Best mechanic ever they take good care of my cares and never had issues with them

This was my first time going to him and he was able to fix all of my car problems in 3 hours. I needed an oil change, a new fan, my gas nozzle to be fixed, and my back door checked since it was having trouble locking. All the employees are nice and funny and made me feel comfortable while being there. If your in the area you should definitely give it a try.

So this guy sees my daughter has damage to her car and follows her to a gas station, approached her with a business card and says he can help her.Fast forward to a month later (after getting the insurance straight)... the owner, Marco, does a shoddy bondo job, and decides hes going to focus on sand and paint the roof instead (which was NOT part of the estimate to repair). Refused anything but cash in hand, no paperwork at all, and we realize -due to progressive snapshot!- hes put over 100 miles on the car, trashed the inside as well.He refused to make a negotiation and said it was the agreement he made with my daughter and it isnt my concern.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!Now to the BBB...

The customer service was good up until I kept having to take my car back multiple times for the same issue. Took it in for transmission replacement and was charged a price that even surprised me according to most mechanic I quoted it was low and I should not tust it.Well, turns out cheaper isn’t always better. Now all of the sudden my engine is burning oil and was told to put oil in it every couple weeks, a problem I didn’t have before the transmission work. Darn car doesn’t take gas when I hit the gas sometimes. When It does take it and I’m on the highway doing 50+ miles it suddenly slows down and then jerks forward, it shakes periodically, the RPM runs really high, how is possible that I’m doing 40mph and my RPM is at 4 that wasn’t something I noticed bmefore.When I call frustrated about the continued problem he takes my frustration as attitude and gets an attitude with me (I did not curse, yell or raise my voice).You are the mechanic you are in business because you are supposed to know what you’re doing so excuse me for expecting you to do a job I paid you to do well.I am so sick of mechanics taking advantage of women and their lack of knowledge some have with this stuff. So annoyed that my own people could do the service of giving me great service.Now I’m having to take the car to the mechanic I’ve always use, to fix the situation once and for all. He maybe expensive but at least he gets the job done correctly the first time.The take away from all this is cheaper isn’t always better and could very well end up costing you more. SMDH.
