I was given the full rundown of the product and full disclosure about issues that occurred with past sales. He was straightforward. No nonsense pricing and very easy to work with. There was no pressure to buy. I bought exactly what I was looking for with valuable information on the product. They also directed me to a shipping provider and worked with the shipper to get the car 1100 miles north. My daughter loves her purple Icon cart thanks to Custom Cart Connection!

Chris was simply outstanding. He was patient with my dozens of questions, gave me so many pros and cons for various options (e.g., lift models vs regular), went over the entire process from purchasing, getting a VIN, getting insurance, delivery, battery maintenance, etc. Truly was a great experience and I am absolutely loving my 2021 Icon. Good product, decent price, good response time on questions, but still left the experience a bit disappointed with the delivered product. We purchased an Icon golf cart and they added a basket to the front of the cart as promised. We didn’t realize it right away but the cart had a squeak that was coming from where they mounted the basket to the frame and roof brace. Turns out that when they mounted the basket it stripped the inner nut, which is welded on the interior of the cart. It was an honest mistake, but when we brought it to their attention they told us they didn’t sell it to us in that condition, which I did not agree with. I didn’t want to push the issue and got it fixed elsewhere. I recommend buying carts from this company, however do not recommend doing any customization with them.

Tried to get some information regarding golf cart and employee was very nice. The man who I assumed is the manager was not accommodating. You can buy used, new and custom golf cart. Was trying to take pictures and a review for Google. To the manager: I did ask your employee if I could take pictures for Google and he said I could. Since I walk by there often and see the big banner on the fence I thought that was the entrance. I never said I was a representative for Google. Maybe if you had asked what I was doing there instead of hurrying off the property I would have told you. Also I thought the employee I spoke to had told you. He came outside with you. There is a nice way to treat people. And to be precise I never walked into the shop area as you can see by my pictures. And I did ask about prices and the employee told me you had a used golf cart for $19,000. Ask your employee what was going on before you are rude to people. I do not get paid for google reviews. I do it to help local businesses especially with this pandemic.

Chris and Tim specifically are the real deal. Went in not knowing where to start. Tim, walked me through each model, pros and cons, and break down in cost and upgrades. He really knows his stuff! Chris, is a straight shooter and tells you how it is from the start. Ive dealt with a bunch of dealers and rebuilders and what a breath of fresh air this was! Beyond thankful for the recommendation to visit their shop and even more grateful I was able to snag a six seater for my wifes birthday at the right price! Thank you guys!
