I ordered a rental for Halloween and couldnt be happier!!! This year I made sure to reserve it early and I received a 6 passenger rental that was basically brand new. I signed rental agreement on October 20th for Halloween rental. Delivery scheduled day before Halloween. Called at 11:30AM today about delivery time. Said out for delivery and they would call when an hour out. At 4PM I reach back out and find out they would not be delivering. I had provided an AMEX on the rental agreement & told they do not accept. This would have been good to know previously as I could have provided different payment. This lack of communication puts a damper on Halloween. We were going to purchase a new cart from them, but this experience will most likely change. At this point all they can do is apologize, which they did. Only after lying about trying to reach back out to me. Your customer service was terrible in this situation. Just own it & get better for the next rental customer.

Horrible customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would. We reserved a golf cart for rent on Halloween weekend and the day they were supposed to deliver the cart I was told their sales representative Malcolm, forgot to process our order and therefore we didn’t have a reservation. I completed an agreement with my credit card info a month prior and they basically shrugged their shoulders and said oh well. Didn’t even attempt to rectify the situation. We were planning to purchase a cart for future use after this first time rental and I can’t wait to take my business elsewhere.

Outstanding service this Halloween weekend for our rental. They were even able to drop off our golf cart a day early and they were even able to send out a tech to fix the problems on our rental.

I came into their store with a broke down cart that didn’t run and was filthy and torn apart. I came in their expecting it can’t be too much done with it so I asked can they just see what’s wrong it and make it run. But to my surprise, not only could they make it run again; they repaired every damaged part of the cart, cleaned it very well and repainted and repaired the body wit matching seats😍. I felt like I got a whole new golf cart and for a decent price👌🏼 . I highly recommend Prime Golf Cart, employees were very kind and respectful and was a pleasure to do business. Not very happy with this place! Should have gone somewhere else. I purchased a 2017 Yamaha electric cart. Drove great for the first week. Plugged the charger in and about after three hours, my garage smelled like something was burning and the batteries sounded like the water was boiling inside. It drives great for the first 5 minutes then I lose power. Now, I’m afraid to drive it, plug in and have to pay for someone else to look at it. If they give someone a product in this shape, I’m afraid to see what repairs they make. I had a couple other issues with this place and was just gonna bite my tongue and let it be, but…this could have been a serious fire hazard! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Was completely lied to on multiple occasions, was told batteries were new, they were 4 years old, was told it had speed codes, it didn’t, and I had to fight with the owner in front of his staff for him to even consider giving me any form of fixing for this situation, all 6 batteries are DONE, and he gave me a check for ONE of them - MAKES NO SENSEthe sales guy even admitted in front of us he told me at the point of sale that they’re new and they weren’t - this place ACTUALLY scams you, and Dave is awful to deal with - hangs up the phone, doesn’t man up to his word - and frankly doesn’t give 2 cents about anyone who buys from him.Total scam, save your money.I’m actively pursuing them with my lawyer now to get my money back for the money wasted on these “new” batteries - they straight up LIE to you here about what you’re buying for a quick sale.They won’t even take my call anymore after admitting that they are wrong.TOTAL FRUAD.

Upon arrival and realizing that none of what I was told and “guaranteed“ was true, the scam artist made no effort to make it right and basically told me to deal with it. We spoke on the phone beforehand which did no good at all since he lied about everything he told me. Which also tell me he has no regard for people or relationships. Spent $2400.00 on a 105ah lithium conversion, battery worked great for a week and started draining. Plugged in charger and it wouldn’t charge. Called the office and got a snippy Gentleman with an accent. Pretty much useless with his customer service. Waited a week and called another one of their locations and spoke to a gentleman that again was useless as far as customer service. He promised a technician would call and never did, text him and he never responded. Sent another text and got a response of send it back to RoyPow, not a let’s see what we can do, not a let’s attempt to make it right. I am a business owner and if a. Customer spent a dime with me I attempt to make it right no matter what the complaint is. Your customer service is horrendous, might want to address that issue.

I bought a Golf Cart here recently. I didnt know to much about Golf carts at first, I just wanted something I could ride around my neighborhood. The people here were really nice and very knowledgeable, I ended up getting an Icon and couldnt be more satisfied. Ill definitely be a return customer.

