I was referred to Maaco on Military Trail in Riviera Beach and I’m glad I listened. Kim was awesome. She listened attentively, explained the products offered thoroughly, and then kept her word on everything she said. She was extremely professional and created an atmosphere of assurance. I went there to get my son’s 2008 Honda Civic entire car repainted for his birthday. When I dropped it off, the car had all kinds of dents and scratches, faded paint, cracked tail light. After it was finished, it looked as though it came off the showroom floor. I highly recommend this location. Kim is the glue that made it all work.

My GMC ACADIA had some chipping in the paint on the front fender. I took it to Maaco on Military Trail in Rivera Beach..Kim was the associate, she was Very Helpful and explained how the work would be applied. I dropped my Acadia off on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday.. Wow.. What A Professional Job. My Acadia looks like a Brand New SUV again... Thank You Kim and Thank You Maaco. You All did An Extraordinary Job!! I’m Extremely Satisfied!!!

I went to three other places before here... Kim was knowledgeable, nice, and answered all my questions honestly and professionally. Kim is awesome. I brought my ugly dead car in for a complete paint job... the paint was in terrible shape. It would need to be sanded... and needed lots of help. Kim said they could make it look great.I brought my car in on a Friday... Kim called me Tuesday ... and my car was finished. Kim had said it would probably take them about 4 days... and they did it in 4 days. No change in the estimated price... nothing hidden... and they did it!My car is awesome looking now... I cannot believe this is even the same car.I would recommend this Macco to anyone. Go see Kim.

The experience of getting the estimate and getting everything set up to go could not have been more perfect. Kim is the person to see and her knowledge is mind-boggling. Actually her knowledge is only superseded by her kindness and people skills. Ive been trying to get my truck repaired since last February and havent been able to find an honest shop that I felt could do quality work in the largest county east of the Mississippi. Then there was Maaco, and they had Kim. I was even forced to put back the appointment a week because of my second covid shot and she couldnt have been more understanding and concerned. If you want quality work and a fair deal I cant send you any further.

Got my truck painted a metallic factory color. Maaco matched it quite well and the customer service was good. My truck ended up being there for about a week and a half, but they did a fantastic job painting it.

I was very happy with the work that is done to my GMC truck, and the rate very reasonable. The timeframe was earlier than we anticipated. Kim, the lady who works there was very professional and welcoming. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of paint job done.

While Kim was friendly, this encounter wasn’t ideal. The never ending sales pitches on “I have a special deal for you” etc are irritating. They ended up quoting me almost $2,000 for the job I requested. I had the job done last week at a small body shop on the same street for exactly half of that and it came out beautiful. Just be aware when heading in that haggling is required, bargaining, sales tactics, you’re better off finding a straight forward shop.

Wow what a great place, my first time going here! I have a 2020 Chevrolet Camaro and dented in my passenger car door bad and paint was messed up and every time I opened the door it would hit the other panel, even my passenger mirror had to br repainted.. I went in to just get a estimate and hearing the prices I didnt go anywhere else. Kim the lovely lady that took care of me was so nice and so fast I was in and out. It only took 2 days to get my car back. They even washed my car! I recommend this place.

This is the first time going to a body shop. What an amazing experience. Kim is the best. A gated community security officer messed up my door by closing the gate on my car. I stopped by and Kim gave me an estimate right away. I gave the community the estimate and waited for an answer. A couple of days later Kim called and said she had a check for the repairs to be done. She had to do some calling around to the community to figure out who it was for. She went above and beyond for me and even stayed late for me because I had forgotten my drivers license in the car. She is amazing and the job was done earlier than promised. They did a super job and knock on wood I dont have to use them again but if I do they are my first choice.The only negative was there was dust all over on the inside of the vehicle. They do need to be more careful and wipe their feet before putting them on black carpeting. Im upset I had to clean the inside again but the fact that they did such a great job kinda makes up for it.Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Keep up the great work and wipe your feet.

