Some people are not made for customer service. If you want friendly service go to the store on Forest Hill or just go to The Parts House. They are not professional, JUST THUGS that wants to rob you at the Southern and Haverhill location. Negative Stars...

Great little neighborhood auto parts store. If you are a giver, its a great place to shop for auto parts because you can freely donate to the homeless who make the plaza their domicile.
