Good service and mechanics at this place but they aren’t very expert on VW, they might have to change multiple parts before they get to the root of the problem as they can’t figure it out right away, I after I fixed my I still had some issues that still need to be look at.

Ive been going to dealerships for the past couple years. Biggest mistake Ive made.I came in for a brake issue, inspection sticker, and oil change. Dropped off my car, and was notified within an hour or so of how they identified the issue, what needs to be done, and how theyll fix it.They were timely, fast, and did a great job. Driving home, I could feel the difference in my brakes in a very positive way!When I was picking up my vehicle, I asked some questions pertaining to the life of my car. They provided me with much needed insight that allowed me to feel better knowing that my vehicle still can continue forward with its use. These are honest, hard working people, that deliver with knowledge that theyve acquired over the years. Would 1000% come back again, and again when I need work done on my vehicle.

This people are really unprofessional, they fix one thing and damage another just to make some money I been going there for weeks now for the same issues and all they want is more money instead of taking their own fault and fixing it .... !!! When you go to a machine shop to get something fix you expect it fix, but instead what I got was 30 different things fix and having the same issue!!! I spent almost 2,500 dollars and yet they still havent fix the same issue.!!! They are scammers and really bad malpractice, unprofessional and money hungry !!!! 🤬

Long time business in the area with very competent mechanics and fair prices. I was recommended to go here for a repair from a friend a few years ago and I now use them almost exclusively. And they do walk-ins from 7 to 9 am!

This shop is by far the best shop I have found yet for a Mechanic. They were open early so you could get an oil change before work or drop off and make it to work on time. They always gave you a fair deal and would tell you what you needed to fix and what you could wait on or what was not really worth fixing.Very stand up guys. I have moved recently and have yet to find a shop that can replace their quality of work.

Did not have a good experience. Brought my car to be fixed, got it back and drove it for about a day and the service engine light came back on only to look in the engine to find missing screws, wires not put back in the correct place and vacuum hoses still not connected... even though I told them to replace them they did not do as I asked. I even called and left a message to see if they could help me out and never got a call back. You would think after paying almost 1000 to get my car fixed it would be done properly and completely... but not with these guys

I have brought my car to Walt Bros twice this past year and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for auto repairs. Not only are they fair but I dropped my car off this morning after calling yesterday and it was ready by 4. I also ended up paying less then was first told to me on the phone!! When does that ever happen! Dont hesitate to use them for all of your repair needs!

Excellent all around, customer service was great, Joe explained the options very well and called with an update within an hour of dropping off the car. They made a point of getting the car back on the same day - very much appreciated.

Walts Bros. is *incredible.* Im from out of town, and as of this morning, was in an emergency situation. Since its right before Thanksgiving, I was thinking I was going to be stuck in a hotel room for a week, alone on the holiday, waiting for my car to be fixed.Walts took my car in right away and fixed it during, literally, the time it took me to take a nap. Not only that, but it cost me much, much less than Id feared (not to mention the money I saved on a hotel room!). Not only *that,* but they were extraordinarily kind, gracious and helpful every step of the way. Im so glad I called them. I only wish they were located back home so I could keep taking my car to them. :)I cant recommend Walts Brothers highly enough.

I bring my older 528i M-edition here for misc services. I trust their knowledge of foreign cars and I appreciate their honest, quick and informative way of business. Somethings you cant do on your own, or just dont have the time. However, make time to give them a try. I typically start with small things when first introducing myself and my cars to new mechanics. 5 services done (and not simple oil changes) 800$ which is obviously fractions of what BMW of West Spfld would charge!Long story short, give them a try you will not be disappointed!!!!

Wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection before buying my Volvo, I live in eastern mass as I was meeting the buyer in Springfield this is the place that I was able to find who does a lot of Europeans cars. After my experience with them I would certain take the almost 2 hour ride to get work done on my Volvo. They took it for a road test put in on the lift and read every code they told me exactly what I wanted to know, what was broken and was on its way out, they only charged me 50 dollars for a full pre purchase and I think it was beyond worth it. Only positive things to say about them and would recommend to anyone in the area.

Good shop and great guys would give 5 stars but they are on the pricy side which I personally dont like but they do great work. I think they could work on that but also everyones gotta make money!

Brought my porsche for a tune up and oil change. First off they gave me a quote and said they would call if anything needed to be replaced during their inspection. Needless to say they called to say the car was done so I went down to pick it up and the bill was over the quote by 150 dollars. I asked what the reason was and they said we changed the serpentine belt. Yet they never called to ask and just did it. Then after paying I asked for the keys and they go the keys are in the car outside. Really you left the keys in an expensive sports car right out front in the parking lot. Definitely wont be seeing me again for any service on my vehicles.

I had them install an engine in my 2006 Volvo S40. After they put it in it wouldnt start. After having the vehicle towed there several times to be fixed they gave up and I had to take the Car to Parrottas in Agawam. These guys have very poor buisness ethics and most certainly arent the best import mechanics in the Area. Your better off fixing it with duct tape than going to these clowns.