I have to rate low because I didnt have a good experience. Initial jobwasnt completed as promised and mistakes made with the paint job (personally, I think it was rushed); however, what was completed, was done very well (I got the high end job). I had to bring it back as instructed to correct the painting mistakes and on the, 2nd visit, the mistakes werent completed on the day promised and. Sadly, I was given the option of leaving it again for a 2nd night and it would be worked on the next morning, but I wasnt given the option to use it that night as I advised I needed to and bring it in first thing the next morning (whats the difference); however, I settled for what was corrected and got on with my life. I dont know, possible incidental scratches on hood, interior gearcase escutcheon plate and interior bottom plastic molding of rear passenger door opening. And lastly, Coincidentally (I am certainly not pointing any fingers, that wouldnt be fair), I had fraudulent charges on my credit card that showed up the next day after completing my purchase there. Sorry, I just cant recommend this MAACO based on my personal experience.

Had a dell and huge scratches on the fender. After checking out several locations I have chosen Maaco for the job. It’s a professional facility with excellent staff and most importantly they offered the best fair price for the job.Picked up the car yesterday and was very pleased with the results. Not only that they solved the issues in an excellent way, my car was cleaned inside and outside. They even offered me a ride to pick up the car. Kim is a great manager, friendly, funny and keeps you informed. I couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend this auto body shop.

Job was done in two days. Everything seemed great but the paint job they did was very very poor. Orange peel pretty bad, overspray all over, the tape lines were very prominent. They didn’t tape off parts of my trim and the color doesn’t even match. They said they would fix it for free which is great but they made my appointment a month out from now. When they initially took my car In 2 days after I called no problem. I would recommend to pay the extra buck and go to a higher end paint shop. It is worth it in the long run.

They Charged me $800, u cannot beat that price with Dents &Dings and Extra sanding.., besides you rather pay some extra bucks and get a better outcome.. this people does take the sweet time to assess oneself Needs..

I was rear ended and needed a new side panel and bumper with paint to match for my 2011 Ford Ranger. Willie and Cristian were fantastic to deal with. They explained in detail, my options for painting my car. The warranty guarantee was further explained, and I made an appointment to take my car in a week later. Upon dropping my car off at Macao, Willie asked if I needed to rent a car. He called Enterprise, who arrived 15 minutes later. When I went into the office to pick the car up, I had walked right past it. I am shocked at how spectacular it looks and how clean it is inside and out. Wow! Thank you gentlemen.

I came in hoping to just make my car look presentable because it had severe fading and peeling and they went way above my expectations. I got the 600 dollar paint job so no I wasnt expecting a five star job but thats what i got, they did not fix the small dents for the price i paid and i was made aware of that before the job was done for those people wondering but they painted the car so good it looks brand new. They gave me a time frame and gave it back one day early which was crucial, no one wants to be without their car. They are honest, hardworking, and trustworthy at THIS location. This is the first and LAST time I ever use MAACO, came for a basic paint and install on a front and rear bumper. Not only did it take twice as long as I was told but they didn’t even install them because the body guys are inexperienced, not only that but they tried to charge me for installation still even though they weren’t even installed. And doing the inspection of my car when I got it back they dropped one of my Rear taillights so now it’s cracked and I have to replace that. Also received my car with a long scratch down the passenger side they refused to fix. I highly recommend nobody ever use MAACO they are unprofessional and extremely rude. I tried calling each day after they told me it would be done and they kept telling me one thing after he next and that was if they returned my calls. The manager Kim does not need to work in customer service as she screamed at me on the phone for simply trying to find out what’s going on with my car. Worst experience ever with any business.

Loved it! I got my whole car painted at this location, I got it back earlier than expected and the work was fantastic.

I made the mistake of getting a repair estimate here. The lady that took care of me was very nice and professional but a few days later I started getting pushy sales calls from them on a blocked number. Ive asked many times for them to stop calling but they continue 3-5 times a day.This is a real problem for me because normally the only people that call from blocked numbers are police and hospitals. I have a friend that is in the hospital so Im compelled to answer the calls.Ive been trying to call their customer service for days now where I sit on hold for 5-10 minutes before the call just ends. Very frustrating.Do yourself a favor and dont give them any of your info.

My car had been recently repainted at the church street location and they did a marginal job. After a neighborhood kid had fun throwing rocks at the car, it was time for a new paint job. Wow. These guys blew the other Maaco away. Super fast, matched the factory paint job, and the car didnt smell like chemicals for a week. Killer job and cheaper than the other location charged. No way they could improve the service.

