I drive a Porsche Cayenne that was in a front end collision in Miami Beach. The damage was to the lights and bumper - but being the type of car it is - it was still an expensive repair. I chose Fantastic Finishes as the shop to repair my car, after hearing of their reputation. Chuck Cooley was my contact at Fantastic Finishes. I am very impressed by the work they did. The car is a 2016 - so even though it has few miles - it does have time on it. The repair took a while, because of the delay in receiving the parts - but was done to the very highest level. When I picked up the car it looked like it did when I bought the car. It was immaculately clean on both the inside and the outside and the repair was invisible. You would never know that there even was a repair. I would certainly recommend Fantastic Finishes and would not hesitate to use them again. My Porsche Macan got side swept and the entire right side from the front tire to the back tire needed to be replaced. They worked very closely with me to ensure that insurance covered everything and were very flexible throughout the entire process. Picked up the car and it looked brand new! Had our Tesla in the shop and have to say that even though Tesla parts take a long tome to get Kyrie was above and beyond with communicating with us at every moment. Car should of been totaled But the Frugal company named Allstate would not total it. They paid 85% of the value to fix it. Needless to say...never use Allstate. We picked up the car last week and it drives like new. Great work by John.

I have been a client of FF for over 23 years. I recently had my M2 repaired after a low speed bump to the driver side rear fender. The work as always was excellent. For the first time on a 4500.00 total bill I had to pay 2000.00 out of pocket, why? FF charges 85/hr for labor, the insurance company (progressive) will only pay 45/hr. In the over twenty years I have been using FF I have never had to pay out of pocket more than the expected deductible. I asked my advisor to talk to Russ (owner) to see if anything could be done (also mentioning that my father spent over 80K on an MG restoration a couple of years earlier. The response was nothing could be done. FF does great work, but is not the only quality shop in Palm Beach County. So sorry that being a loyal long term client means nothing these days. I guess FF has so many clients willing to pay these rates that it does not matter.

I was very impressed with the treatment we received from Fantastic Finishes! First, Allison quickly provided a quote for the needed repairs and she was very prompt to respond to my questions regarding materials used, timeframe to complete, etc. Les and the guys in the shop did an excellent job on the repairs of our Range Rover as well. I genuinely felt comfortable having the vehicle repaired there as they provide first class treatment every step of the way. They even washed the vehicle before we picked it up. If needed, I would definitely use them again in the future.

I only wish all customer care experiences after a fender bender were this seamless and extraordinary! After their diagnostic, they actually called us into their shop for us to visibly see each damaged part. They then spent time reviewing the pros and cons of the parts that were optional/discretionary verses necessary to replace. Finally, their communication from diagnostic to the completion of repairs was second to none; communicating frequently on status of parts ordered, expected completion time etc. Their turnaround was more expeditious than we could have ever hoped for - completely finished within one week of their receipt of the car! All staff is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Couldn’t be happier with every aspect of our experience at Fantastic Finishes! Highly recommend!

I wish I read these reviews prior to visiting this body shop. A car dealership recommended them and I trusted their judgment. As soon as I walked in I could see that the place is tailored to the high end cliental, which is completely fine with me. The front desk girls seem to have a lack of interest in their customers but are not rude about it, simply uninterested. Robert the guy I was dealing with seemed polite in the beginning but as soon as there was a problem he turned out to be an arrogant egomaniac. I ended up picking my car before any work was done to it. It wasn’t my choice but Robert refused to work on it because I dare to question his honesty. He was lying about the work time schedule. When I confronted him about it he fired me as a customer. I never ever had this happen to me so I find it really unbelievable. I guess they don’t need the money since they have been in business for 30 years and no longer work on the weekends.

The service at F & F Palm Beach was exceptional. This is the third time I have had work completed at F & F. A windshield replacement, a small interior trim repair, and a repaint on the rear end of my Porsche 911. You are treated as special, they do not miss details, the work is completed by true craftsman.

Not your stereotypical body shop! Super clean and professional operation. Restored the finish to my car which had been damaged by overspray chemicals. Car looks new inside and out. Robert is great to deal with.

One of the only Audi certified repair shops in my area. I would highly recommend Fantastic Finishes to anyone. They worked quick on my Audi A4. I needed to replace my trunk lid and my tail lights, new tires and brakes and also needed to get my Audi serviced while that all happened. They put me in a rental and it was all taken care of within 9 days. No after market parts either! Couldn’t be happier. They also give a lifetime warrenty for the repair that has been done!

Do not recommend. Brought my Bentley there. Super expensive. Work was average at best. This place is more for show than anything else. Also Russ the owner is super rude to his employees and borderline nasty. Plenty of other places that do better work for a lot less.

I am a Super Car Guy and had a body shop years ago, so I do know perhaps a little more than the average consumer. I have had 2 current year Bentleys repaired and I found their work superb and I have never seen or been in a better shop, period !!! As far as Russ is concerned, I am sure if folks only heard one side of the story that they might have felt that I was rude to my employees, but you really have to understand the full story and facts in order to really make an acurate observation and comment. I also found Rob to be great. He expalined everything that I needed and was always available when I called. Excellent shop, excellent management and excellent staff !!!

The shop is not punctual and responsible. When I dropped off my car, they told me it will be ready in 3 weeks max 5 weeks and it took them 8 weeks to return my car for just an outside repair. I rather go to the dealership and pay the same price for a better job. Def. not happy with them!

They messed up big time a month apart on both of my cars and we’re extremely rude about it... didn’t take responsibility and kept making excuses for there mistakes

Failed to complete the work on time and paint was flaking off within a year took it back to them and took them 3 weeks to paint a bumper.Stay away if you need any work done right or in the correct time frame.

Overpriced and work is just ok. Had my exotic car repainted there courtesy the insurance company and they billed StateFarm $20,000 to change a door and fix a few MINOR scratches on the rest of the car. Work came back just ok, not better than the normal place I would use for my daily driver. Clearly overrated and work is average at best.
