The repairs were done really well. It took much longer than I was anticipating but I think that was likely on the insurance company, and the quality of repairs made it worth the wait.The only thing keeping this from five stars is that they left what looks like an oil/grease stain on the fabric on my driver’s side door. Otherwise the interior and exterior were super clean when I got it back.

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Balise Collision Repair as an option through my insurance after an accident. I was very impressed at how Balise took care of my vehicle. My entire front bumper needed to be replaced. The work took about a week, which was completely worth the wait. My Jeep looked brand new when I received it- inside and out. Not only did Balise take the time to wash and wax/shine the outside of my car, they detailed the inside for me as well. I felt like I stepped into the same vehicle I drove off the lot when I first purchased it. Thank you for taking such good care of Blue!

Showed up for an estimate on Tuesday and received GREAT service from 4 very customer service oriented girls who could not do enough for me. Came back Wednesday to pay for a part that had to be ordered and unfortunately got here after Anna had left so I had to deal with a different person named Derek. Do yourself a favor and make sure to avoid this person at all cost when doing business here as he is a very hostile and unfriendly individual. This man does not belong in a customer service position. He should be placed out back away from the paying customers as he does a disservice to the company name. So when doing business here ask for Anna to take care of your estimate and you will be assured of leaving here satisfied with your business transactions.

The clerks in the front are not professional. They speak of personal matters while on the job. This is my second time walking in and not being greeted my neither of the two receptionists. One was occupied and the other was not. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the level of customer service and welcoming in the facility. Off the first impression, walking into an establishment, I would not do business here again.

We gave our lexus for collision repair. The front bumper and hood were damaged. Unfortunately I wasnt happy with the length of time they had car (4 weeks) and Keisha not returning my calls.Length of time- after a week we received an update they had only assessed the damage and removed the Damages parts. They held the car for 3 weeks for parts to come in and 1 week to fix. Keep in mind my car was drivable after accident.My question is why couldnt they assess damage, give me back my car, and when parts arrived, I could bring in car. I have done that with my BMW. That way, car is only in garage for a few days.Communication- After 1st week, I received an update from Keisha that damage was assessed. And from now on would receive updates Tuesdays and Thurs. Well, I never received updates on Thursdays. I would leave mess for Keisha on Fridays and she would never return my calls. And then The updates were generic like parts ordered, Waiting for parts, Waiting for insurance. This is more of a workflow status.It just took too long and was ignored when I called in. Instead had to drive a smelly rental for a month.

Balise had my car for an accident that totaled 16k. They had my car for 6 weeks (which is annoying, but fine)... then I got my car back and the next day at work it wouldn’t start!.. so the towing place showed up and they laughed when they saw my battery and said “they never tightened it”... really?!...

Great job. Car looks perfect. Only complaint is it took a long time and customer service isnt so hot. Seemed like a chore to answer any questions about when the work would finish.

Body work was done well and the staff was polite. As far as attention to detail it was not there, The exterior of the car was not cleaned. There was over spray all over the passenger side of the car that could be seen from 10ft away. It took the tech 2 times to remove it all. The tech was very apologetic, but I wish they were just more thorough. Overall the job got done but not what I expected from previous experiences from Balise.

Collision work on my 2018 Lexus NX was finally complete to my satisfaction. When I was told my car was ready, no one accompanied me to go over what was done. I inspected my Lexus myself and discovered two problems that were clearly visible. This, in my opinion, was completely unacceptable. I was told to leave it and it would be taken care of. I called the manager for 3 days just to get a status and my calls were not returned. Finally I called the customer service representative and she put me on hold and then said my car was ready. No communication prior to that!!! The manager finally called me 5 mins after I talked to the rep. What I find disturbing is that the tech or the manager didnt see the two issues that were clearly visible. Also, my car was filthy on the outside and on the inside, there were a few fingerprints of bodywork material that I had to clean/chip off my dashboard. The end result is you need to stay on top of them and make sure you are getting superior work. Beware!!!

I was in a minor accident and took my car here for body work and some mechanical repairs totaling at under 3k in damage. It has taken them going on 6 weeks of holding my vehicle hostage while i pay for a rental out of pocket to even get to the mechanical portion of the repairs. Getting someone on the phone for an update is like pulling teeth. Zero stars. This is completely unprofessional, particularly for a large collision center. Seriously hoping someday i get my car back.

Manager is extremely professional. Customer service good. Work done on car very good. Only one minor note, customer service representative had mask off briefly while I was inside as she came in and out of the main area. I am at risk and so I freaked out when these kinds of things happened. Representative helping me had masks on at all times.

