Very friendly staff, I needed help to find the right parts for my car and I had no idea what I brought to the checkout was not correct. They asked me what I needed it for and the looked up the wipers for the particular car 🚘 and explained to me how the sizes fit. I was very happy because I was going to get the wrong parts. The staff has gotten very lame. They dont want to answer their phones anymore. They put you on hold and then they leave you there for a long time. And their parking lot is always filthy and full of trash they never come out to clean it up. When most of that trash is their stuff that people throw out there. I rather get my parts online and dont have to deal with bad attitude counterpersons.

Had my battery/alternator tested by Rogerio Rodriguez( Im so sorry if i misspelled his name). He was hands down the best, most helpful and professional person that Ive encountered at any auto repair store. He was immediately ready to help, incredibly friendly, and went above what was asked of him. Ive had electrical problems for a while and he took the time to thoroughly test everything and offer a solution(bad terminal connections). He is definitely my new, go to, guy for basic auto troubles.

Employee Andre Payne went above & beyond call of duty to help me. He came out in pouring rain to do a tricky difficult job and never complained or gave up until it was resolved! Also supervisor Rogelio R. was so nice. they are knowledgeable and kind! +++

Shawn made my experience here wonderful. Went in to get a battery for my car that was starting slow. Shawn was at the register and helped me find the right battery for my car in no time and to make it even better, he even offered to change the battery for me! I went in with the mindset to just grab the battery, head back home and change it myself but Shawn was like I got you.He had the old battery out and the new one in, effortlessly. Even while the rain was coming down, he still took his time to remove any corrosion and complete the install correctly. 10/10 service. I will need an engine airfilter for my other car soon and you can bet I will be getting it here. Prices were very reasonable too. Thank you, Shawn.

Dont trust their advise. I went there to buy a BOLT for my car (M12×55MM, CLASS 10.9) The guy told me CLASS dont matter, i can use any CLASS BOLT that has the same thread as the one Im looking for.I was shocked.They dont know how dangerous it is to use low grade bolts to replace suspension parts.They need training .

This man is a real MVP!Last minute my down pipe collapse and I had to rush to the store 30 minutes before closing and quickly got the hardware I needed and he came outside with me with some tools we managed to put on the down pipe to my exhaust manifold right quick and get the car back on the road in less than 30 minutes it was awesome and we got to share our personal experiences with e30s. Keep up the hard work and humble attitude. Awesome guy!

Boo!! Went here as a commercial shop just needing a blower motor. I told the manager to add tax to an order and he didn’t do it. I got to my customers car and when I opened the box the part inside is USED!! Don’t go to this store go to literally any other Autozone. Went to stop in buy a starter at the location at Military Trail and Okeechobee Road, we arrived at 8:20pm, and the hours say the store closes at 9pm and the doors were locked.

Came in having issues with my battery. Merrill was very helpful in getting me in and out even on a fairly busy day with a new battery since it was still under warranty.
