When I brought in for service they took their sweet time getting to my car, almost wasnt ready for pick up when I needed it, but I called and kept telling them it needs to be done, they are unorganized . Now months later im calling for service and not on person in the past couple days has called me back. Guess Im going somewhere else for service! This place is ridiculous.

I was scheduled for 7:40am to get a new key. I show up for them to tell me that they dont even have a key. I made the apt 5 days earlier. Wouldnt you make sure you have all the parts to fix a car for when they are scheduled to come in. So they had to order a key and scheduled me a new apt. I come back and I was told it would be a hour max to program my key.I waited over 2 hours (i have had a key programed and it only took 10 minutes max) . My car was done but for some reason I still couldnt take it they needed to enter some # blah blah blah....Absolutely awful customer service.Dont say its gonna be a quick thing if its gonna be over 2 hours. I will not be coming back

I had a great 1st experience purchasing my new car here at Balise Honda W. Springfield. James Frangiamore was a big help with helping me make a decision that was BEST for ME! He was honest, kind and never pressured me to do anything. He was just simply there to help and he did just that. I would recommend James to anyone!

Told me I needed a transmission for over $8000. Brought it to Curry. Flushed the transmission under factory warranty and solved my issue. Will get my money back for misdiag. Lucky I got a second opinion. Thanks Curry Honda service.

Took my car in for service and they filed my paperwork under the wrong name. 3 people came up to me insisting that it wasnt my car they told me my Vin number was registered to someone elses name . I told its my car and then they began interrogating me as if I was lying they even looked into to see if it really was my car. I When they found out it was my car they didnt even apologize. I felt very harrassed and uncomfortable because of this I will never come here again. Came to pay for service and got harrassed the whole time about whether it was my car or not because they messed up my paperwork not at all impressed will find another service center next time

I had some minor issues with my used car that I had bought and when I spoke with Zach Keefer, he immediately told me to schedule an appointment and he would take care of it all. I just got it back and he did exactly what he stated. Thank you Zach

Ive always gone here for my service with no problems. This year Ive been in for specific needs on a brand new vehicle and had to go back multiple times to have the problems rectified. Hopefully the next time Im in for service it will go without a hitch.

Went for a State inspection sticker. They took my car keys and guided me to the waiting area. Over an hour later, a customer who had been there for over 2 hours asks when they will be done with her cars inspection. Thats when she was informed that they were unable to conduct any inspections because they had run out of toner for the printer. A few minutes later the desk clerk decided to hand back the keys of everyone waiting for an inspection sticker. Needless to say I was upset. Over am hour of my weekend wasted because they forgot to order toner.

I got new license plates for my car but when I went to swap the plates myself, the screws holding the rear plate were so old and rusted that the screwdriver did no good. Took my car over on a Saturday and they broke off the old screws, tapped new threads, and swapped my plates using new screws. Friendly staff as well.

The employees are not honest with the customers.My problem was not big and they told me my problem takes two hours.I said, okay, no problem.After that.I came back to take my car.They told me they did not finish it yet.So come back tomorrow.I came back to take my car again.They told me okay.We did not order your parts so you can come next day.I came back again.They did not finish yet.So I dont know what they are doing.