Dont ever buy a cart from them. I had one shipped to me and it was sold as new with 150 miles on it. Shame on me for buying off of Ebay. Advanced EV is a great product but these people are just down right dishonest. From all of the broken parts on the cart to the lies about replacing the parts, they are horrible people. The cart is still having problems and they will no longer take my calls or have sent me anything. Thats what I get for having something shipped and not buying local. Never again.

I was able to rent a cart stress free and quickly . They listened to.exactally what I was looking for and set it all up along with delivery and pick up . They get 5 stars and i will be using them again for Halloween so my children can have alot of fun and less walking for me and my wife

This place is full of lying thieves. I ordered a cart to be shipped with a windshield and club cover. The windshield never arrived and they refuse to give me a refund or acknowledge those it did not come with the cart. The cabana club cover was shredded and falling apart.h about $2.00. The people are very resistant to the truth.

NO STARS Avoid this placeI called Friday afternoon to find out about renting a golf cart for my sons birthday party on Saturday. They rented me the golf cart for the weekend. They deliver it Friday afternoon and within a couple trips around the block, the tire goes flat. I blow it up and it goes flat again. I call the office to get someone to come change it and noone responds. I call Saturday morning, The girl at answering the phone says they are busy and cant come til Sunday morning. I said I have 12 kids coming in a few hours Sunday doesnt help. Sorry thats the best we can do, So I call back and I ask where can I get the tire I will change it myself. She has to ask the boss. She calls me back and says you can get a tire at any golf cart rental place. So I laugh and say, Cant I just get it from you guys as you are a golf rental place, and the one I am dealing. She had to hang up and ask the boss again and called me back and said ok. Turns out its a 2 and a half hour round trip and I would miss my sons party. The gentleman comes this morning to change tire. We go around the block a few times and the charge depletes. So I plug it in, Its lit up but not charging, its been 4 hours. Im calling and texting with no response. Basically a complete waste of $500 and a weekend and ruined my kids bday party. Things happen all the time in business but how they are handled is what separates a good business from a bad one. This is a bad business. Still no call from the owner. The nice man who fixed the tire even said the owner is not good at communicating. Avoid this place!!

The owner showed me what was so special about his carts himself and even took me on a drive of my favorite one. Didnt expect much but was actually in awe, definitely renting for my sons birthday.

This dude sells carts on EBay.Know the eBay rules before you hand him money.I didn’t and it was my first EBay purchaseAfter I paid he took me to a junkyard where he was selling the carts that are unrepairable and he knows that.Mine happened to be a cart that was discontinued and you can no longer buy parts for.I told him that night I was not interested and he would not give my money back.

I got my gas cart back 2 days ago now for maintenance with the internals because its been slowing down and shutting off randomly. I have to say, it hasnt driven this well since I got it. Excellent job.

Horrible customer service. Our Moke died on the 4th day. We called multiple times. They never fixed it and charged us for the whole week. They actually said Customers own error and they will not take responsibility for it I would never recommend them or ever use them again.

Cart was terrible and they totally ignored me after the sale. Additionally, as of today, no title was sent with the cart.Cart was described as “good condition and runs good.” In reality, the body was scratched all over, cracked fiberglass, sloppy repaint, all parts sun damaged, and steering was loose with play.On a 1-10 scale, this cart would be a 2.The ad pics showed none of this and the sales guy mentioned nothing.The front office lady specified (in an email) delivery on a Wednesday, which was incorrect. In another email she wrote that the title would come with the car, which it did not. I still do not have the title.When I immediately called Prime Golf Carts to report the disappointing condition of the cart, the front desk lady assured me the owner would call me back. Naturally, he never did. I called the cell phone of the salesman, but, naturally he never answered after repeated calls and texts.Every word of this review is 100% accurate. Prime Golf Cars is simply a grungy used cart flipper taking advantage of the distance involved with most internet sales.I would highly recommend that you not buy from this dealer unless you have personally inspected the cart yourself.

A pretty bad experience as battery acid from golf cart leaked all over driveway, company said they would fix it, but never did, they didnt even return calls once they took their cart back.

