Have been using dealership for maintainance since 2009, prices for oil change and regular service are competitive. They stand behind their work. They did a steering rack replacement that was not adjusted properly. After driving the car to Florida and calling Balise I took the car to the dealership in the town we were staying. They contacted Balise and did the corrective action. The bill went to Balise and all was right with the world.

I want to thank Mark for the excellent service he provided me when financing my dream car with $0 down. I left with the car with paying nothing. For many this will be any car, but for me it is the car that I wanted since I was a child < 2021 Toyota Corolla Hatchback >. As well as I thank everyone who helped me at Balise Toyota Dealership. It was a quick process and each person is very effective and they have a lot of knowledge of what they give you. Thanks to everyone especially to Mark. What a great experience! I visited back in March to look for a Tacoma. Karen Leonard was the perfect salesperson to get me into the exact truck I wanted. Inventory was limited, but there was an Army green Limited one on order. Karen helped me tweak the specs on the vehicle to match my needs, including changing the interior color! The 3 month wait was completely worth it. Karen was easy to communicate with, funny, personable, and responsive. Talking to her was like talking to a longtime friend. When I picked up the truck this past Saturday, the paperwork process was easy with Manny. He was friendly and helpful in answering questions I had. I also have to commend Nick, who was our delivery person. He walked us through all the bells and whistles in the limited edition. He was funny and able to answer any questions we had. We drove away having a good grasp of what the truck can do. I would definitely recommend Balise to anyone for a positive, low pressure truck buying experience!

Purchased a vehicle 14 months ago, trusting them that they sold me a great vehicle with nothing wrong with it!Couple months after purchasing, they ended up putting in a new windshield because window was leaking. Today brought car to Balise for an oil change.Come to find out my whole exhaust is rusted and they wont replace because I didnt have an extended warranty. But seriously, Only had the vehicle 14 months and now I need a whole new exhaust system?Thanks Balise, I will never purchase a vehicle through you guys ever again!

Just recently bought a 2018 RAV4 LE. Jose couldn’t make this any easier than he did very fluent on everything making me being comfortable on the purchase of my car. My girlfriend was with me just to be there to support me and he made her feel comfortable as well bring her into the conversation and just being straight up with us. Then the financial person was awesome I believe his name was Darnell, but he’s the man was very patient with me and my father’s questions, he also didn’t only make it about just a car purchase we talked about our kids how life is while doing this car purchase and I loved that. Dealership made top dollar last year selling my 74 year old mother a car. This year at 75 she wanted to upgrade to a small suv to make it easier to get in and out of. The dealership low balled her on the trade in (she only went 2,500 miles in the trade in a year) and basically only cared about making top dollar AGAIN instead of working with her and making a deal to retain her as a great customer. Not going back. Yall blew it, big time. Wish I could rate them ZERO STARS !!!

This is my first time owning a Toyota. I have heard many great things about them so I thought why not check it out. After looking into many different minivans I decided I wanted a Sienna. So my husband and I went to a few different Toyota dealers found nothing then we went to Balise Toyota of West Springfield to see what they had for used Siennas, and thats when we met Jose Padon. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met especially as a cars salesman. He listen to what we wanted and to what we didnt want. I ordered the 2021 Rav Hybrid. Picked it up July 1st in the afternoon. Left the next day for Ohio to visit family for the holiday weekend. My GPS screen kept going out every ten mins. It began to rain and I discovered the back wiper was not put on. Once arriving in Ohio I discovered the fab key was not starting the car. I downloaded the app to be able to start my car that way. It said I couldn’t. I called support and after a half hour she informed me she couldn’t do anything. I called to make an appointment and it took a week and a half. I took it in and was told my computer needed an upgrade ( it’s only 2 1/2 weeks old) and he did that. They called support and I was told my vin # was registered on someone else’s app. I had to fax my registration and proof of insurance to prove it is my car and it would take 24 hours to fix. I left the dealership and my screen started going black again. I was late to work so I couldn’t go back. Not a single thing has been fixed! I called today and it will be another week and half before I can get it in. So over a month with a brand new car and still no rear wiper( they will order it) key fabs don’t work, screen still goes black and i can’t register my car on the app. Disappointment is an understatement

I had an appointment several months ago for replacement of a damaged part. After being checked in, I found out it was never ordered. They apologized and ordered it. I was told that I would be called when the part came in. After three weeks I called to find out it had arrived two weeks earlier. Amazingly, I had an appointment today for a recall - totally different issue. Again, after being checked in, I found out the part was never ordered.

