Man did these guys save my bacon! I was traveling for work when I busted a strut on the mass pike. I googled the nearest repair shop and was worried about what I would find. Having worked at a repair shop in my youth, I know the stress of unexpected travelers first thing in the morning! These guys were accommodating, attentive, and they had a super cute dog I could play with. What more could you really ask for? I was back on the road in no time, and the price was fair! Truly appreciative of the way they treated me, would recommend to anyone.

Was in the middle of a road trip, had car issues over 1,200 miles from my house, called around and was told it would be up to 2 DAYS for someone to check my car out..... found this place and within just an hour or so was back on the road! Dont wanna sound dramatic but it was essentially life saving or at least, Trip Saving for us!

Staff are always helpful.First time I ever stopped by was late in the day with the loudest rattling coming from the back of the car. He kindly had a peak at the car and said as long as I wasnt going at high speeds or over any high bumps I could drive it home. I promptly then brought it back the next day to be looked at all because they took the time and were honest when I first stopped by.Ive since been back on two other occasions and everytime the service is quick and well priced. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Have been using Kuhnel for all of my vehicle needs in the past couple years. I have never had an issue there and they are beyond professional! Always up front with pricing and detailed reports. I now travel 30 minutes to continue using them because I dont trust my car with anyone else.

My air conditioning wasn’t working on the hottest day of the year. Jay was able to fix my car within hours and gave me a loaner car to use while mine was being worked on. Reasonable prices and friendly service! Will definitely use again!

Great people.My car wouldnt start so I got it towed to them. They had it fixed (to their knowledge) the next day. Picked it up, drove it home, went to go out again and it wouldnt start once again. Got it towed to them again. They found out the part they put in wasnt necessary, but would still have done anyway. They found the root of the problem and I just had to pay the difference of my first payment ( they returned the part they originally put in) and the new total.They were recommended and it was my first time going to them. I will definitely be returning for my future problems.

My family has been going to Kuhnels and Jay for years. This was my first time as a customer. From the beginning my experience was fantastic, they got my vehicle right in, and drop off was easy. After the shop looked at my vehicle, I was sent a vehicle report via text which discussed the current condition of my vehicle. I was able to talk directly to the owner who walked me through my options, all done in a no pressure manner. (I pretty much knew what the issues were before I went in, and there were no surprises) Knowing that I needed my car back asap, they were able to complete all the work in one day. Im a landscaping contractor and have been using Kuhnels for all my vehicle repairs. The owner Jay has always been very knowledgeable and fair on his prices. Just recently the transmission on my truck went and with an upcoming snowstorm I didnt know what I was going to do. Jay offered not just one of his vehicles but 2. I never asked or discussed my delimma with him. He also had a rush put on the replacement transmission sent to his shop and worked hard to get my truck back to me before I needed to go out and plow. He has gone beyond what he needed do to help me out. I highly recommend his shop and services.
