My wife asked, Why Publix, when some of the stuff is cheaper elsewhere? Easy. First its clean and easy to navigate. Second, got to love to BoGo deals, which are usually what I am buying anyway. Third and most important, there always someone ready to help. Especially, at the checkout. Stopped shopping Walmart because there would be a 100 people lined up, and 2 (bleeping) cashiers. Nope!! It is hard to shop anywhere else when the experience is so relaxed and easy at Publix. Thanks Publix!

Deli people really dont care you order a 1/4 lb of deli meat and get 1/2 when ask what happened they said I dont know next you will take it back and remake it Deli manage step your game up all you were concerned about was making sure everything looked good in the deli area for a great appearance

I’ve been going to this publix for over a year (unfortunately). I have ordered food from the deli for lunch multiple times, walked in to pick up 20-30min after my scheduled time, and they haven’t made my food. Lost count of how many times I’ve had a cashier or bag boy make a rude unsolicited comment while standing in line minding my own business.It is expensive. I just paid $1.52 for one fuji apple. Look forward to never having to go here again.

I had an unpleasant checkout experience once I got done shopping. Everyone in the store was very pleasant and helpful. Also I believe corporate was visiting and even with that happening. Employees still managed to ask if I needed help. My problem was with Niikkii during checkout. She has such an attitude and tone that makes it seem like shes doing us shoppers a favor by answering questions. If she hates customer service so bad why is she even a manager? She seemed so annoyed when I asked for help and she expressed her annoyance right in front of me as she was having a conversation with another employee. Ive never had a bad experience at any Publix. So this really left a bad taste in my mouth.

Publix were shopping is Always a pleasure . I love the seafood department they have great prices on lobster tails sushi and the shrimp always fresh.

We live in Andros isle so it is very convenient. The staff is great, always helpful and friendly, the problem is with the stocking. They need to stay on top of this, you can only use the covid excuse for so long.

Wow the employees were really nice and the store is very clean inside, also there were no carts blocking the parking spots. I really like this publix!

Some of the shelves were empty. The manager had an expired sale price on an item I was going to buy but then he said to me its from last weeks price. Usually Publix gives you the item for free when it rings up wrong price but this manager did absolutely nothing to help with this matter.

Definitely one of the better subs around. The store is clean the employees are polite well kept and very helpful.

This is the ground sirloin I bought yesterday. Brown meat covered by red fresh meat. Very deceitful!

The worst! Never order sandwiches through this store.I placed an order for 3 sandwiches and was told my order would be ready by 11:40am. I got a notification that my order was ready for pickup at 11:40am. I went to the pickup window and found only 1 sandwich ready. I complained. then some lady came from the back to make the 2 other sandwiches. It took her 20 mins to make the 2 sandwiches while I waited. Another guy showed up and his sandwich wasnt ready either. I complained and wanted to speak to the store manager, but they gave me the Deli manger instead. So I spoke to her, and she said they were busy and needed to hire more help. What poor customer service. This is not the first time I have had problems with ordering sandwiches with this Publix. Well this is the last time I get sandwiches here! Stay away!

Publix is always my first grocery store of choice for a economical and pleasant shopping experience.

I have been many times in this store and no complaints. Yesterday mach 26th, the cashier was too busy with her cell phone, she didnt pay attention on her job. I was talking, asking her but she didnt answer because was really focus on her chat. I hope some one handle this problem.

Again prices were outrageous. No deli meats below $10 per pound. This past week I found more variety of fresh fruit and produce at Winn-Dixie and Sprouts, but when youre only a passenger, you have to shop where the driver goes.

This business is totally awesome. Orders have shipped perfectly. You can find items here that you cannot find elsewhere. If you are Vegan, this place should be bookmarked in your bookmarks.

The WORST public I ever shopped in. Specifically their DELI section. The employees there are RACIST against Caucasian and cant even create a sub with the instruction right in front of them. They dont build your sub if you paid it only and when you ask for it they make an excuse and state they called you when they really didnt! I have never experienced such terrible service in my life! NEVER again will i shop at this location. GET BETTER STAFF.