Spent $2000 plus on some repairs and ever since I have a clunking sound and they wont resolve the problem. Waited 40 minutes after truck is done with Service just to leave.

Easy to purchase a new vehicle, met me at my Internet quote price. Would buy again. I highly recommend their service department. Their maintenance and repair prices are by far lower than any other shop or service center, and the quality is exactly what you would expect from a dealer. You can choose to stay and wait for your vehicle or use their free shuttle service to be dropped off and picked up when your vehicle is done. If you choose to drop your vehicle off you may have a long wait for the shuttle to return if its currently on the road. If you choose to stay and wait for your vehicle they have wifi, a large flat screen TV, free coffees, and a small play area for little children

My mother just bought a new car from Balise. Beautiful car and the best price around! They beat every dealers price on Autotrader,Edmonds, CarsCom and Autolist.The car is used and it came with an extra warranty from them besides whats required by MA laws,2 months of free car washes and a full tank of gas! She has never bought a car new or used and the dealer gave you a full tank of gas!! It was also, so convenient to register the car,get new plates and also the inspection sticker,because they do it all in house!! Overall she says it was a smooth, stress free, buying experience! Her salesman was terrific, ask for Genady!

Balise offer 2500 less for my trade in of the market value. Plus was not willing to negotiate because I was buying a rare and hard car to find a rv4 prime. So that offer was firm according with them. But i was trying negotiate my trade in, not price of new car. So I look around other dealers Toyota, where offer top dollar for my trade in car. In Lia Toyota Northampton and Gale Toyota Enfield.Plus find better price plust top dollar for my trade in for the same rare rav4 prime in Toyota of Wilbraham. Look around first, i do not what is happening with Balise business with then is not the same tha before. I think need provide better training to their employees.

I came in asking to have my tires checked as I keep losing air pressure every couple weeks. They said they’d have to charge me $20 for the service, which no other Toyota dealership has ever done (always been free to check tire pressure). My car was coming up for its 5k-interval mile service, so I scheduled that instead, hoping they’d check my tires. After the service, my car’s notification system wasn’t updated - every time I turn my car on, I get the notification to get my car serviced. And here’s the kicker, my tires still continue to lose air pressure every couple weeks!!! I was charged for a full service and nothing was solved!!! The only good thing about this dealership is that the people are nice, but the quality of the service is terrible for the prices they charge. I do not recommend coming here at all.

I recently had my truck in for service vibration issues never resolved with another dealership, I thought Id give Balise a chance to fix it, they actually made it worse and when I brought it back, I had just driven the truck over 400 miles the 2 days prior including a 30 mile trip to Balise and the technician couldnt duplicate LOL, it wasnt that he couldnt duplicate it they didnt want to fix an issue they made worse. Stay away from them and Toyota, their just puppets for the manufacturer, to date Toyota hasnt honored the warranty and fixed the issue. STAY AWAY! Cant duplicate is just a cop out, lets go for a ride together and see LOL, funny but not funny!

I had a wonderful experience here! Joe Perpetua was amazing. I was extremely nervous about the process as this was my first major purchase on my own without my parents. Joe made me feel very comfortable and made sure I understood the process, was extremely patient with all of my questions. I also didn’t feel pressured into buying anything before I was ready. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with dealerships and them being aggressive as well as intimidating. At Balise Toyota I felt safe to ask as many questions as i needed and didn’t feel an ounce of pressure. This will be the only dealership I will ever purchase from in the future.

I’ve had generally good experience with the service department at Balise Toyota.However, I wanted to get a CVT transmission flush and get new oil. This isn’t a required service, but it’s a good maintenance service.So I call and try to get a quote. She gave it to me.Then I call again a few days later to schedule the appointment.Today I went in for my appointment and after waiting 40 minutes, I was told Toyota service apparently doesn’t touch CVT transmissions (unless they absolutely have to).I usually have good experiences here, but this was just bad. I’m not one to leave poor reviews, but I called twice before even going in and was never informed that Toyota doesn’t do CVT flushes.I left a message for the manager, and she did get back to me and express her apologies and that the issue was within their software, which they will now be fixing. I’m glad my experience is able to benefit others. The reps I spoke to over the phone had no clue this was a service that Toyota didn’t do since the software said otherwise. It’s unfortunate that I had to waste my time but I understand why it happened.