WOW WHAT A NIGHTMARE. Seemed helpful enough initially. I booked a hummer golf cart for a party to be delivered the next Day, no big deal.I got a little weirded out by the unprofessional texting conversation so dug a little deeper into reviews. Most of the good reviews ARE FAKE. If you look at them the only other thing most of the positive review posters have reviewed are related golf carts businesses.Unfortunately by the time I was weirded out I had already done the paperwork and was in a time crunch so hoped for the best.Asked the delivery guy the next day if anything was wrong with the cart because so many reviews said they break down. He said no.It was clearly beat up.Soon to find out it was very squeaky, and then the parking break didn’t work, couldn’t park it on the slope of the driveway or it would unlock.Then in the middle of the night while I was shuttling my guests to and from my house to their cars, it just shuts down. Battery was 78%, I had been keeping a close eye on it. I had to leave it down the block because it was full on dead. My friend pushed it a half a mile the next day and plugged it in. It still wouldn’t turn on. Didn’t turn on for the guy who came to pick it up either and at that point had been plugged in for hours.When we called back later they said it happened because the battery was dead and it worked as soon as they plugged it in, and wouldn’t acknowledge the fact that the delivery guy couldn’t turn it on after being plugged in.NIGHTMARE

Zero Stars!!!Don’t even think of dealing with these CROOKS. We bought a golf cart from them which was described as “ready for the road”. It barely moves along, doesn’t even climb a gentle incline. Battey charger didn’t work, had to hire a mechanic to fix it. They painted over rust and there are holes in the bed. We were told it was around a 2003, but it’s much older, more likely out of the ’70’s. Brakes do not work properly. Told it would be delivered “tomorrow,” but didn’t get it for almost a week. Kept putting us off. When finally delivered, it fell off the side of the trailer. It was all around a BAD EXPERIENCE and they are not to be trusted.

This is a amazing place to come if you are looking for a different style golf cart rather than just the classic style. The staff here is so nice and helpful

Bought a new Evolution Golf Cart from these clowns Jan 2018. The onboard charger stopped working and a warranty request was made over a month ago. Ignored phone calls & emails. I gave this company 5 stars because I love my 57 Chevy golf cart. But the cart was supposed to take 3 weeks and after 6 weeks the owners wouldn’t return my calls. It took 10 weeks. Very scary since I had sent a $5000 deposit. Customer service was non existent.... then they hired a girl named Kate. She was very knowledgeable and had customer service skills. She explained everything and even sent pictures of the cart at the factory and another picture When it was loaded for delivery. The cart is great. Everything about it is good quality and it gets a lot of positive attention in our resort.

I made an offer on eBay they excepted it I told him I would like to go look at it before I paid $4000 just to make sure I’m not buying junk. I also said I may want to get an upgrade from what I’ve been on but I’d like to come see it before I do. The man refuses to let me come look at it.Ari Matlin:The fact that he refuses to let me look at something before I spent $4000 tells me that he’s trying to scam me. The man was rude to me and my cousin and just lost a couple sales. I informed him that I was looking to buy multiple carts as long as this deal went well and yet he still was rude and couldn’t work with me whatsoever. I also sent them many messages on eBay asking questions and they did not ever respond and refuse to answer the questions when I spoke on the phone. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything here whatsoever.

Went in to get 4 used batteries for my 2017 Ford Think. Truth be told, the reviews made me pretty skeptical. Once I showed up and began speaking with a young man my worries went away. He showed me exactly what I needed to knock the dust off my cart and get it going.

Do not go here! I had a friend sign up to rent a golf cart for a month right before COVID but had to cancel. They wouldn’t give me my money back so I have been trying to call to reschedule. They didn’t pick up or call me back so I disputed the claim to my credit card and the cc company sided with them. now they are still not picking up my calls or called me back for 2 months. I am out 1100$ I am a young 32 year old girl. What kind of company takes this amount of money from someone during a global pandemic. Not a good one.

Prime Golf Carts- David sold us parts, they were wrong parts, tried to return unused parts, would only give store credit, so to get anymoney we had to buy a cart, it was totally misrepresented . Told it was a 2013, with new batteries, after getting it home discovered it was 2001 and batteries were 2013! Total scam artist. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISMENT.

Rented a golf cart last weekend from Prime. They delivered a golf cart that was not fully charged but also had a faulty battery. We stalled out in a busy intersection (with kids) and had to push the golf cart back to our hotel. The battery always had an an error message and would not hold a charge. There was no attempt by the company to rectify the issue. I will be disputing this with my credit card company.
