I’m not a makeup person at all but I have a cut on my face and wanted to cover it up!!! After all, it is my birthday 😊 I walked in and came across Jamoy. I showed her my cut and told her what I needed. Without hesitation, she went and grabbed a concealer. It blended perfectly with my chocolate skin tone!!! I couldn’t even tell there is a blemish on my face! She was very pleasant to work with. If I ever decide to really do the makeup thing, I would definitely go back to Ulta on Palm Beach Lakes!!!!!

Id give more stars but Im really annoyed with the cashier. First associate was kind and helpful, didnt try to up-sell. When I went to pay was asked for my number so I said I dont have the rewards. Was told I needed to provide for possible returns... Then was asked my name, birthday, email... I asked why I couldnt just purchase without providing this information and the cashier seemed to be annoyed with me not wanting to sign up.

While i love the store, some employees wont even help you unless you look like you have money or are of a certain color. Seems like that happens everywhere.

Get all your cosmetics, facial and hair products from this place. I love that they have Revlon, Maybelline, to La come, Mac. Love Ultra Beauty!

I am updating my comments because this is a POORLY run store! Dont go to this location. In fact, I suggest you order directly from the company and cut out Ulta completely! The employees have a NASTY, SMUG attitude. You ask a question and they respond in a sarcastic manner. I came in to buy makeup. Then, I said NOPE youre not getting my money with your nasty attitude. Ill keep my $100. Thanks but no thanks!

Yamil was awesome! He gave a full product advisory during my visit. He was giving all of us his best recommendations on products. He excelled in the products he choose for my trip to Orlando. I was very surprised how they lasted through the trip and how well his product recommendation performed. Very outstanding service, highly recommended!!

Me and my teenage daughter always shop at this location. I have spent 100’s of dollars at this location just to have our hearts broken and feeling hurt as they were today. We walked in and wasn’t greeted (no biggie) me and my daughter went to the perfume area and I noticed the security guard immediately come to where we were. Cool still no problem. After minutes of smelling different scents he was still there. I didn’t smell anything that I wanted so me and my daughter walked away to look at the flat iron to purchase one. As we walked away I saw an associate approach the security guard and whisper in his ear. As we are over there looking at the different flat irons the security guards starts circling us again. Mind you it’s plenty of other customers in this store but they were all white so I guess they got a pass on not being suspicious! So after he stopped circling us and stood still to watch us as he started talking on his phone and continued to watch us I flagged him to come over and asked him “did the associate ask you to watch us?” Long story short he lead me to believe he was told to watch us. He told me he was doing his job because they have a lot of people stealing... but if he was doing his job of loss prevention he would have been watching and circling everyone and not just me and my daughter (the only black customers in the store) for 30 to 45 constitutive minutes!!!!!! At that point I place the flat iron down in tears because I couldn’t believe this and I didn’t want to hear any more of what he had to say. I felt so embarrassed and belittled in front of my child who loves Ulta and wants to shop there daily. I also made her put back the make up pouch she was ready to purchase and we walked out. I will never shop here again. I spend too much money in this store/with this company to be racial profiled! Wish I could rate this at NO STARS!!!!!!!!!

Really bad service there. The manager was more focus on telling other associates that their card numbers arent good instead of focusing on premier customer service. I had an item that didnt have a barcode and the lady who went to go look was struggling to find it and the 3 associates including the manager can see im just standing their. However the manager choose to continue to ignore me all to stress the importance of getting ppl to sign up for their credit card. Horrible service

I went into Ulta to buy some gel nail polishes (green specifically because St. Patrick’s day is coming up) they didn’t have the shade displayed but online it says they have in stock. Literally could not find a single person working there to ask for help and the one person I did see working there could see I was looking for someone and just walked away before I could even ask for their help.

When compared to other locations this location falls short. However, I was greeted at the door and after much roaming around I did have someone give me some assistance. The staff was very nice, pleasant, and patient but I found it lacking in personalized service when compared to their State Rd 7 location. The store appearance was not what I was used to but I did come in 30 minutes before closing and that probably played a role in store appearance and quality of personalized service. I would visit again but not my favorite location.

Easy parking and great service. Spoke to a gal over the phone prior to going to the store and she pulled product and it was waiting for me at tje check out counter!

After being at 3 different Sephora stores looking for the right special occasion face makeup foundation I finally found the right one!! Thanks to the help of Omar he directed me to the correct products that would work perfectly on my skin!!! He also found the right shade that matches. I wish I had come here first and especially found Omar to help me with this. He really knows his cosmetics and how to prepare and apply them extremely well. I had on my list of things I needed and asked his opinion, he not only gave me his opinion because he knew how those products worked but he gave me better choices from other brands that I didn’t know about. He demonstrated how to prepare the makeup and when I came home it still looks so good. I’m really excited about using my new cosmetic purchases. Thank you Omar!

