen. Therefore, I cancelled the order and purchased a system elsewhere. I understand that Audio Advisors was stuck because their supplier was not being transparent. Thats what I think happened and not anything less than transparent by Audio Advisors. Still, an unfortunate outcome. What started out as a 5 star experience ended up much less.

They stand behind their work, and products. I purchased a radio for my jeep and as it was nearing the end of warranty, the radio started giving me issues, I called and Jerit told me to bring it in asap. Upon testing confirmed radio was faulty, replaced and made a possibly bad situation totally satisfying..

I have always found that buying quality is your best investment and enjoyment in Audio gear.You are given generous time to evaluate and hear the equipment and all questions are answered and wisely explained. Besides audio equipment, there is a good selection of vinyl LPs to browse through.Audio Advisors is conveniently located and has ample parking. This is simply the best company out there! There isnt anything they cant do. Even the oldest home or business they make work amazingly! Honest, professional, fair and really know their stuff. Highly recommend Audio Advisors!They put their busy schedule on hold to fix my radio a body shop messed up. Needles to say they were very quick at it too. Called to get my radio checked out and fixed. Didnt realize they only really do installs. The guy was decent enough to let me know that Id be wasting my money, for the most part, because they just do installations after its been diagnosed. So that is rare. I really appreciate it.

This is the nicest audio store Ive seen in years 5 stars for aesthetics. Unfortunately, I hate going to audio stores because they usually think they know everything and anyone that comes in is an idiot. Audio salesmen and installers usually dont take well to people who know as much or more than they do so I always have to play dumb when looking to see what they have for inventory but these guys were cool. The guy I talked to recognized that I wasnt looking for advice, only a specific product which they didnt have but thats only because its a hard product to find. If you arent a high fidelity guru, this is the place to go for help.

Had a speaker out on my 2000 Isuzu Amigo so stopped by for potential replacement. Picked out the replacement but when their tech checked, all they needed to do was repair the existing wire. Labor cost only. Any other store would have replaced both speakers without telling me about the possible quick repair. Highly recommend for honesty. Big 5 stars!!

Jaret (hope I spelled it right) is awesome at Audio Advisors. I have a 19ft Pathfinder I’m redoing and he helped me set up my system. I originally bought a JL Audio 280 watt amp for my four speakers and I didn’t think it was loud enough. Went back to get some more butt connectors and was just chatting with him about how I wished everything was louder. He offered for me to bring the old amp in to exchange it for the 500 watt amp and just pay the difference. I even threw out the box and told him and he said bring it in and switch it out anyways! Couldn’t believe how nice they were, and knowledgeable! So happy with the service and my completed system overall, couldn’t have done it without their help. My little boat now competes with the 30 foot center consoles at the sandbar. 😎 I have been suggesting Audio Advisors to all my friends who will be, or are redoing their boats. Also, Jaret beat the least expensive price for my items online without me even asking! Highly, highly recommend.

#audioadvisors I had got my car tune and they did a good job. Was told if I ever come back for a re tune I would be able to get it ported for $190 ... the guy who promised me this rate at the time was managing and has since got fired for selling drugs and lying to customers there. I spoke with currect management and explained to them that I have been doing business there and needed a retune.. they quoted me over $1,000 and will not honor the price I was promised my the last manager that got fired for selling drugs there. I even offer to pay more than double than my locked in rate and they refused over something that has nothing to do with me. Was extremely rude and disrespectful will never do business with them again and I advise no one to go here, there will charge you an arm and a leg On top of that the even agreed that he lied and sold drugs

Beautiful store and excellent staff. They have a great selection if higher-end expensive gear. I really enjoyed visiting the store. I tested the Klipsch Forte III, the B&W 705SII, and the Klipsch RF-7 III extensively. The B&W 705SII was very nice. Slight smiley face on the response if youre into that, but extremely good separation of instruments and 3D depth as well as great center image pointing to its lack of harmonic distortion a great phase response down to near the ported frequency. Forte III was very dynamic with awesome midrange. The RF-7 III didnt suit my taste. For the price of the equipment and what I was hearing, I just decided Ill keep trying higher end used equipment to see what I really like until I can buy Danley Sound Labs later on in life. I havent heard a cabinet that sounds as beautiful as Danley cabinets yet, and Ive heard probably 100 speakers and many many amplifiers and receivers.

I would recommend to everyone NOT to do business with this company.On Monday April 6, 2017 I was riding my bicycle north bound on Dixie at Southern at around 930/940 AM. After waiting for the light to turn green one of their drivers in a full size ford econoline van tried to run me over after I started up from the red light to cross the intersection. He revved his motor and followed me across the intersection while tailing me within one foot of my bicycle. If I had stopped he would have run right over me. He eventually passed me within 6 inches of my handle bars as I pedaled further down the road once passed the interesection. He was trying to kill me just for riding my bicycle on the road. He thought I was in his way.Obviously this means they have crazy people working in the field at their company. If this happens to me, whats going to happen to you if one one these idiots shows up at your home or office ?

We have done business with Audio Advisors for more than 15 years. They installed and maintain our projection television system as well as our regular televisions. Their service is excellent and their people a pleasure. Yes, they are expensive. Yes they are worth it.

Unless you are rich or at least dress rich the staff in this place are the worst Ive come across. This is my third time walking this place in 5 years and the service and vibe I get from them is very sad. They assume you arent buying and still follow you around the showroom floor like Im gonna pocket an amp or something. Their stuff is overwhelmingly overpriced!!! When I went there sometime around 2011 they had a variety of klipsch speakers e.t.c and I go there again this year to see what they have and the guy told me they dont carry those speakers you can get them anywhere else he said. But its just the Demeanor in which he said it made just wanna walk out and never set foot in that place again. Now Im not saying this is how all the employees are,but the three times Ive been it was the same feeling. Maybe next time I will pull in with a Ferrari and gator boots maybe I Ill get a little more respect!!

The best experience for me, I had them do a radio change out of my Mercedes, install a Bluetooth system on my older SUV, and now the new led lights on the Benz. All the guys are great and find the best prices and I am not worried about taking my cars to them. Well trained installers, keep up the good work guys! Beautiful waiting area and really neat stuff, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again to Jeremy at Serious Autosport and Brian at the Audio Advisors for your professional opinions and knowledge. I had a system put in many years ago from another shop and my system started just not playing, cd player was still going, but no sound was coming out. Some days it would work, some days it wouldnt. I called Audio Advisors and Jared actually took the time to explain a few issues that it could be. I made an appointment and after 10 minutes Jared brought up the part that he and the tech thought was the issue. He explained why I needed a new part and it was put in. After that, luckily, my system played without going out.It was really refreshing to talk to a knowledgeable staff and not be upsold on my old cd player and other items. When I am ready for an upgraded system I will definitely be contacting Audio Advisors and talking to Jared.
