I was having trouble finding a tire store to swap two tires i already had. I ended up buying two new tires from them and got an alignment too. Their tire prices cheaper than most others and the truck tracks true down the high way at 80 they even straightened out my steering wheel that has been crooked for years. They got my tires in next day and truck back on the road quickly. It feels like a new truck again. Thanks 4 wheel parts and your emplyees would definitely recomend them and will be going back to them .

I ordered a small part online. After calling the 1st time I was told it would be ready in a week. After calling the 2nd time a week later I was told it will be another week. After again following up myself I was told they would try and pull it from another wearhouse and let me know when it was in.after again following up myself a week later I was told they need to look into it and would call me back. So again I call back later that day, since I did not get a call back and was abruptly told its not their fault it was lost on the way to their store and will have the manager process a refund on Monday. My order was for $2 I would never imagine placing a larger order and trusting them to actually follow up with the order. Horrible customer service I will take my jeep needs elsewhere

Rob, the store manager.. is amazing. He goes above and beyond to make sure your completely satisfied, all staff knows their stuff about all Jeeps, and helped me pick the best HONEST decision. They do super clean installs as well and I highly recommend them if you’re in the 4x4 world and looking for a great spot. Thanks again guys.

I only bring my jeeps to 4WP. Their mechanics know their stuff and their prices are fair. They also have a lot of store events with big discounts and love to put on a good car crushing show.

Made my girlfriend feel stupid just for asking questions about her jeep, would never go back nor give them my money

In total it cost me $650 ($150 in parts) to replace 1 front seat belt and to work on the still broken tail light for 10 min. Hourly rate is around $170. They failed to fix the tail light, which the worker said was working after we checked it before I left(Impossible for it to have been working). I called them regarding, took over an hour and several times calling to have them tell me theyll call me with a quote to fix it. They never did nor would I give them another dime. Sucks, but it took me 2 minutes to find a better place than this. Im taking this loss and my Jeep elsewhere.

Highly recommend. Perfect alignment and great customer service.Just got a new truck and went to the West Palm Beach location and talked to Pat. He was very knowledgeable and helped me order a bed cover that would work with my bicycle rack mounted in the bed of my truck.It only took 2 days to get the cover and had them also do an alignment on my lifted truck for me while it was there. I brought my own specs that I wanted the truck aligned to and it was done perfectly. 100% highly recommend this store.

I went here looking for some welding I needed on my truck. I needed it done pretty quickly and unfortunately they were booked solid for at least a few days. I actually took that as a good sign. If someone is NOT busy, there’s probably a reason for it. Even though our schedules couldn’t coordinate, they were perfectly willing to crawl up under my truck, look at the problem, and give me alternative suggestions. And even suggest other shops that may not be as busy. Everyone was very helpful and acted with class in a business like manner. Good guys.

I took advantage of one for a wheel alignment for my Jeep that was lifted and has 35 inch wheels. The local tire shops couldnt even do it. Didnt know the settings with lift and oversized tires. This place did it for a good price and did it right.

Couldn’t have been more professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly! Dont waste your time. I called in for a quote on an install of a Rough Country 2.5 Leveling Kit, lower ball joints, & Steering Stabilizer for an 05 Silverado, and they quoted at $1533.00. Mind you, I had all the parts! Long story short Champion 4x4 did it for me 2xs cheaper.

Looked at their website for a part for my truck and then I looked at Amazon which had it cheaper by 25%- yes really BUT I saw they have a price match guarantee- I called - I confirmed with the clerk. So I drove all the way into town only to be told by some other idiot that they dont match Amazon -- REALLY. I looked up their policy again and showed it to this guy- but NOPE.I told him this was false advertisement and misleading- to no avail.Im just glad that they didnt have my truck up on the lift and call me that I needed another part- which, of course, would be marked up at least 40% now that they have me by my genders.I walked away Happy that I could easily get it at Amazon AND I found another consumer trap to avoid.Modifications Unlimited and others could easily do better than these guys.

