Worst experience ever! 1st time getting service, picked up 3 weeks ago....Zero communication, claims they are short handed, never performed simple service of installing turn signals.

They promise but never deliver- EXTREMELY POORLY RUN COMPANY

Buying a cart no problem, but service with this company is a nightmare. They give you 6 hour window but dont show up or bother to call.Rachel is the manager, think they need a new manager. I have now reported them to club car and now I am contacting the regional sales manager. Hopefully they will resolve this situation. Horrible customer service.

Diana in sales and Adam in parts were terrific -- expert, friendly, and willing to spend a lot of time with us. We spent HOURS in the showroom, asking a zillion questions, and in the end purchased a new ClubCar with a lot of custom features. One of the best retail experiences my wife and I have ever had.We will post again when we actually take delivery of our cart, and well report on how it all works out. Cant wait!

The entire team at Advantage was fantastic. The sales experience was as you would expect... professional and fair. But the real way to judge a business is how they handle problems after the sale. In my case, I had an issue with a used golf cart I purchased and was so impressed with how I was treated by the staff and owners that I just had to write my first review. They did everything possible to make me happy and proved that customer service is alive and well at Advantage. I dont recommend many businesses but Clint and crew earned my respect and trust. Great job.

Ive had a few experiences with Advantage Golf Car and have always been pleased. Mostly purchasing tires and repair parts for golf cars.

Did work for my company, harassed for cash payments immediately when work was done, wouldnt set up credit even after doing business with them for a year. Every time they did work something else would break, no way to transport the golf cart, had to hire tow truck to do it at extra cost. After over a year dealing with this, found a new company that accepted credit terms on the spot, provided free transportation for the golf cart to be repaired and stated how the new batteries Advantage sold us were not new, used improper parts and did not do work as stated on invoice and paid for. Would not recommend Advantage golf cars for repairs!
