For the most part, the staff here has always been great. Really disappointed on a few issues. The light inside my storage unit has a broken switch for a few months now. My big disappointment is that Life Storage raised prices during a pandemic! It must be nice having a job and not struggling through each month financially.

Had the greatest experience with the staff at this facility today. Had to rent a storage unit on the last minute and from the time I called/reserved and arrived at the facility it was about 15 minutes. ( I was close by) Once I arrived,the staff (Michael) took care of me immediately, was fast, friendly, explained everything and things went smooth. Additional staff made sure I could find the unit easily and could not have made things any easier. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Just what you would expect. Storage without a hassle. Good customer service and decent access in and out of the premises. Security codes personalized with agreement. Could be better if they provided the locks but extra $15 adder. May want to buy and bring your own before showing up.

All the way around the best storage facility I ever used, from the customer service representative on The phone who initially set up my reservation to Mike and Mark at the site. Very clean neat and professional. I would always recommend lifestorage to anyone because of there great customer service and hospitality, they made me feel like family.

Moved from another storage area and cannot believe the friendly service and attention to detail that Uncle Bobs offers. They even check if the storage areas are secured properly. If not, they will call you and ask you to come and secure it! They keep the grounds clean and each empty storage unit is neat and clean. We love Uncle Bobs and recommend it to anyone looking for a secure, clean storage area.

After some online research on storage units, I decided to go with Uncle Bobs. I couldnt be happier with my choice! Mike and Mark are accommodating, courteous, and over-the-top friendly! The units are clean, fresh smelling and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Uncle Bobs for all your storage needs.

Absolutely amazing! Stored my stuff there for 5 years and never had issues. Mike always answered any questions I had and was amazing when I told him Im moving out finally!

Used the facility to store my car for the winter - unit was very clean, safe, and I had an awesome experience in person with both individuals I worked with at the beginning of the year as well as when it was time to move out. Definitely check them out!

You know when you are buying and selling a home at the same time and you are on an island and no one is any help and you cannot figure out how you can get your stuff out of the house with no help on Friday morning before you close and when you lose access to your existing home and have to get things to your new home you have not closed on yet and you have gigantic run on sentences? Solution = Life Storage at 2802 Transit Rd. Not only are the guys at this location informative and courteous, they are top notch in accommodation. I actually filled my gigantic unit and still had big stuff left, so my only choice was another unit. For what small amount of big stuff I had, I did not need another full sized unit and it was not financially sound to pay for a month. Life Storage had a smaller unit and a 2 week pro-ration. The sign up is incredibly easy and cost is not outraegous. The site is extremely well kept and secured to the hilt. When you have storage needs, this is THE place to hit.

These two guys that work there agre the best. If ever I need a storage place again im going back here! If i could give it more than 5🌟 I would! I was never so happy with a company in years. I was there for over two years and had to open another account during my move to another home and these guys worked with me to get through my stressful move. It was great and we had some laughs along the way. Highly recommend
