Great service. When my wife went in for an oil change, she was expecting just that an oil change. They cleaned her car and vacuumed it out, and left a mint with a business card inside. For no extra charge! Thats what I call EXCELLENT service. Thank you guys so much! Would definitely recommend!!

I had a brake light out while I was up on a road trip. They were very nice and even have a lovely dog! Only issue is the couch in the living room, its way too comfortable and you could fall asleep. Just kidding the couch was an added bonus to an already great auto shop.

Bill and Brandy are amazing. This shop goes the extra mile to make sure things are done right the first time. They do not charge you for excessive things that do not need done or feed you lines about other service your vehicle needs. Bill spent all day off and on working to get my brake lights fixed on my Silverado as they were constantly on causing other issues. It was said to be a brake light switch which was replaced twice already. After hearing that he looked further and found a broke wire that he so carefully worked at to fix. Problem solved and everything works. $25 dollars cheaper than I was quoted also. Very, very reasonable work and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely trust them with any of my vehicles and recommend them to all. Thank you guys.

Ive worked with Bill at Vehicle Repair Center since it opened. I followed him after working with him elsewhere. He and his team have serviced my vehicles for 14 years from minor to major.Oil changes, suspension, brakes, tires, alignment, transmission, body work, even an engine change.He addresses my concerns, educates me and advises me for not only today but 2 years from now as well. Customer service at its best.

Just had my oil changed in preparation of doing some leaf peeping this weekend! So happy to report that my car is clean inside and out!!! No where else that I know of where you can get an oil change and have the car, including windows, washed and carpets vacuumed for such a reasonable price and fast to boot!! And my car smells as sweet as the mint they left on my dash!! Thank you folks at VRC for such great service!!

VRC is honest and full of integrityI found them on Google and was pleased with the reviews. I took my vehicle to VRC and was talking to the owner (military veteran). They confirmed what l kinda knew. Christie (sorry if its misspelled) handed me the breakdown of the repairs and price. It was quite hefty. I called my former mechanic in NC. He said the costs were ballpark. I scheduled an appointment to come back in a couple of days since they had to order the parts. We came for the appointment and Christie told us she was able to find cheaper parts, which saved us about $150. I was so moved at the integrity and honesty.Ill definitely recommend them to anyone.

It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review but I can’t in good conscience not share this perspective.I took my car here recently for some work that was needed to pass inspection, when I took my car back for reinspection it failed, because the folks at VRC failed to realize what “LF and RF marker lights were” I was a tad frustrated but figured it was an honest mistake, they took care of it free of charge so I thought no big deal. Originally I took my car here because my girlfriend had a good experience with them, unfortunately her most recent experience with them was anything but; she had taken her car there also to get it to pass inspection, with a clear set of what needed to be done,they ended up holding her car an entire day ... did nothing with it..:.and didn’t even tell her until the end of the day. The craziest part? They did this AGAIN after she specifically told them what needed to be done. She dropped her car off at 8, called at one to see how everything was going and they tell her the bumper needs to be replaced before they do anything, referring her to a body shop. So she went another whole day without a car for no reasonNow for the doozy: I took my car back there about a week ago to check for a muffler leak and to investigate a knocking noise under the car.They ended up trying to tell me I needed FOUR new struts - conveniently they have a big picture of their Monroe struts they’re clearly trying to push right on their reception banister at the desk - one of my struts is actually almost brand new, they tried to charge me about 1400 dollars for this. The whole interaction gave me very dishonest vibes - and I’m a teacher so I’ve gotten very good at knowing when someone’s lying based on body language! so I decided to have my old mechanic who was further away check it out. Oh and they also tried to tell me I needed a new mid pipe on my muffler and quoted it at about 340 (ha!)Anyways I took it to my old guy and guess what, mid pipe doesn’t need to be replaced, the leak is so minor that he said it’s not even necessary to fix it now, and the Struts, totally fine, in fact he reminded me one was almost brand new as they themselves had replaced it a year ago, it was new enough that it was still shiny!I consider this to be incredibly sad and dishonest. I’m not saying don’t take your car here, just be highly alert to them trying to push parts you won’t need and be overly clear about what you need done and how long they’re going to take. Otherwise you’ll be standing around with your thumb up your butt, or worse, taken for a serious ride!

Im always certain to get good service. I can trust the team and their advice on my car. Time has proven that the work they suggest doing has kept my car going. And any not urgent work which might be dependent on how I drive or how long I plan to keep the car is explained so I can decide to do only what I need.

VRC is the only place we will bring our vehicles. They do great service on cars from all manufacturers. The staff is friendly and polite. They do the work with high quality, in the time promised, and at a good price.

Everyone is very nice and helpful, Ive been jerked around by many places but not here. They even showed me the problem in the shop and i seen the broken part for myself. I would recommend everyone i know to come here and get their vehicle fixed.

Did you ever have a really bad day and someone turns around and restores your faith in humanity? I did yesterday and Kimberly at VRC and her staff have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that I dont have a bad experience with auto repair woes. It is difficult with a child at college over an hour away and they call you crying that thei car dies on a Sunday and you dont know what to do. You tow it to the dealer only to find out they want your first born. So short of just leaving the car there I began to make phone calls and that is when I called VRC. They have helped me in this tough situation from afar and I cannot thank them enough. I HIGHLY recommend this very truthful, helpful and thoughtful company not to mention skilled. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This is the best place to have your car serviced. Always friendly and helpful. I have been taking my Saturn here since Balise closed up shop for Saturns. I always know that the service is top knotch and that it is at a fair price. I highly recommend VRC.