From start to finish, was an all around bad experience and should have not given my business nor money to this company.I wanted to do a very big surprise for my boyfriend and Is anniversary. Boyfriend who works out of town a lot was trying to find time to lift his truck himself. I took advantage of a week he was gone and decided to have this company do the job for me and lift the truck 6 inches and put new tires and rims on. Well long story short on that part but they ruined my 5500 surprise and called him to tell him his truck was ready. All I got was an Im sorry . Now to the actual issuePicked up the truck drove it home so that my boyfriend could see the ruined surprise but now test drive a truck he didnt need to spends a day lifting. He got in it after day 2 and it started pulling real hard to the left and when breaks were pushed in would pull to the right. We looked under truck and break should have been relocated because they were so tight they looked like a guitar string. Hopefully no biggie we would tell them plus they stated we needed to come back after day 10 for a check up and alignment. Took it back told them about breaks and alignment. Stated they would fix the alignment and that they did everything by the instructions to lift and rerouting breaks wasnt needed. Argued and shows them they stated they would fix it. After them having the truck 2 more days for a couple hour job. Called and said that they cant align the truck (they tried 5 times) because the ball joints are bad and supposedly fixed the breaks. Said they would try something else. Got a call literally 5 minutes later saying truck was ready and everything lined up to the best they could do? Got in car and they DID NOT FIX A DAMN THING. Still pulls hard to the left, still pull hard to right when breaks are pushed in. Your a shop that specialized in suspensions and lifts? Obviously your mechanic who does this for a living knows very little about GEOMETRY of trucks and didnt realize he wasnt talking to an idiot who doesnt know anything about his truck. Truck was fine when it went in and did I mention truck was bought 6 months ago and the ball joints are bad? Sounds to me like you guys are a price gouging non mechanic shop. Thank you 4 wheel parts and performance for the hack job!

These guys are terrible and dont warranty their tires. We bought a brand new truck with modifications done by this company and these tires came with it. We went to their shop as we were told to to have all the bolts re-torqued and the alignment checked. So we did our part and did that at the prescribed mileage. The tires were also rotated at 9K miles, the now have 16K miles and steel belts are showing. When we complained, we were told its our fault for not making sure the alignment was proper! What? Seriously. Terrible customer service!! We have asked for a manager and have blown off.

I have placed several orders with this location for various parts. Each time I have had a problem in a large way. Either the parts did not fit the application, or the parts never came or came a month later than expected. I can not speak about the service side, but as of ordering parts, VERY DISAPPOINTED. NO FOLLOW UP, NO TRACKING, NOTHING!!!!!! I am currently on hold for over 6 minutes, without speaking to anyone !!!! They just pick up and put you on hold.Now when you do get the right parts, it’s great ! Quality is there.

Ordered a part for my tow package online one Sunday night just because they said the part was in stock and available for next day in store pick-up. I was in the area about 4 in the afternoon so I stopped in, was told well sometimes the online system is wrong. Then he said the part was in Jacksonville and hed call me tomorrow. Never heard from him, the next afternoon now Wednesday about 5, I called to check the status. They said yea we have it. No call, extremely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor, go to another shop. I would have just got it from the dealership if Id known. Dont know how the doors are still open.

Bought a truck topper here, went back to show them the failures and the employee took pics and said he would send to manufacturer, this was in June, in September i went back and they had no record of it. Had to go though a manufacturer return again, then they call me and tell me to spray paint the bottom of my topper and send them a pic. Well that is not my job that is theirs, so I week later I wen there and told the they need to spray paint my topper to send for replacement and they tell me we dont have spray paint. So i say, Im supposed to have it and do it, you arent? Their reply we dont have white paint and we dont want to get overspray on your truck. Excuse me, neither do i. Well they did take the topper off and spray it on the ground. Now its been 3 days and nothing. So we will wait for the bottom line here, I hope I can change this to 5 stars later, my 2nd time doing business here, first was ok, nothing special, 4 starts, this time, waiting to see.

He Kept Insisting On A Axel Length. I Did Not Know The Length. I Was Telling Him To Look Under My VEH Appilcation..Thats How I Found Them. Im Only Changing Gears And Need Axels Nothing CUSTOM...I Just ForGot To Bring The Part Numbers With Me. He Then Tells Me To Go Online And Buy If Thats What I Wanted. He Had No Intention Of Helping ME Or Selling To Me At All. I Only came To The Store To Double Check What I Wanted To Order And Get The Extreem Warr...Seems Like I Knew More Than Them About Parts They Sell. Really UpSetting. He Got Mad And Left Me Standing There. Pat Was Buisy And A Few Min Later Came Over To My Rescue By Helping Find The Correct Part Number Of The Axels I Was Trying To Buy. All He Did Was Make A Phone Call... So Easy Right, So After Spinding Over $1000.00 Today At This Store. I Hope They Fix The Cust Service Issues.. I May Never Go Back There If It Wasent For Pat.
