I live in the neighborhood and like to support local businesses. took my car to see what they’d give me for it. He Looked at my car made me an offer that was acceptable. I told him I would try and sell it on my own over the weekend first. Decided to just let him buy it the next day. Brought it back in the next day. He said his partner needed to look at it and take it for a test drive. Keeping in mind there were 2 warning lights on one tire light that I knew was a faulty sensor because the tires were new and the check engine light. When he brought it back he said there are 5 warning lights on. 3 more mysterious came on after the test drive. Then he proceeded to tell me this car has had 6 owners. I told him 3 were my family members. Anyway bottom line he then offered $2000 less then his initial offer. I think they call this bait and switch. So I said no thank you and left. I took my car to Lexus and they said a loose hose caused the additional warnings lights to come on. So be warned if you deal with this business. 😳 PS I sold it myself for double their low offer.

I found the vehicle that I wanted online, however I live in Virginia and the vehicle was at Netto Motors in West Palm Beach Florida. Naturally, I was skeptical about purchasing a vehicle so far away, but the salesman Soloman Ali made the process simple and easy. The vehicle arrived at more doorstep within a week of purchase. Awesome experience. Highly recommended.

If these guys wave a clean carfax in front of you just run away. After buying a prius from these guys I took it to a toyota service location and was told it was clearly in an accident. $1500 later of service cost on a $7k car Ive clearly made a bad decision purchasing this car from Netto Motors. Id be very careful.

Ali did me solid. Even when I messed up the paperwork! Shopped around and talked to a LOT of dealers when I was looking for a specific vehicle. Didn’t set any records for the best deal, but that’s the current market. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Still got exactly what I wanted with zero hassle. I see that $499 “prep fee” they snuck in, but the free state-wide delivery and warrantee makes me ok with it. I’d recommend buying from them… just always do your research! 🤓

The worst car experience ever. I was sold a defective Mercedes. Within 3 weeks, 3 major issues; leaking oil from transmission, engine mounts, rear axle.The sales person Raymond wouldn’t return my calls when these problems became evident. I fixed the issue last week.Today I went in calm with a printout from Mercedes showing the repairs. I saw Raymond, asked him to take a look at the repair papers. Instead, straight away he says “ I don’t need to look at anything” He walked away.HE KNEW I exposed his deception and didn’t have the integrity or RESPECT to even listen to my compliant. He walked away. Then he has the audacity to get in my face, threaten to call the cops, complaining how I was talking to him. This guy has no integrity or honor at all.I had a legitimate complaint and he was too cowardly to even discuss it man to man.The sold me a defective car AND they KNOW IT.

Honest dealership and everything was great. Salesman and finance department were awesome. They beat the carmax appraisal and offered me more for my trade. Financing took almost 30 minutes and I was out less than an hour with my new vehicle.

I don’t usually do this, and by usually, I mean never, but I suppose the service I received warrants it. I went to look into purchasing a BMW i was interested in. I was greeted when I pulled onto the lot by Gavin, who was not too pushy and answered any questions I had to the best of his ability. I test drove the vehicle and had an issue with the brakes feeling a bit worn, but everything else was in top condition for 9 yr old vehicle with 81,000 miles. I was still looking at a few of the same vehicles elsewhere so i decided to sleep on it. When I came back the next afternoon the boss already had the brakes replaced which definitely made it easier to make my decision. After that, Gavin and I completed the purchase process, which was fairly painless. After about a year of ownership I can say Ive been very pleased with my purchase.

Found my dream car at Netto motors. Called and and spoke with Ali, who gave me every detail I wanted about the car. Drove an hour away on a Saturday to check it out in person. After falling even more in love with the car after the test drive, they let me put a deposit. When returning a week later to finalize the deal, I ran into problems getting a loan for the car because of the age. Ali helped me out and went out of his way for hours to get me into the car. He had the car washed and even contacted me days later to check in on how I was doing. Couldn’t have asked to deal with a better sales person! Thanks for all the help Ali!

Everything went well until they received the money. Completely unhelpful and unconcerned with me and vehicle after the money hit their hands. They are in Florida and I am in NYC. I arranged to have car shipped and they promised to overnight my docs so I can get the car registered before it arrived in NYC. No garage and car can’t stay on street with no tags. They sent the dogs to arrive three days after car. I don’t even understand how a car can travel from Fl to NY and get here before the docs. Sasha the manager could care less. He dismissed me and said”well we did what we were supposed to do”. I would never use them again or recommend them. Now I am left to figure it out. Disgusting. It has everything to do with what they can control. Send the docs overnight as promised. Don’t just screw me over. There is a reason why you have a D+ rating w the Better Business Bureau. Sasha should go thru basic customer service training. Just because it’s his family that owns the dealership, they should invest in basic customer service. Buyer beware.I think the five star reviews are from their friends.

Also showed me a clean carfax stating it had never been in an accident...It WAS in at least one (as shown to me by a friend of mine who owns a paint and body shop). PS, The issues that occurred on my way home from Netto cost me $1500.00 . Didnt offer to fixthe car or reimburse me. BEWARE

There mechanic damaged a piece of equipment and after contacting management in regards to it. I was blown off as to not being there fault and I am left with having to deal with a damaged part.

While it is too late for me having already made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from Netto Motors I write this to warn potential customers. Never have I dealt with such a group of liars and shady business people. To make matters even worse Gabriel Martinez actually broke my car, left it sitting on their lot for a week, only for it to need to be towed to a real mechanic where I then got to pay for the repairs. As if that was not enough while my recently purchased car sat on their lot they also ripped my drivers seat, another thing they will not repair. My only advice is take your business elsewhere.

I flew down from Michigan as I had interest in multiple vehicles, once I arrived on short notice(forgot to tell them the time I land), I was greeted with a nice clean car. Being that it was black I was surprised at the condition of the paint. Only complaint I have about to dealership is not posting good enough pictures which may be a good thing as you do get better than what you see online, I truly wasn’t completely interested in the vehicle until I saw it infront of time. It was an unbelievable car with unbelievable help from every soul in the business. They worked with me for 4 hours with my bank and such in order to get it sold with me and we’re willing to do nearly everything. I will be purchasing another vehicle from here, no doubt. They are brutally honest there, and if you point out a problem they will instantly get their mechanics on it (cup holder was stuck) but I’m very happy with my purchase. Thank you guys.