Horrible place cashiers are rude one in particular can’t remember her name. She knew I was in line then told me to go to the back of the line because the “line did not start there”. Maybe someone should train them a bit better. Horrible horrible place

Pleasantly surprised today. For it being the holiday season, the store was actually pretty clean as far as the products that were on display. My only issue was the fragrance section. So many of them either had no product in them or were missing the spray apparatus. Since I was there primarily to purchase colognes and wanted to smell them before purchasing I walked away empty handed on that front. But I still spent a lot since the associates were so helpful and an absolute joy to be around! I enjoy this store versus the one on St. Rd. 7. They can be a little snippy in that particular location.

I went to Ulta for a facial during their January special and little did I know I was going to meet Sofia - the best thing to happen to my skin! She was SO knowledgeable and had a clear passion for skin care. Especially acne prone skin. I’m so grateful and would recommend her 150%

Everytime I come in Sophia is always the best. She knows exactly what my skin needs no matter what the day or events going on in my life. My face has improved so much since I have been coming in to see her. I will definitely continue to come see her.

Ulta beauty is a great store and had a large about of inventory. I wish they’d set up their stores to carry the same items consistently. It would also be nice if they ran sales on their big name brands. % off coupons more frequently would be appreciated also. I find the floor help to be very courteous. However the associates at the register never seem to ask if I’d like to use my points, of to see if I have any questions before checking out. They’re always rushed.

I got my makeup done by Sophia and I was very happy with the service she provided me with. So professional and helpful. Not only did I receive the best service, but also learned a lot about my skin and what needs be done to perfect it. If I could give 100 stars I would! Can’t wait to be back for my facial!

Wont be shopping at the Ulta, WPB Outlet again. I was rudely asked to stand further from another customer by a sales person, even though I was at least 5 feet from them. At the register, the girl asked for my phone number, e-mail, and birth date. I asked her why she needed this as I was paying cash, and she said it was for a return. I then said, arent you giving me a paper receipt, and she said yes, but the phone number is needed for the return. By the way, none of the info I gave her was correct as I do not like my personal info. tracked and it is none of Ultas business.Then she gave me my change without counting it back and it was short $10. Thankfully, I counted it in front of her and she apologized and gave me the $10 dollars. So, my shopping experience was beyond sad. I was rudely spoken to, my privacy was violated, and I was almost ripped off $10.00 by a girl who could not count.

Well organized, clean store. Easy to find what you are looking for. Line was so quick, unlike other locations. Moe was my cashier and she was very sweet, informative and lovely to chat with.

Placed an order online for in store pick up, went to pick it up and was informed they had sold it even though I had already paid for it online. No apology, in fact very rude about the whole situation.

Phenomenal place to buy beauty supplies... I had no idea what to buy my daughter for Christmas.. I found half of what I needed here.. and the employees are so incredibly helpful and attentive.. they didnt have exactly what I wanted out... and she had no problem going to the back and checking for me... it was a very good experience.

She goes above and beyond to insure I’m getting the proper treatment for my skin, I’ve been going for a while now and I’ve had extremely bad congested acne and it’s been clearly up so nice now because of her! Absolutely recommend Her for anyone who is need of any skin care treatment/help!

I had a great experience with Sofia that works at the Dermalogica spa. She really knows how to keep up with your skin and give you a great treatment and service !

Ulta has a nice selection of items. They have expensive brands and not so expensive brands which is why I like to shop there. The only complaint I have is that there have been a few times where the product I wanted was not in stock. Other than that I really enjoy going there.

I just walked in here to book an appointment for a facial. I stood around the skin care area for 15 minutes. I got completely ignored by several staff members. No direct eye contact from anyone = they are way to busy for me. Oh well, lost business for Ulta is business gained for someone else.

Sophia Manolis did a deep pore cleansing facial on face and my face felt soft, supply and radiant after. She took out all the black heads and white heads and cleaned out my pores so well that my open pores closed. She is one talented esthetician.

I love this place! I can always find what I need and prices range from reasonable to higher depending on what you are looking for. Had my eyebrows done and she did a awesome job.

Angela is a great stylist and colorist! Did an awesome e job on my hair and gave my husband a great haircut too. Highly recommend her! She really listens to what you want

Have had the worst experience at Ulta at the hands of Camille. Have been coming to the salon for a year with no problems but this time was something else. Went in for a simple job of having my roots relaxed but she has totally fried my hair. Its absolutely ruined. My hair is past my shoulders and I will have to have most of it chopped off at least 4 inches. She basically over processed my hair and used the wrong product. Not what Im paying good money for. The manager Ileana was helpful and gave me my money back and offered to have a month of conditioning treatments but the damage is already done. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Great customer service.