I love this Publix location and it’s employees, especially Bethany she’s very nice and professional.

There are still some good people left in this world. I went to this location (Andros Isle) this morning to purchase a raspberry elegance cake for an office Birthday party, only to find out that the cake was a special order. I was very disappointed but Maurine was the angel who saw the disappointment on my face and came to my rescue. Im still in disbelief how she went above and beyond this morning. Everyone in the office is raving about the cake, I cant say thank you enough Maurine.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful when I couldnt find things the cards were all sanitized and the store looked clean and neat it is wheelchair friendly and the sign is easy to see from the road

Nice clean store fresh food. Only complaint is I bought a Cuban sandwich and it had roast beef and no pickles or pork. Mislabeled?

Sale items not stocked or signed as on sale, items you use to buy are now gone. Some items they say they stock but never have. Some Associates are great and helpful other will argue with you when you ask if something is in stock. Also leaving the store about 8:30am the sea food department is almost finished setting up to open. If you open at 7am all the departments should be open and ready for customers not just setting the up. Publix on 441 and southern Blvd much nicer.

Absolutely incapable of getting an online order done on time. Literally a zero percent chance. They’re so incompetent I ordered a sub an at 7 with an 8 pm pickup and showed up at 830. Think it was done? Hour and a half later? NOPE! Think they even made my sub before taking new customers that walked up? NOPE! They really prove how little they care even doing an OK job. Pathetic.

When standing in line with my African American husband the food server nichpalse refused to serve us and kept trying to serve the guy behind us the guy kept saying we where here first and the server finally asked us what we wanted then started at me the whole time as if I owed him money throwing the utensils around and having a fit

Just want to thank your butcher in the meat department I believe his name was Eric on Friday around 7:30pm. We wanted a cut of sirloin and he was so kind to cut us a fresh piece. He was friendly, and sweet. And the cut of sirloin was amazing!! Thank You!!

I dont believe for one second that the positive reviews for this location are authentic. They have to be paid for......Its mind boggling that they even let this location carry the Publix name. The staff is lazy trash and CLEARLY hate their job. Theyre lazy, incapable of making a preordered sub on time and oddly rude at every turn.

Overpriced monopoly

Yes this Publix is clean and very convenient ( Shoppes at Andros Isle on Okeechobee in West Palm Beach)and so many of us seniors shop there on a regular basis from many of the 55+ gated communities in the area. Our concerns are the recent muggings there and a shooting in their parking lot. Hopefully Publix will step up and hire security for their parking lot. These muggings happens during the day around 11am.. yes crime happens everywhere but if your customers are mostly seniors- safety is a concern.. buyer be ware...we must be aware of our surroundings of course but if Publix wants us to continue shopping there they need a deterrent to the bad guys.. a security guard will be a plus...

I really love this place I can get a lot for my money since Im on a budget. I may not get all name brand stuff but it where I can get more for my money. They do have name brand stuff too.

Dont usually go to this one but we were in town today and on our way back home, we stopped here for a few things. For the time of day, it wasnt as busy as our regular Publix. This one was bigger than normal (so more of a selection. And when in the cashiers line, a manager asked if i wanted to come to customer service and check out cause a I had was ice cream. A little disappointed when I noticed they dont have the choc moose deserts that are the same size cups they use to make the mixed fruit in. My Publix doesnt sell them anymore either. I only know of 2 places left. Lets pray that those 2 dont stop as well.

I am a local guide. I am giving 6 stars to the pharmacy particularly for their dedication and commitment to their customers. Simply no comparison. So glad I moved to Publix Pharmacy after years of bas experience elsewhere.

I buy my grocery here because that is what they are a grocery store. The other stores are good for compitition and are fine stores. Remember they are all in business to make a profit, so it doesnt matter where you buy food. Publix however is simple.
