The salesman that helped me was Sergio, but the other staff was also very nice and the atmosphere was very welcoming and pleasant. Sergio was very helpful and patient. He even answered my texts, when I had questions pertaining to the vehicle, which was very nice. Purchased a 2016 Toyota Corolla L, in February of this year and I regret coming to this dealership. The very next day after my purchase a check engine light came on, I texted the manager who advised me to come in. They checked my car and said everything was fine, just for me to see the same light the next morning. Well, it took them over a month to give me a part they said I needed for the censor. But even up until this day, there is one thing after the next. I’ve already had to replace my battery, all 4 brake pads, replaced burned out spark plugs, and my car stalls EVERYTIME I start it. They literally sold me a lemon. Do yourself a favor and get any car before you purchase checked by a mechanic you trust, because this place is dishonest.

I have been researching this vehicle for a few months. I wanted to stay as close to my current payment as possible. I found this Nissan Rogue SL 2017 and I fell in love, but mostly the payments aligned with where I wanted to be. I worked with Mustafa and the experience was extraordinary. Rodnell, Steve in Finance and Mustafa really took care of my needs. Since they did most of the paperwork online and worked with Capital One on my financing beforehand, I was in and out very quickly. I giving 1 star only because it wont let me give no stars.. ok so we bought a car there and they obviously showed us a fake car fax report. It did show a accident but said minor crash. Well we went to sell the car and now that same crash date shows car hit a pole & a stop sign and was towed from scene inoperable... if your buying a car there look up car fax on your own device.. Im checking into what legal recourse I have but do t want anyone else to be scammed by these peopleDO NOT GO TO THE PLACE!!!! SCAMMERS

Im happy with the car itself, but they dont negotiate and theyll try to sneak in some extra charges and donations without mentioning anything. Thats all fine really, but whats worst is I was promised my 2nd key at a later date, and when I went to go get it, it was just the manual key without the electronic fob. Not much use for that. All they did for me was recommend me a 3rd party business that can sell and program a new key fob.

I had an excellent experience buying a Nissan Versa Note at Florida Fine Cars in West Palm Beach. I had researched Florida Fine Cars and was pleased to see its A+ rating with the BBB and positive customer reviews. Trust for me is paramount. I also researched the car ahead of time on CARFAX and Car Gurus and the car was exactly as promised. My sales associate was Carlos and he was friendly and knowledgeable about the car. He explained all of my purchase options well and set me at ease during the entire process. It was stress-free.from start to finish. I highly recommend Carlos as your future Sales Associate!

The salesman was actually nice but was not efficient. I called about a specific car and the car was not even ready for me to test drive when I arrived. It was nit washed, smelled, and was dirty inside. The car was sold to me without it even being vacuumed while I waited 2 hours. I was told to return and again waited hours and the car was again not detailed!! They want me to return but why waste my day again? It’s inconsiderate of my time and money even though I just spent thousands there. On top of that I was convinced to sign a payment plan that had nothing to do with my lender and they add fees to their payment plan. It’s untruthful to not disclose how they operate and what someone is signing up for. No one has time to read all the stacks of papers they throw in front of you so it’s deceitful. On top of that this place doesn’t even offer 30 day warranties on their vehicles which probably means they have no faith in their own products... so I would suggest people to look at HHGreg or elsewhere for used vehicles.

THEN NOT TO MENTION 2-3WEEKS AFTER GONZALO SOLD ME MY VEHICLE HE WAS FIRED!! FOR WHAT REASON IDK. THEY ARE MAD FISHY, THEY DONT TELL YOU ALL THE FACTS ABOUT THE CARS NOR DO THEY INSPECT THERE CARS BEFORE PUTTING THEM ON THE LOT TO BE SOLD. & WHEN U COMPLAIN THEY SAY ITS AS IS BUT DONT EVEN SPECIFY ON WHAT EXACTLY AS IS IS!!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A CAR FROM FLORIDA FINE CARS!!!!!!