I took back It cc cream to get a darker color and the girl at the register refunded my money and never asked me if I wanted to exchange it. I left the store and then realized I shoukd have said something and went back to get the right color. Hiw much business do they lose by their staff not saying is there another color you would like or what else can we help you with. Customer service is poor. The store is nice and I like it but it is ruined by the lack of concern for the store and its clients.

I had the best experience today with Rebecca, the new stylist in the salon section of Ulta. I am new to Florida and had a bad highlight job from this morning from a different salon I found on google and I came in Ulta upset looking for solutions and any help possible. She had a client already but calmed me down and set an appointment for me with her to solve my hair issue. It came out beautifully and she is definitely an expertise, I have definitely found my hairdresser for Florida, thank you again Rebecca-Casey

Wife likes the stuff here, some hard to find items

Sophie the Esthetician at Ulta is knowledgeable about skin and very sweet. I came in one day hunting for skin products because my skin broke out badly. At first glance she told me my skin was congested. I booked a facial appointment with her and brought the products I used to her. She told me which ones were incompatible with my skin. Ive been going to her for a couple months and she treats my skin very well. No more going to dermatologists who recommend I take pills thatll have bad side effects.

A lot of stuff.

This is the 3rd time I had to return a makeup product that was open or broken at this store - 2 lipsticks and 1 makeup palette. The store either is messy with products in wrong shelves or just thrown everywhere, or it doesn’t have the products for weeks on end.In the case of broken/opened makeup, they make you pay for the palette before they can open to check if it’s not broken. In my case, it was and I had to return it, so more time spent at the register, all they had to do was check BEFORE making me pay for it. Also, I had bought a Too Faced palette online from Ulta and it came broken. Waste of money and time. Won’t be coming back.

I went in and looked around for item I was seeking. I tried to get help and no one was available. So I waited in line at cashier counter and line did not move. I left there after 15 minutes if trying to get help. Not one person spoke to me. I will not go back there!

I always love going here; so much to play with. Staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable. This is my favorite new store I just may get a job there.

Loved my experience at the West Palm Beach Ulta salon with Angela! She did an awesome job coloring my hair and helped me pick some good products and makeup!

The wait was kinda long when I went to check out but the staff was friendly and helpful!

Most embarrassing experience of my life. So I saw that Vincent had a 6:15pm appointment availability I wasn’t able to make it there at 6:15pm so I called to let him know that I will be there at 6:30pm he said that was fine little did I know it was not. I came in and I was not welcomed with a smile or anything just “go sit in my chair” I did when he walked over he started sectioning my hair and all of a sudden he stopped and said he can not do my hair because it’s too last minute. I was so embarrassed because I am a black women my hair texture is a kind of a tight curly so you have to detangle my hair before you style it. In that moment I was made to feel small and embarrassed. I don’t know I guess I should told him I am black when I set my appointment he probably wouldn’t have taken me.

I found what I needed thanks to a friend on the phone in another state. If you need help when youre in this store good luck, the girls were all too busy gossiping and not paying attention to Shoppers. I added a star because they told me about the rewards/points program. This was my first time to this beauty store and I wasnt all that impressed due to no availability of anyone to ask for help.

I run in there every now and then to pick up my beauty supplies, beautiful store.

Today I had pleasant assistance. Smart and personal recommendations. Then used my Reward points and received $50.00 off.

Anne Marie Williams, in the salon, is AMAZING! She has done my highlights a few times- and every time the colors are perfect and my hair is never damaged like some places. My cut is also fantastic.

Jillian is the best eyebrow specialist. My eyebrows look perfect every time thanks to Jillian. A+++

I would like to give a commendation to Anne Marie Williams in the Salon for her expertise. I am not a fan of trying someone new for my hair, but when I saw the magic that Anne Marie made on other peoples hair, I had to give her a try. It was a wonderful move to have her cut, color, style, my hair. I am extremely fussy about who gets to touch my hair and Anne Marie knew exactly how to make me feel like the best self possible when I leave. She is so proficient that she was able to remove the extensions Ive been having put in for the past four years since she was able to give me the same style & volume without them. I see Anne Marie at least 2-3 times a week. I was recently operated on and very few people would have been able to navigate a situation like that and give me back my normal hairstyle in spite of stitches &staples. I am so grateful that I found her and ulta is lucky to attract that kind of talent .

