VERY shady place. They were charging $3000 more than the car was posted on FB. The car wouldnt start even though their battery tester said the battery was good. The car was filthy inside and there were food particles all over the seats. I also caught them lying to another customer. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me nothing was his fault because he just started working there 2 days ago. Lol

Please DO NOT come to this dealership. Everything is awesome until you walk out of there dealership and they don’t care what happens after. All they want is your money. Honestly they just give cars with mechanical problems all the time. I was given a car ( Nissan 2016) and after only two days the transmission failed. Please stay away from this place. They say they offer a full history of the car but that is just all a lie. Also be careful with the supposed car warranty most of them don’t even have that. It’s employees may be nice and great but the place itself needs to improve. I had a business card from one of the employees that worked there and decided to call them. This person specifically said “I am sorry this happened to you but unfortunately it happens a lot at that dealership and that’s one of the reasons I left and went to work for another dealership”. Please be careful of what you get yourself in and ask for all your paperwork and review it as carefully as possible.

This is not my first but second time purchasing ar car at Planet motors. They made my purchasing another vehicle a breeze. My salesman Mr. Bradley was awsome from the moment I arrived until the day I made my decision. He responded to every text and was super patient with me. I had just had a total loss on my previous vehicle and they put my mind at ease. Not only do they have good prices but the miles on the vehicles are the best around. The icing on top of the cake was Mr Roberto. He genuinely cared and was super helpful. This is definitely the place to purchase your vehicles from.

Me and my husband had the best experience today at Planet Motors. We needed a cargo van for our new business and Bradley went out of his way to help us. He treated us as family, gave us bunch of advices and helped us get what we wanted. Our wait was longer but he made sure he gave us food, water and juice for me because I am pregnant. We laughted, talked and learned a lot for Florida since we just moved from Michigan. Overall the whole stuff was amazing and mr. Roberto as well. They all treated us as family. Yeah everything is great until you leave the dealership then they no longer care what happens. I have not had the car for a month yet and I’ve been having tire problems FROM day one. Trusting their word, I went back to “replace” the tire. They did no such thing. Filled it up with some air after 2 hours of waiting. The light never turned off and when I told them they said “in 300 miles it will turn off”. WHAT?! No the tire has completely worn off and when I confront them about it a disrespectful child tells me it’s not their problem because I already drove the car of the lot. He then proceeded to tell me they fixed it the first time out of their “good will”. Appalled is an understatement right now! Once they have your money and signature they no longer care. Maybe if I would have dealt with an adult it would have been different.

Planet motors are a RIP off, they told me that the car I purchased had a warrant and a clean car fax. Which was a LIE. A week after I brought the car I took it back to the dealer. The manager and salesperson told me to take it to Hyundai thats who my warranty is with. But they told me I cant take it to them unless the engine light was on. A few weeks later my car breaks down side the road and would not crank. Took it to Hyundai turns out no warranty plus the car has been in two accidents. Call the salesperson he says you gotta talk to the manager he sent you to Hyundai I only go by what he says. Manager calls and says its a buyer beware state and tells me to have my mechanic look at it.Save you energy DO NOT go to planet motors

I just want to say what an UNPROFESSIONAL place. My boyfriend seen a truck online that he was very interested in purchasing. He was told several times that the truck was still there, so he had his mother and my daughter drive him up there which is 1 HOUR AWAY because if everything checked out he planned on driving out of there with it. When he got there, he was told that the truck WAS NOT THERE and had already BEEN SOLD :( Let me just say, what a horrible way to conduct business and lie to someone. I would never do business with a company so misleading. Sad because he brought CASH and they missed out on a great customer. Oh well. I would not recommend doing business with this company!!!!!!!!

.... Where do I start? I came in the dealership for the brown 2007 Chevy Impala, the first sales man that approached me lied about it being sold. I was about to leave but something told me to go inside. I went inside and ran into Carlos, he is super charming and helpful. He took me around back to show me the brown 2007 Chevy Impala, that I wanted so bad. He informed me that it was not finished and it needed some work. He recommended the 2009 Chevy Impala Police. Of course his job is to sale as many cars as he can. I explained to him that I am a mother of three young children and if the car is bad I dont want it. He pulled the car faxs for me and briefly went over it with me. Keep in mind this is my first time getting a car without my fiance being present to look over the car and ask the proper questions. I repeatedly asked what all was wrong with the car, I was told it was nothing wrong. Well after all of the paperwork was done I ended up paying 3,500 plus another 375 for my tag and registration. The documented mileage on my paperwork is so far off. On the way home from the dealership I had to get on the highway and the wheel was shaking so bad also, it kept pulling to the right. I didnt think I was going to make it home. My check engine light came on during the drive home. Thankfully, I made it. Over the next few days I called around to price oil changes and inspections. Midas on northlake charged me 20 for an oil change and the inspection was free. During the inspection they gave me a list of things that needed to be done. The two front tires was bald. All of the fluids needs to be flushed. There is a bad leak somewhere in my engine. The struts have to be replaced. And a few other things.... I understand the car isnt going to be in brand new condition, but dang. Im putting more money into the car than it is worth.So two days ago I went to get my license plate and registration, the 2007 brown Chevy Impala was ready. I wanted it so the plan was for me to drop off the kids and come back and buy the car same day... HOWEVER ON THE WAY TO DROP OFF MY CHILDREN MY ENGINE COMPLETELY WENT OUT! ON THE HIGHWAY! YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME! I am so upset I dont know what to do a million thoughts went through my mind. Instead Im just going to write an honest review in hopes that no one else falls victim. Carlos is a great sales man who deserves the opportunity to work for an honest company. Im exploring my options to legally pursue planet motors. My heart is completely broken. Besides the money that I lost my children and I could have been killed. But I guess they didnt care about that.You reap what you sow, so dont lose your soul for a job that will replace you in a blink of an eye.The two stars are for Carlos ONLY !