To the owners of this business. Not correcting your customers problems tells me to stay clear of your business. Payment includes, the work and customer service after the sale.

Put my truck in Monday i been calling back to back since monday cause i wanted extra work done today is Thursday its suppose to be completed by tomorrow still havent been able to to get through to talk to anyone concerning my truck. Other than someone picking up the phone & putting me on hold for 20mins. Ugh their loss I guess! Will not be return or refer this place because of the lack of communication.

I took my car into to be painted and pay $1,290.00 upfront. I left this Macco location for about 10 - 15 minute and came right back because Ive decided to take my car to a different dealer. The supposedly friendly store manger told I couldnt take my car back because I signed the document stating I cant dispute the chargers with my bank which is completely irrelevant to this scenario. Apparently I cant get the store owner contact information ( Email, phone number). Then the store manger lied to me stating that theyve already started working on my car. Which couldnt be true because I brought my car in close to the business closing hours. And youre telling me a 8:00 AM the next day your working on my car when you have a lot of other cars in front my mine. thats a load of bs and my car isnt scheduled to be finish until next week Friday..

Never go to this place your they never have your car done when they say it is.. they find more things wrong and your car and charge you extra fees.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE YOUR CAR WILL COME BACK WITH EVEN MORE scratches on it!!

I wished I could give 0 stars. Where to begin, this whole experience was a completè mess, everything seemed ok, until I was getting inaccurate time frames and status updates from the service writer at the facility. I was promised a Monday drop off and pick up on Friday for a full paint job. Thats what I budgeted for rental wise. I informed the advisor that I had set up for a rental till Friday, he said no problem. It will done by then. Needless to say it went downhill from there. Friday came around. I get the run around from the advisor. It will be done sat, its completely sanded and primered and ready for paint. I said we will talk Saturday and figure out a pick up time. Saturday comes around and no contact ( as per usual) from the advisor. He said now it will be Monday before it is done, I informed the advisor that I would visit the facility immediately to see the vehicle, he said no prob, come on over. The shop was empty and dead, no techs, my car was in the same condition that it was in on thurs, partially sanded, no primer, no masking. As was told was done by advisor on Friday afternoon. Needless to say I was livid by the situation, Im out more days of rental. Monday comes around and once again Im given the run around, Im told weds it will be done. Once again let down buy my service advisor, Im told Tuesday evening that it will done on Thursday, it will be done, mind u every time I have to contact advisor, he never contacted me once, from start to finish, Very very unprofessional. Fast forward to pick up time, 11 days rental later after promised 5 days tops, Thursday march 29th, 11 days in a rental car, after a 5 day promise time in a rental car. I drop my rental off and get a ride to pick up my car. Upon inspection I fine overspray all over my vehicle, emblems misplaced ( like they should have been placed from the factory, but not). Overspray on my wheels, exhaust, fog light bezels, antenna, window seals, windshield weatherstrip, rear window weatherstrip. Torn window tint, missing change from cup holder, missing vent from dashboard, broken and cracked cowl panel ( someone must have been kneeling on it when sanding the hood of the car. ) informed advisor about imperfections in car, but advisor told me, nothing else we can do for you. I asked for the owner, advisor disappeared for 5 mins, and said he doesnt want to talk to you. Advisor informed me that I recieved a $2500 paint job, dont complain, I never knew a $2500 paint job included overspray (all over the car and a light colored yellow paint job to the engine bay which is all aluminum). Hacks hacks hacks. He had no response to that. Didnt try to remedy the situation at all. Corporate maaco does not care at all about their customers either. My rep jacq or whatever her name is, didnt care at all about the customer, she sided with the repair shop and didnt care about making the customer happy or satisfied for the imperfections or damage on the vehicle that occurred on the vehicle in Maaco riviera beachs possession. I told the rep that this situation was unacceptable and she disregarded the comment, she spoke to the advisor, not the owner bc he is heartless and wont speak to upset customers. Needless to say. Avoid the shop with your life, unless u want nothing but problems and imperfections on ur vehilce that were not there when u dropped it off. Be aware they do a walk around but then make you sign a contract stating they are not responsible for damage that they cause. Cause they will break stuff and assume no responsibility for it. Or steal from your vehilce, or misplace your emblems cause they pay no attention to detail.