Buyer beware!!! This is a company that does not stand behind their online ordering system nor do they provide any legitimate customer service. The online agents are VERY, VERY rude and don’t care if you purchase from the company. I will be returning my entire order to the local store. I will NEVER do business with Ulta again! I will be very happy when Amazon puts this company out of business. Amazon treats their customers with dignity and respect and if Amazon were to have computer problems, they would assist the customer to rectify the situation not just tell you nothing they can do and blame it on corporate! Ridiculous!

Had the worst experience at Ulta on Palm beach lakes, when i walked in no one asked if i needed help, they were all talking, one was stocking not paying attentions to any customers, I went there for an item that they no longer sold so i looked around for a different product hoping someone will help me, I then asked a rep if they have samples she said no with no care in the world, i continued to look around I then saw a birthday add on the app and went to checkout to ask about it, the rep had the worst attitude automatically i told her i am a member i have several points and wanted to collect the birthday gift, she then responded that she cant look up that account and that i needed an email from them to retrieve my gift. Ive never heard of anything like that, I asked what makes you different from Sephora she said that they have discounted prices and that you get points that you can use in the store lol, i was like ok..... compared to getting Free samples, perfect customer service, points which give you gifts with no hassle and a birthday present by just walking in giving your phone number, Ulta has lost me as a client.

I went to ulta for change. My hair was damaged and Anne Marie worked wonders on my hair. She is a highly talented lady and very good at what she does. I give her a 5 star rating. If you want your hair done correctly Anne Marie is the go to girl.

After having a horrible experience at the PGA location, I drove the extra distance to this location. Completely opposite experience -in a good way. The staff was friendly, helpful, and the store was well stocked and organized.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Im posting this solely because of the help I received from Philip today. I have walked into Ultas previously and found it overwhelming and ended up empty handed. This time Philip sat me down and spent some extra time with me to find exactly what I needed. The store seemed like it could have used some more associates, especially with Christmas around the corner but I really appreciated the time and help I received today. I purchased everything I had set out to buy (foundation, brushes, primer) plus a little extra (lips and brows). I will definitely be visiting this Ulta again even if it is a little farther from me. Great experience.

This location was not what I was used to. This ULTA was messy and difficult to get any assistance. Disappointed

Last week i went to the location in west palm beach outlets for a blow out for my vacation. I told Vincent exactly what i wanted which was a blow out w/volume using the big round bristle brush. He was not very personable & was short w/answers. I sit in the chair & he put GEL to do a blow out, never in my life has anyone used GEL. Well about a 1/3 of the way through the service i wanted to confim w/him what he was doing,( as i can clearly see that he does not know how to do a blow out )& what i wanted, he says:•Him: oh you not getting that today. Your hair is dry, damaged, brittle with split ends .As im trying to compose myself i said•Me: well lets blow dry & use the flat iron•Him: oh im not doing that, you not getting that, you gonna finish what I started •Me: i think im gonna leave•Him : good idea and he ripped off the cape.•Me: i dont like your attitude •Him: i dont like your attitude •Me: really because ive been nice up to this point. Im leaving•Him: good idea.Never in my life have i been treated like this by anyone in the service industry. I complained to the manager of the store but i have yet to hear from the salon manager. Clearly this is not the job for Vincent. Needless to say I would advise from going to this salon.In the end i went to Pizzaz around the corner and the girl there did exactly what i wanted. I then went back to Ulta so they could see that what Vincent said couldnt be done could clearly be done. And it looked fabulous too

Bad hair cut color was not she show me she did hightllight for 1hre 1/2nothing show very disappointed after I paie 210.00 I am leaving next week and I have to find somebody to fix my haïr bummer I want my money back

I am writing this review for all the blondes out there! I have recently moved down here from Massachusetts and was looking for a new hair stylist. I’ve asked around and got some quotes, but they gave me ridiculous prices every time. I dye my hair blonde and it’s a 2 time process (bleach included). I used to do it al Ulta back in MA so I am familiar with the products they use. Since I could’t find anything in my budget, I called Ulta one day and asked for someone that can do blonde. And so I ended up on Dominique’s hands. And I am glad I did! I like my blonde to be ashy and totally hate when it ends up being orange! Dominique literally read my mind. I have the most beautiful ashy blonde and got a lot of compliments on it. She was extremely nice too. At first my scalp couldn’t take the dye mix, it felt like burning. She immediately washed it off, and changed the mix. I never felt once like I was an inconvenience and didn’t get any rolled eyes. She was apologizing even if it wasn’t her fault, how would she know it will burn me? So if you want a nice and affordable color, book with Dominique! Also with the haircut, she always double checked before cutting and she was the only hairstylist I ever met that understood how important it was to be parted right. The store itself seems understocked with a lot of stuff, comparing to other Ulta’s I’ve been to.