On Easter Sunday a woman thought it would be ok to pass me on the inside even though I was in the turn lane for the cemetery and both lanes on the highway were empty. Needless to say the damage was extensive but Balise has had my car for more than 4 weeks now. I have not been kept inform unless I call. On 5/5 I was told by Jocelyn the grill had arrived damaged and they were expecting a new one on Monday, 5/9. Needless to say I have heard nothing. since. The only reason I used them is because unfortunately I have Geico and they partner with Balise. I expect Balise is trying to get me to rent a car from them. Should have used my own body shop but felt because of the relationship between Geico and Balise it would expedite things. WHAT A JOKE. Will never recommend either of them in the future.

Bumper was crashed into by someone else n they worked on it for 2 days super quick service.and vacuumed my front floor rugs.excellent service.

Repair work looked nice until we noticed they forgot to replace the emblems, they were supposed to keep us informed on the progress and did not.... I only knew because I called to check on the progress, the staff at the desk would rather visit with co workers than be concerned about the customer..... I guess it is the standard today just about everywhere, dont expect a return call, you need to make the call !!!

Today is the second time I came back here to have my car fixed. Just a minor fix for the mirror.The repair was good, estimator was vrry nice, but the front desk people made my whole experience turn bad. Very impolite, they talked and laughed loudly even customers were there, even talked to each other about customers calling over the phone, taking off the mask and yawning multiple times in front of customer. The worst part was thee were 2 people at the front desk but only 1 realt working, the other one just stayed behind the computer and left me wait for almost 20’ in line without asking me if I need help, and the funny thing is another customer came in and waited behind me, and she stood up asked her if she needed help. It was very unprofessional the way people who are supposed to be the representatives of the company to deal directly with customers.

I will never go to this place ever again! Customer service is subpar at best, once the repair was done they left some type of tape residue on the front bumper and hood of the car. I did not want to call or tell them as I knew that it was going to go no where.( really bad customer service) and don’t blame this on COVID-19. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place! Not worth the stress.

After running over something metal on the highway that damaged the underside of my 2016 Mazda, Balise Collision fixed the wiring harness. It took 62 days. When I called for updates, the person who I usually spoke with had poor phone skills, and gave zero details. (they - like - still need a part but that part isnt here... I dont know when theyll have it, but - like - well see it when we have it, but it will take a while..) After 3 weeks they would tell me maybe next week. When the car was finally done after 2 months and released by the insurance, we went to get it; employees at the counter were whispering to each other that they couldnt find the keys, and also seemed confused about whether they had the proper release paperwork from the insurance. There was also less than 1 gallon of gas left in the tank. The car is fixed and seems fine, but the 2 month wait along with poor communication was frustrating.

Good service so far they usely do a good job had work done there before hopefully my vehicle will look good as new. THANKS

The vehicle was repaired and delivered back to me within 3 days. The staff was professional and a pleasure to deal with. I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend them ! Please stay away from West Springfield Balise Collision Repair. Their staff is unprofessional and unorganized.

They did a great job on my repairs and were very good at keeping me informed of the progress on my car. I have used them before for other vehicles that I have owned and have always been pleased. Very pleasant associates and will gladly answer any questions you have.

Youre going to pay a premium here but you get what you pay for and these guys are tops when it comes to auto repair I strongly suggest using them if in an accident or collision they are not the cheapest and theres a reason they are not the cheapest because they do excellent work and itll look like your car was never hit. I had a pristine 95 Honda Civic 1.6 l s I and for those of you who understand Honda culture you understand how much this car meant to me it had 56,000 miles original paint was perfect and only had tiny little rust spots,so I was in a parking lot and some young lady who probably shouldnt even had her license doesnt even look and backs into my front quarter panel and my door causing $3,000 worth of damage to a car that they dont even value at that but I choose to have it fixed I went through Balise and what an amazing job you would never and even happened. Staff was professional and courteous from the start. When I went for my estimate they explained everything to me. When I dropped off my car they found more damage that I didn’t and dealt with the insurance company to make sure it was covered - so I didn’t have to. They made sure a rental car was there waiting for me at 8AM. The car was done a week earlier than the estimate and looks like new! They returned the car sparkling inside and out! I highly recommend Balise Collision Repair.

I cannot thank Balise Collision Repair in West Side enough for their work on my Ford Escape. Not only were they fantastic to work with during the appraisal and insurance claim process (and by that I mean they are a MAPFRE certified collision center AND took care of everything for me), the team kept me updated on the status of my vehicles repairs and timeline of when I could pick it up. My 2015 Ford looks better than one you’d find brand new on a Ford dealer showroom floor and I am so thankful. Wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars. Highly recommend!

