Not good about calling with updates that they needed to order more parts and are going to keep your car longer, not on time with date I was told I can pick up, and not good about finishing the job in an acceptable time frame, not good at answering the phone. I scheduled my drop off date 2 weeks in advance, a week passed and I had to call for an update since I hadn’t heard anything and they said it would be done and ready by Wednesday. I get notifications on Tuesday from my insurance that payment was made on their end so I call on Wednesday(today)at 1pm and they tell me they still haven’t finished the job but they would have someone start it so my car would be ready for the next day. In the end, I do not recommend this location and wont be going back again once i finally get my car back.

These people have poor customer service and lie a lot. I was told several times that we have you car up in the air and were working on it now, but whenever I drove by my car remained in the damaged lot. SoI called back again, and I was told were still waiting for all the parts to come in it might take a bit. I have been given several dates to when my car will be finished, but whenever that day comes they call and say that they will need more time. My car has now been at their shop going on 7 weeks now. this is the worst experience I have been through with any repair center. No Genuine answers, unreliable service

These people need to learn some customer service. I went to pick up my car today and when they called earlier the man told my wife it was $500. What he didnt tell her was that it was $500 plus the $169 I had received from my insurance company. When I got there they refused to release my car unless I gave them another $169. My wife had left the shop, and they offered to drive me to a bank, sure what bank is open after four these days. Did they think I was going to disappear after already giving them $500. Never use them again, and I will never buy another car from Bertera.

I was rear ended abs my new jeep had over 5k in damages. I decided to use Butera auto collision and worked with Lee who was absolutely amazing ! He was very helpful and knowledgeable - made sure that I was up-to-date with timing . My car was in and out with body damage repairs in a little over a week and they set up my rental car- it was the easiest thing I have ever done! They made it so easy and the work they did was amazing . I strongly recommend this for any auto damage repairs what a great office snd staff!

Nice folks. But... have not yet had the repair work to my Dodge RAM 1500 yet that was rear ended by a slime ball hit and run driver.Check back in a couple weeks.

Both Dave and Rui are exceptional. Services start thr moment you have a conversation to appraisal its truly a genuine and professional team of individual. Waiting on thr final work of the vehicle yet Im sure it will be equally exceptional. Great team great service.

My sister had a fender bender and our sales rep at Bertera told us about their collision center. They gave me a quote same day and had my sisters car in the shop within 24 hours. I got a call from a very kind woman named Linda and she walked my sister and I through the whole process. 4 days later we picked up her car and it looked amazing! The best part was that they even cleaned the car and repaired a small dent on my drivers side door. 10/10 recommend.

Accommodating. Unforrunately my second time using them. I hate accidents but, when they happen you need a repair shop that does quality work. Couple of small hicups in the process but I appreciate their service, friendliness, and good work!

I had an accident back in may, then I brought it to these wonderful and skillful people. They not only fixed it, but it runs like its brand spanking new. Many thanks to all involved in the repair process. They also have phenomenal customer service. If you are thinking about bringing your vehicle here to be worked on I’d strongly advise against it. You’ll never hear from them, no updates or any retuned calls to any messages you leave. On top of that you can expect to be in a rental car for an extended period of time as I waited 2 months to get my vehicle back. I payed one month out of pocket for a rental so it can get quite costly for you when choosing bertera collision. I was told they’d take some money off of my deductible for taking so long Which seemed fair to me, but don’t expect any significant reductions as i was only offered 150 off the deductible and had to argue just to get another 30 dollars off. I ended up eating almost 1000 dollars in rental fees. Biggest nightmare dealing with this place and I hope that reading this will help you make the right choice.

They do great work. The secretary is very unprofessional. Speaking to me while eating food. Failing to give receipts.

Just picked up my car. Bumper is great- the car looks better than before some #@$@!! hit it in the parking lot and left without leaving a note.Beteras did a super job.

I was hit and the person who hit me had me come here because it was closest to the accident and my car was wrecked. The employee who I talked to then proceeded to insult me and my car because my car had a few other dents on it and was completely unhelpful!

They do a really good job that can Restored the car they went who was before the accident
