Recently got my car repainted here, I decided to do the prep work myself to save some money, and generally what people told me to do if I were to get my car painted at Maaco. Needless to say Maaco of West Springfield exceeded my expectations, car came out amazing! Everyone was super friendly, got the car done in the time frame I needed, as upfront about the cost as can be down to the cent from the estimate. This by no means is a perfect paint job, there is some orange peal and some discrepancies in the paint, but I expected that being a budget paint job. This was my first time ever at Maaco. It was a great experience and the result came out as expected. Thank you so much the crew at Maaco for everything!They told me that they need a whole week to fix it. But guess what it only took 5 days. I rely heavily on my car so I was happy when it was done earlier than expected. They even gave me a pain touch up kit just in case I need in the future. Awesome!Honestly, after getting estimates at Maaco, I did check out other auto body shops (5 shops including Maaco) nearby to compare the price. I swear Maaco is the cheapest one! So if anyone like me unfortunately has to pay out of the pocket, this is THE PLACE! Dont go anywhere else. You wont regret at all.

Really appreciate and grateful for the help from Joe. Staff is efficient and excellent quality. You cannot tell this car already has 236xxx miles :) Macco also helped me to find parts that are difficult to find such as the molding. I replace the roof molding, back window lower molding. They also helped me to paint the spoiler and hook it up. Also they did the refreshing of the lights. One thing to mention is, this store offers much better prices in comparing to those in West coast. Highly recommended and keep up with the great work and wonderful vibe! It is not easy to get me to write a review......PS I also got discount rental from Hertz. All the work is done in a week and half.

The crew at Maaco have been great to work with and have repainted two of my cars in the last year. Great prices, theyve delivered on time, and Manny has been great to work with. Last week I brought them a rusted out work truck and they gave me back a new looking beauty.

Id like to start with some background first. i bought my Mustang Mach 1 for $4,000 under blue book and it had a ding on the fender and door. After doing some cosmetic upgrades the ding ended up being to big of an eye sore. i also bought a cobra style bumper and needed it painted. i went to Balise collision to get a quote and they wanted just under $600 for it, and for the ding they wanted $1300 to fix it. Now i know they do amazing work but i could not spend that kind of money so i thought let me call Maaco and see how much how they want to paint the bumper and the customer service rep said $175 and i told him id be there in 15 minutes. i had to bring the bumper in my SUV cause it would not fit in my mustang. so after i dropped the bumper off i told him id be back in less then 30 minutes for a quote on the ding. came back and was quoted $850 which was significantly lower. i asked for quote on the door and fender separate because i didnt want to spend that much at once and then he asked me how much i was wiling to spend i said $600 and he said he could do it for that because of covid-19 they were slow. so now im $700 under Balise for the fix and $400 for the bumper so they saved me a total of $1100. now i would have given 5 stars but from under neath looking up at the door you can see in the photo the lining not the best but nobody looks at the car that way. from the side and front it looks amazing. there was orange peel which can be seen in the photos but i saved $1100 so im not complaining and im very satisfied. also the guys there at great and answered all my questions and were very friendly. i would go back again and again

Brought my truck in to have a bedside quarter panel repaired. It had damage from an accident, but also had a large rust spot. The ideal solution would have been to replace the quarter panel, but the insurance company wouldnt pay for that because of the huge cost compared to the overall value of my 15-year-old truck (and because, understandably, they werent including the rust spot in with their estimate, it having nothing at all to do with the accident). So I had to pay for this repair myself, as the amount the insurance quoted for the repair (the amount they were willing to cover) was below the amount of my deductible.So I went around to multiple body shops to get an estimate. Everyone said the same thing: they wouldnt even attempt to repair the quarter panel. They all wanted to replace it outright. But that would have cost me a fortune, much more than I could ever afford. Curiously, however, several of the body shops I went to told me, You know, you should try Maaco. They might do it for you. Thats right, OTHER body shops were actually referring me to Maaco!So, to make a long story short, I went to Maaco, they told me that yes indeed they could repair the panel, quoted me a price I could afford, and did an absolutely AMAZING job. Seriously, that quarter panel looks brand-new again. I dont know how the heck they did it, but I am seriously impressed. I certainly hope I dont get in another accident. But if I do, West Springfield Maaco is now my body shop.