They took my scuffed up, dented vehicle and made it look better than brand new. I was more than 100% satisfied with all of their work. A huge shout out to Derek who helped me through the process. He was great! My car was done a week earlier than promised. The quality of work was awesome! She called to let me know when there was an extra small fee due to a part breaking upon disassembling the bumper. She called back two days later to say my car was ready. I choose to pay out of pocket to fix my Honda Pilot due to a hit and run motor vehicle crash as the quote I received from Balise to fix my vehicle was substantially lower than two other body shops that I had visited. Balise told me that the repair would be two days based upon matching the paint and allowing drying time.I dropped off my vehicle on a Monday morning at 8am and I picked it up on a Tuesday at 1pm and there were no “hidden damages” discovered during the repair process to effect the original quote/price as the damages were under the cost of my insurance deductible.The vehicle looks great, no issues, and I would use Balise again if needed a repair shop as Keith promptly kept me informed on the status of my vehicle.

My car was stolen during the Covid 19 pandemic. After it was found, Balise Collision of West Springfield ma took over all responsibilities of my car and it came back perfect. Every scratch, dent and broken item was fixed and it looked better than when I originally bought it. They handled the tow and all communication with the insurance agency. They were very professional in the process of this difficult time, contacting me to let me know the progress of my vehicle step by step. I can’t thank them enough for their hard work during this time.

I have used Balise for many things over the years. Bought several vehicles from them, anytime I needed auto repair, auto body work or oil changes I used them. But this last experience was complete opposite from anything I’ve ever dealt with. Not only was my truck there for 3 weeks and all they did was changed my bumper, I was lied too and it ultimately cost me over a thousand dollars. I can honestly say I will never use Balise ever again. I am going to be buying a new truck in the next couple weeks and it will not be with Balise!Updated: my problem with Balise’s employees not honoring their word has nothing to do with my insurance company not covering my front end work.

Everything was so easy to get accomplished. Anna explained every part of the process. They took care of everything was getting a rental car for me and returning the rental. I didnt have to worry about anyting. The work they did on my truck looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend valise to everybody.

My car keyless start doesn’t work correct. I never had this problem before dropping my car off for accident repair. Ceiling curtain has grease from somebody’s hands, bolts to my locking rims were scattered all over the passenger side seat/floor very unprofessional!!! I’ll never look to Balise to repair again.

I cannot express how happy I was to meet with the general manager, Derek Weaver at this facility on March 18, 2020! He was very professional, extremely knowledgable, passionate about this profession and went above and beyond to set aside time or me.I was in an accident and took it to an auto body shop in Belchertown, where we reside, and the outcome of the work done on my car was horrible. Derek looked over the car extensively and determined in a generated preliminary estimate what needed to be done in order for my Lexus to be fixed per manufacturers repair standard. Awasome work on car

(I thought there were only 4 stars originally, my mistake)I think the vehicle looks good (besides an issue that is due to aftermarket parts, but I was informed about it and understand) but I feel like some of the repair costs and actual repairs were a little bit steep/odd.

They are good and Honda authorized. John was very helpful and explained everything in detail and accurately at every stage during repair. The body and paint job was good. The reception has however some room for improvement specially when asking for status.

From the moment I was introduced to Derek Weaver at the Balise Collision Repair center to dropping off my vehicle and picking it up, he was concerned and caring. He took the problem with my Camry serious and took the time to discuss the problem and how they would fix my Camry. Took over a month for my car to be done and I had to call them constantly to check on the status of my car very bad

First time being here. Brought the car for repair of a minor dent on the door. Took them over 2 weeks, they finally called to say that the car is ready but when I arrived it was entirely scratched up mostly on the rear of the car. When I stopped by previously, they had the rear bumper taken apart and it was in perfect condition obviously. I was horrified that when we arrived, the bumper was so scratched up. How does this even happen? Did they toss it all over the shop to get it so beat up? I am just beyond angry and disappointed at their work. Not to mention they were not very nice at the front desk. The lady didnt really smile and wasnt welcoming. When she had to step out, it took her a very long time to return. We havent heard back yet and dont know what they are currently doing to our car, still waiting to hear back from them but after this incident we are never coming back here.

I got my car back after it being in there shop for almost a month( not to mention they kept pushing the time frame back over and over again)and when I got it back it was in terrible condition. I brought it back to them to try and see if they could fix it but they told me they couldn’t do anything. I felt as though I was being made out as the bad guy for bringing my car back because it had issues a week after leaving the shop? I highly recommend going anywhere but here!!!