Toyota makes a great car no question, however where you buy it and have it serviced is what really counts and unfortunately Balise Toyota of West Springfield failed to get anything other than a 1 star rating. I finally convinced my wife to change to a different Toyota dealer since our last episode this week although Ive been telling her that since 2009 when we purchased a new Camry that they scratched trying to install body side molding and then sent our brand new car across the street to there body shop to paint the side of the car. They DID NOT tell us about this but I was only lucky that someone there spilled the beans when I was looking to pick the car up. When you buy a new car you dont want one thats been repainted before you even drive it off the lot! After 2 years, my wife decided she wanted a 2011 Camry after I strongly recommended going to a different Toyota dealer, she decided to try Balise for a second time, a very big mistake! upon hearing a louder than normal exhaust we brought it to Balise in July 2020 for diagnostics and gave us a price of $1,447.55 to replace the exhaust from the manifold to the mufflers which we thought was high but being my wifes car and being her decision she went for it, ANOTHER BIG MISTAKE! What she got was half a repair they replaced the Catalytic converter pipe but not the one going to the mufflers. The service coordinator guy by Balises admission thought it was all 1 pipe when in fact it wasnt. The customer service relations person for Balise offered a $200.00 rebate on the bill however we preferred to have the repair as quoted and they refused. This is my only 1 star rating Ive ever written and prefer to give the better reviews however Balise Toyota does not meet the standard of trust that we and YOU should expect. My recommendation is read reviews carefully and go elsewhere. Good Luck!

Yesterday was the first time I went there to service my truck. They did what they said they would, they did it well, and they did it in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that is a rare thing these days. I will certainly be going to them again in the future.

I’m really annoyed with the fact that you threw my registration away. I test drove a car Friday night, got a voicemail and then it was gone by Monday. I wish that you had said “if you don’t get this immediately we are going to shred it” OR if someone had EVEN TOLD ME you were going to take my registration OUT OF MY CAR ?? I asked for a quote on my vehicle I did not intend of LOSING MONEY. I want that 25 dollars reprint fee. Next time don’t let customers walk out of the building without giving them their personal records.*edit* After posting this the dealership did follow up. They did not actually destroy my registration and are sending it to me

So we’re financing a car there, in the beginning everything went smooth traded in my vehicle for a 2017 Toyota Highlander great when they bring us the car to the front I noticed the clearcoat was coming out a little bit there’s like spots I told the guy and he like brushed off what I said sidenote and I’m like you know what whatever is better than what I was driving I’m taking it home I took it, eight months later the clearcoat is completely off on the right side of my passenger and back doors I take it in they cannot do one thing because I don’t bring it in at a certain time frame On top of that the car was involved in a collision and the person who sold us the vehicle never ask close to us that information so whoever painted the car previous after the collision did a sloppy job in the clearcoat is coming off horrible experience

While I had gotten off to a rough start with Balise I was very interested in a car they had on hand and decided to give them another shot. Everyone at Balise Toyota was wonderful. I had an Amazing experience starting with being greeted at the entrance, working with Jose B. (sales), Chris (finance) and Carol (car pick up). I love my Toyota Highlander. I highly recommend this place. They really do take care of you!

Took my 2021rav 4 hybrid to Balise Toyota service on 2/17 /21 advisor Jessica Mc Carron told me to take my car to the dealer I bought it from and there would be a diagnostic fee if they were going to look at it, So I asked to see the shop foreman Jason he then tells me that they probably wouldn’t warranty the center counsel door because it was just making noise unsatisfied I went to Lia Toyota of Northampton service I didn’t buy the car from them either service advisor Lindsey Heart was happy to help and ordered me a new console door through the new car warranty so it looks like I have no use for Balise Toyota

Again I’ve had the best experience at Balise. I bought a Tacoma in 2018 and it was wonderful. So after that truck just got totaled, I went back to the same place. I had a different salesman, Jeffery, and Manny was great with the financial aspect. The delivery team, especially Carol and Justice, were amazing. They helped me set it all up, showed me what was new, and Carol fixed the issue with the remote started from my phone.If you need to have a great team working to get you what you need, this is the place to go. Excellent