Brought my car, which looked like it belonged in the junk yard here. Joe was very professional and patient, and in about 30 minutes was able to write up an estimate and get my car in. I paid and off it went. They did a fantastic job bringing my car to life. They worked quickly, and in just over a week I had my car back, looking better than new or that I’ve ever seen a crown Victoria look. No over spray, runs or imperfections in the paint, it really is a stunning car and I couldn’t be happier. They also sanitized the car, and had it sitting ready to go when I picked it up. I can’t recommend them highly enough! They are all very polite, professional and their work is phenomenal!

I brought my 2007 truck to Maaco to address some peeling paint as well as paint over some body work I did. They did a tremendous job and it now all looks factory. I opted for the better paint job and Im glad I did. Being an older truck I didnt want to start throwing good money after bad but Maaco made the decision easy with their reasonable rates. Manny was great to work with and I would certainly go there again.

They did a great job, My 1990 Camaro IROC Z is beautiful again, they take pride in their work. I’ve always liked this place. We needed to get our bumper and passenger side panel painted due to deep scratches. The owner and staff were very professional, quoting a fair price. The work took 3 days and we are very happy with the job that was done. Looks brand new.

Had a great experience with the business owner here. The woman who answers the phone here was definitely rude but I decided to still come in. Im glad I did. The owner matched the quote from the other shop and was very professional and courteous. The paint job was great. Ill be back soon for two other jobs. I think this shop would see even more clients if they replaced the office manager.Edit:Ive decided to review my review from 4 to 3 stars. The work on my wifes car wasnt as good as Id thought. Its a 7 out of 10. Also, I went to get a quote from them again today, and they quoted me $1000 more than any other shop quoted me, and on the quote paperwork there were unnecessary charges. For example: $56 to remove a taillight? Im well aware a taillight isnt removed. Its covered over while the work is done. I really felt like the owner was trying to max out the quote. Im disappointed and am giving up on this shop.

I have a van camper that had a lot of paint flaking off. It looked awful and I was afraid campgrounds wouldnt let me in. I took it to Maaco in West Springfield, MA and got a very reasonable estimate from Joe to fix it. I left the camper there that day and picked it up a week later. I didnt think it was the same camper when I picked it up. It looks great, just like new. They did an excellent job.

I had just purchased a 2018 Compass and within a month of having it had a accident. From the moment I called the customer service they were outsanding. They did a great job and honored all my special requests. And I am very picky. The car looks better then when I bought it.

Maaco did a great job restoring the paint on my Honda Civic when the clear coat was peeling off due to a defect in the original paint job from Honda. The price was about a third of the cost other auto body shops quoted too. Everyone I dealt with were very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

There is soooooo... Much fine print on the specials. A discounted special would have cost me about $900 more than advertised. It cost the same as some of the more expensive body and paint shops.

The Office Manager was very rude and disrespectful. In discussing a quote with the customer; her attitude was unprofessional.Customer Service is the key to good business relationships and trust!....So, if you come in contact with the Office Manager, turn around and leave!!I have also been told that they do a sloppy job on painting ...but I figure I will give them a chance! Well they blew it the minute I stepped into the door.I found a great shop who has great CS and will do a great job.

I had a collision with a piece of trash on the road that I thought just damaged my bumper. When I took it to Maaco, they called me soon afterwards to inform me that the damage was much more extensive, and the repair bill was going to be much higher. They were very helpful in guiding me through the insurance claim filing process, and were even able to get a claims inspector there for another case to look at my car as well, expediting the process.Later, when I got my car back, I was having overheating issues. When I cam back they took a loot right away and found that there was some air left over in the radiator, and they fixed it quickly and for free. I was very impressed by their service- the car looks brand new again- and by how professional they are. Would highly reccomend them.
